Explanation of the "Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" Buddha Name#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and people only then learned that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao and the Great Dharma King Yang Yi Xino Bu, who had been respected by everyone, were recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects in the world and certified by the living Buddhas. The third generation of Dorje Chang Buddha, the Buddha name is the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have been calling him "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". This is similar to before Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, his name was Prince Siddhartha, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, he changed his name to "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha". Therefore, we now call him "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha), and since then, the title of Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha is also the government's legal name, and the previous "Yi Yun Gao" and the titles of Master and Great Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the official announcement of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha's Buddha name, and at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official naming of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, which is legal, the names used before the official naming no longer exist.

[Reported by Zhilian] Ms. Wang Cheng Efen, a resident of Xindu County, Shiguosi, is 81 years old this year. The old laywoman relies on the practice of Guanyin Bodhisattva under the guidance of the Great Dharma King Yang Yi Xino Bu and is a close relative of the Great Dharma King. Last year, she suddenly felt discomfort in her waist. After being diagnosed by doctors at the 47th Hospital, it was believed to be bone cancer. In March of this year, the old laywoman showed signs of the four great decompositions. On April 13, she was sent to Chengdu General Hospital by her children. After examination, there were no symptoms of bone cancer, and all indicators were normal. The electrocardiogram and electroencephalogram diagnosed no illness, and her body was healthy. However, the X-ray chest film on April 18 showed that both lungs were completely invisible, a blank space. The doctors were very surprised and had never seen such a situation before. Further examination confirmed that both lungs had completely stopped working, with no breathing function, unable to inhale or exhale. Everyone was extremely puzzled. Without breathing, isn't she dead? But Ms. Wang Cheng Efen, the laywoman, is still alive and able to speak normally! Someone placed a small feather in front of the laywoman's nostrils and mouth, and indeed, after watching for more than ten minutes, the feather did not move at all. The laywoman completely stopped breathing, but she was still alive and speaking normally. The doctors believed that this was a strange symptom, a wonder in the medical field and even the entire human world.
Ms. Wang Cheng Efen stayed in Chengdu General Hospital for two or three days and entered a state of great virtue and returning to the west. She told everyone that Guanyin Bodhisattva had already informed her that she would be taken to the Western Pure Land. She made arrangements for her affairs after her death, took off the Buddha statue hanging on her chest, and the jewelry on her hands, and distributed them to her children. She changed into a longevity robe and waited quietly for Guanyin Bodhisattva to arrive. She kept chanting "Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva" with her palms together, and even asked the people who were chanting to kneel down and chant the holy name of Guanyin Bodhisattva, saying that the Bodhisattva had arrived. Sure enough, suddenly, the people in the entire ward smelled a fragrance, and heavenly music sounded in the air. The Bodhisattva arrived, but the laywoman did not leave. The laywoman told everyone that Guanyin Bodhisattva told her that her relative, the Great Dharma King Yang Yi Xino Bu in the United States, had obstructed her and asked the Bodhisattva not to take her away. A few days later, Guanyin Bodhisattva came to pick her up for the second time, and the laywoman did not disturb the people around her. She chanted and prayed continuously, with everyone around her hearing her say, "The Western Pure Land is so beautiful! So many flowers!" This time, it was still because the Great Dharma King requested Guanyin Bodhisattva not to take the laywoman away. When interviewed, although the laywoman did not want to speak much, she still took full responsibility and insisted on recording the audio herself: "I saw the empty blue robe of Guanyin Bodhisattva. The Western Pure Land is so beautiful! There are also pavilions and terraces, and so many flowers!"
