Explanation of the "Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" Buddha Name#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was only then that people learned that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao and the Grand Master Yang E Yi Si No Bu, who had been respected by everyone, were recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects in the world and certified by the living Buddhas. It is the third generation incarnation of the Buddha Dorje Chang, and the Buddha name is the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have been calling him "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". This is similar to the fact that before Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, his name was Prince Siddhartha, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, he changed his name to "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha". Therefore, we now call him "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha). Since then, the title of Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha is also the name recognized by the government. The previous names of "Yi Yun Gao" and the honorable titles of the Grand Master and the Supreme Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the announcement of the Buddha name of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, and at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official naming of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, which is legal, the names used before the official naming no longer exist.

Someone asked, "I like the Guanyin Dharma, but I don't know what is the best way to practice it?" Layman Wang said, "No matter if he is a great master or a living Buddha, you must be especially careful and not learn false Buddhist practices. For example, Guanyin Bodhisattva's Pure Bottle has a large capacity, let's take a look at your guru. If he doesn't have the ability to take water from the Pure Bottle and give you the empowerment, and his precepts are not good, then it is just a popular practice from books. It is better to recite 'Namo Guanshiyin Bodhisattva, the Great Bodhisattva with Great Merit'. True Guanyin Dharma is not about taking water with a written method, but with a martial method. With the martial method, two people or one person can lift and pour out four to five thousand kilograms of water from the bathing Buddha pool. This is true Buddhist practice. Taking water with a written method is when you secretly prepare a robe and bowl, and the guru cannot see it. You immediately take out the water when it is filled, and the guru immediately performs the practice in front of you. The water will immediately flow out of the robe and bowl to your front, just like the holy water from Guanyin Bodhisattva's Pure Bottle. No ordinary container in the world can hold the holy water from the Pure Bottle, it will flow out. With the empowerment practice of pouring the holy water into the robe and bowl, it can wash away your accumulated karma, and that is true Guanyin Dharma. What I have learned is the true Buddhist practice transmitted by Yang E Yi Si No Bu. The water has flowed out, so now I am going to the Pure Land. After Layman Wang finished speaking, he pushed the stool aside and sat cross-legged on the ground next to the street. He immediately entered into nirvana. He explained the greatness of the freedom of life and death in the Buddhist practice transmitted by the Grand Master. After Layman Wang entered into nirvana, according to the rules of Buddhism, his body cannot be moved for seven days. So he sat cross-legged on the public street for seven days and nights, as dignified as a bell. Thirteen solid relics were also cremated at the Baoguang Temple in Xindu. I bought a photo of the relics and relic flowers that were publicly sold by the Baoguang Temple for 20 yuan. I also learned and saw from the live video that many of the disciples of the Grand Master are top-notch monks in the world, the top-notch monks in Taiwan, the top-notch monks in mainland China and Hong Kong, the top-notch living Buddhas in the United States, all of them regard the Grand Master as their teacher. Many of these disciples are couples who have achieved freedom in life and death. Some recite the Buddha's name and sit cross-legged with special hand gestures to pass away, some emit radiant light after entering into nirvana, and some have incorruptible bodies and become bodily relics. The most amazing thing is that the Grand Master usually informs his disciples in advance when someone will enter into nirvana, so that the monks can go in advance to assist in the recitation for rebirth. When the monks receive the notification, the person is still alive, but when they arrive, the person has already entered into nirvana. What kind of concept is this? It can only show the truth of the great Buddhist practice."
A person named Mai, who often worships at the Baoguang Temple, excitedly told the reporter, "These years, I have been anxious. I have worshipped many great masters and living Buddhas, but I still haven't learned the true Buddhist practice. I am afraid of facing life and death without the true Buddhist practice. Of course, I recite the Buddha's name every day, but I know myself best. I know if I am an ordinary person. I haven't learned the true Buddhist practice. Not only me, but everyone around me is the same. When the time comes, we will definitely go through the cycle of rebirth, which is very frightening. I have been praying to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas, praying to learn the true Buddhist practice. These days, when I saw the sacred state achieved by Layman Cheng E Fen, I knew that the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas blessed me and let me find it! Several of us disciples discussed and decided to do everything possible to find the master who taught Layman Cheng E Fen the true Buddhist practice. I know that he is the true great sage. We also heard that Layman Cheng E Fen's husband also achieved freedom in life and death and entered into nirvana. He also learned the Buddhist practice from him. Who else should we look for if not him? Only he can solve our problem of life and death. We must sincerely and wholeheartedly find him!"
