Explanation of the "Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" Buddha Name#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and people then learned that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao and the Great Dharma King Yang E Zhi Nuo Bu, who had always been respected by everyone, were recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects and the great living Buddhas of the world as the third incarnation of the Buddha Dorje Chang, with the Buddha name being the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have referred to him as "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha." This is similar to before Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, his name was Prince Siddhartha, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, he was called "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha." Therefore, we now say "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha." In particular, on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha). From then on, the title of Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha was officially established. Moreover, the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha is also the government's legal name, and the previous names of "Yi Yun Gao" and the honorable titles of Master and Great Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the official announcement of the Buddha name of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, and at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official title of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. However, everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, which is legal, the names used before the official announcement no longer exist.
Buddha's light is everywhere, and the Buddha's light is flying all over the sky. The holy name resonates throughout the three realms, and all the Buddhas appear in full body.#
Mr. Wang Cheng'e and his husband Mr. Wang Lingze have achieved great success in learning the true Dharma.#

Speaking while still alive without breathing
Ms. Wang Cheng'e, a resident of Xindu County, Sichuan Province, China, is 81 years old. As a lay disciple, she practiced the Guanyin method under the guidance of the Great Dharma King Yang E Zhi Nuo Bu, who is her close relative. Last year, she suddenly felt uncomfortable in her waist. After being diagnosed by doctors at the 47th Hospital, it was believed to be bone cancer. In March of this year, Ms. Wang showed signs of the four great decompositions. On April 13th, she was sent to Chengdu General Hospital by her children. After examination, there were no symptoms of bone cancer, and all indicators were normal. The electrocardiogram and electroencephalogram showed no signs of illness, and her body was healthy. However, the X-ray chest film on April 18th showed that both lungs were completely invisible, a blank space. The doctor was very surprised and had never seen such a situation before. Further examination confirmed that both lungs had completely stopped working, with no breathing function, unable to inhale or exhale. Everyone was extremely surprised because no breathing means death, right? However, Ms. Wang Cheng'e is still alive and can speak normally without breathing! Someone placed a small feather in front of Ms. Wang's nostrils and mouth, and after watching for more than ten minutes, the feather did not move at all. Ms. Wang had completely stopped breathing, but she was still alive and speaking normally. The doctors believed that this was a strange symptom, a wonder in the medical field and even the entire human world. Ms. Wang continued to speak and move for more than a month with completely stopped lung function. Of course, we all understand that this is the result of Ms. Wang's cultivation of Buddhism.
The Great Dharma King invited Guanyin Bodhisattva to guide the ascension
After Ms. Wang Cheng'e was admitted to Chengdu General Hospital for two or three days, she entered a state of great virtue and prepared for her journey to the Western Pure Land as informed by Guanyin Bodhisattva. She made arrangements for her affairs, took off the Buddha image hanging on her chest and the jewelry on her hands, distributed them to her children, changed into funeral clothes, and waited quietly for Guanyin Bodhisattva to arrive. She kept folding her hands and reciting "Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva," and asked the people who were helping her to kneel down and recite the holy name of Guanyin Bodhisattva. She said that Guanyin Bodhisattva had arrived. Indeed, suddenly a fragrance filled the entire ward, and heavenly music sounded in the air. Bodhisattva had arrived, but Ms. Wang did not leave. Ms. Wang told everyone that Guanyin Bodhisattva told her that her relative, the Great Dharma King Yang E Zhi Nuo Bu in the United States, had obstructed her and asked Bodhisattva not to take her away. A few days later, Guanyin Bodhisattva came to take her again, but Ms. Wang did not disturb the people around her. She continued to recite and fold her hands alone. The people around her heard her say, "The Western Pure Land is so beautiful! So many flowers!" This time, it was still because the Great Dharma King asked Guanyin Bodhisattva not to take Ms. Wang away. When interviewed, although Ms. Wang did not want to speak much, she still insisted on recording her voice personally: "I saw Guanyin Bodhisattva wearing a green robe. The Western Pure Land is so beautiful! There are also pavilions and towers, and so many flowers!"
Buddha image emits light and reveals the true Dharma
On the evening of May 22, 2004, Los Angeles time (2 p.m. on May 23, Beijing time), Venerable Long Hui, the chairman of the International Buddhist Monks and Nuns Association, was called by her guru, the Great Dharma King, who told her that Ms. Wang Cheng'e, the close relative of the Great Dharma King, would pass away in Sichuan Province, China on the next day, which is today in China, and would be guided by Guanyin Bodhisattva to ascend to the Western Pure Land. The Great Dharma King asked Venerable Long Hui to publicly announce the passing of Ms. Wang Cheng'e and dedicate the merits of her practice to her. The Great Dharma King added, "Listen carefully, she has not passed away yet. Tomorrow you will hold a bathing Buddha ceremony, which is more meritorious. I cannot ask Guanyin Bodhisattva to keep her anymore. After I finish my practice tonight, Guanyin Bodhisattva will come to take her tomorrow." Indeed, on the second day (May 23), at 7 a.m. Los Angeles time, around 10 p.m. Beijing time, Venerable Long Hui received a call from Sichuan, saying that Ms. Wang Cheng'e had been taken by Guanyin Bodhisattva 20 minutes ago.
At the ceremony that day, just after the bathing Buddha ritual was completed, everyone saw the bronze statue of Shakyamuni Buddha, which was solid and covered with gold, suddenly emit a bright golden light that lasted for more than two hours (on the right), which is closely related to the great achievement of Ms. Wang Cheng'e in practicing the Dharma transmitted by the Great Dharma King. On the left is the statue before it emitted light. The statue is now enshrined in the Huazang Temple.
