The World Buddhist Headquarters recently held the "Welcoming the Birthday Ceremony of the Buddha of Light" in collaboration with Shengji Temple, Hongfa Temple, and Shengge Lecture Hall. The ceremony was presided over by Master Ruohui, the abbot of Huazang Temple and Hongfa Temple, who led the congregation in reciting the "Diamond Sutra" and conducted a grand offering before the Buddha to express gratitude, praying for national prosperity, peace for the people, favorable weather, social harmony, and the well-being of all sentient beings.