Ms. Wang Cheng'e passed away, and the Dharma sound flew across the Pacific
At around 9:30 p.m. Beijing time on May 23, the ordinary chanting sound emitted from the Buddhist instrument bought from the street in the room suddenly turned into the chanting of "Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva" by the Great Dharma King himself in the other side of the Pacific Ocean! The Great Dharma King's chanting voice was much louder and clearer than the original sound from the Buddhist instrument! Everyone present was moved and shocked. Ven. Shi Xin Zhen recorded the Dharma sound of the Great Dharma King responsibly. At around 10 p.m. on May 24, the radiant body of Ms. Wang Cheng'e was respectfully brought to the simple and solemn Buddha hall in Baoguang Temple, one of the four major monasteries in Sichuan, China.
Buddhas and Bodhisattvas appear in the air, and Buddha light and rainbows descend to the ground
At around 4 p.m. on May 25, Beijing time, in the temporary Buddha hall set up in Baoguang Temple, everyone chanted the holy name of "Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva" with a focused mind. Soon, everyone heard that the original sound from the Buddhist instrument suddenly disappeared, and it turned into the Great Dharma King leading many people to chant "Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva." After a while, they switched to chanting "Namo Amitabha Buddha," and then chanted "Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva" again. Everyone excitedly followed the Great Dharma King's chanting. Ven. Shi Xin Zhen and Ven. Shi Xin En recorded the sound on the spot. After about five minutes, a Buddha light flashed and projected onto the Buddha platform and the body of Ms. Wang Cheng'e. Then, Buddha light appeared in the air. Everyone rushed out of the house, bowed and cheered. Whether they were disciples of the Great Dharma King or people who practiced Buddhism, they all saw amazing scenes. The colorful Buddha light in the sky spread out as described in the Amitabha Sutra, and countless Buddhas appeared in the Buddha light, and Bodhisattvas sat everywhere. The light expanded to the boundless space. The clouds around were colorful, and the ground, the sky, and the trees were filled with golden and blue light clusters. The sun and the moon were together, shining brightly and auspiciously. The sun kept flickering and jumping, and countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas appeared from it. Soon, silver wheels and countless bright and shining Dharma eyes emerged, or colorful lions with decorations, and even dragons! Guanyin Bodhisattva in the Buddha light was dressed in a long skirt, dignified and solemn. Then, the head of Shakyamuni Buddha, larger than the sun, appeared. The faces and bodies of people were enveloped in golden light. For anyone who sought blessings, the colorful Buddha light immediately projected onto their chests to bless them, and people kept bowing and praising. The people who witnessed the holy scene at that time were named Shi Zhi Lan, Shi Zhi Qing, Shi Xin Zhen, Shi Xin En, Shi Xin Feng, Shi Zhi Lian, Shi Dao Rong, Shi Yi Zong, Shi Zhi Guang, Shi Chao Jing, Shi Nian Ci, Shi Nian De, Shi Nian Zhen, Shi Zhi Ying, Shi Zhi De, Shi Xin Ying, Shi Dao Wei, Shi Zhi Xiu, and nearly thirty others. The holy scene lasted for about an hour, and everyone was excited and joyful.
Nectar descends during the cremation ceremony, and the Lotus Platform Bodhisattva appears in the furnace
On May 28, according to Buddhist regulations, Ms. Wang Cheng'e's body could not be moved for seven days after her passing. Therefore, she sat cross-legged on the street in a dignified manner for seven days and nights, just like a bell. She also released thirteen solid relics during the cremation at Baoguang Temple. The author bought a photo of the relics and relic flowers that were publicly sold by Baoguang Temple for 20 yuan. The author also learned and saw from live recordings that many of the Great Dharma King's disciples are top-notch monks in the world, top-notch monks in Taiwan, top-notch monks in mainland China and Hong Kong, top-notch living Buddhas, and top-notch monks in the United States. They all regard the Great Dharma King as their teacher. Many disciples achieve life and death freedom together with their spouses. Some attain rebirth by sitting in meditation and forming special hand seals, and some emit brilliant light after their passing. Some have incorruptible bodies and become bodily relics. The most amazing thing is that the Great Dharma King usually informs his disciples in advance when someone is about to pass away, so that the monks can go in advance to assist in chanting for their rebirth. When the monks receive the notice, the person is still alive, but after arriving at the scene, the person has already entered into meditation. What kind of concept is this? It can only illustrate the truth of the great Buddha Dharma.
A lay disciple named Mai, who often worships Buddha at Baoguang Temple, excitedly told reporters, "In these years, I have been anxious. I have worshipped many great masters and living Buddhas, but I still haven't learned the true Buddha Dharma. I am afraid of the moment of life and death. Of course, I recite the Buddha's name every day, but I know myself best. I know if I am an ordinary person. I haven't learned the true Buddha Dharma. Not only me, but everyone around me is like this. When the time comes, we will definitely go through the cycle of rebirth, which is very terrifying. I have been praying to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, praying to learn the true Buddha Dharma. In the past few days, I saw the holy scenes of Ms. Wang Cheng'e's great achievement, and I knew that the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas blessed me and let me find it! Several of us disciples discussed and decided to do everything possible to find the master who taught Ms. Wang Cheng'e the great achievement. I know he is the true great sage. We also heard that Ms. Wang Cheng'e's husband also achieved life and death freedom through sitting in meditation, and he also learned the Buddha Dharma from her. If we don't find him, who else should we find? Of course, we must find him. Only he can solve our life and death problems. We must sincerely and earnestly find him!"
