Explanation of the "Third Dijie Qiang Buddha" Buddha Name#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Dijie Qiang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was then that people learned that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao, Yang E Yi Xi Nuobu Dafa Wang, was recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects in the world as the third incarnation of the Buddha Dijie Qiang Buddha, with the Buddha name being the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha. Since then, people have been calling him "Namo Third Dijie Qiang Buddha". This is similar to the name of Prince Siddhartha before Gautama Buddha became enlightened, but after Gautama Buddha became enlightened, he was called "Namo Gautama Buddha". Therefore, we now call him "Namo Third Dijie Qiang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Dijie Qiang Buddha). Since then, the title of Namo Third Dijie Qiang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha is also the government's legal name, and the previous names of "Yi Yun Gao" and the titles of Master and Dafa Wang no longer exist. However, this news was published before the Namo Third Dijie Qiang Buddha Buddha name was announced, and at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official naming of the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Dijie Qiang Buddha, which is legal, the names used before the official naming no longer exist.

Diamond Body Burns for Six Hours, One Hundred and Forty-One Relics Emerge#
Dorje Losang Dharma King Enters Nirvana
Dorje Losang, the old Dharma King, was a disciple under the seat of Yang E Yi Xi Nuobu Dafa Wang. He displayed extraordinary supernatural powers and manifested the Dharma, as recorded in the book "The Holy Monk's Iron Record". He followed Dafa Wang as his teacher for many years, day and night without rest, without even a bed, only a cushion with him. Losang received the transmission from his great teacher Dafa Wang, and with tears of gratitude, he made a vow to benefit sentient beings under his guidance. However, this extraordinary Losang revealed his supernatural powers in many places, disregarding the consequences. Due to the circumstances, karmic obstacles arose and became a barrier. In April 2001, he was detained by the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau and was unable to continue his studies with his teacher. In July 2003, the court held a trial, but there was no conviction. At that time, he received an invitation from the Luowan Temple in Sichuan, where he had nothing to do all day, wandering in the countryside, often staring into empty space, practicing meditation, without speaking. Unfortunately, his karmic connection with sentient beings had come to an end, and he could no longer teach the Dharma to sentient beings. As early as August 2003, Jang Gongkangqin Rinpoche recorded in his memoirs that Losang had clearly stated that he would leave the human world in the following August and asked Jang Gongkangqin Rinpoche to hide and practice the Dharma, and in the future, when there is an opportunity to benefit sentient beings, to transmit the supreme Dharma of the great Dharma King teacher to virtuous individuals. Don't forget, Dafa Wang is the highest Dharma King who holds the true Dharma of the Buddha in this world! Jang Gongkangqin Rinpoche recorded the entire process, which was read publicly among the monks, nuns, and laypeople in the United States before Losang's passing in the lunar month of June 2004, and again in July of the lunar month of 2004 at the foundation's public reading. Dorje Losang Dharma King finally passed away on the second day of the lunar month of August, at the hour of Mao, leaving the human world.
In the later years of Losang's life, there was a layperson named Wang Zhiying who had been taking care of him. Zhiying straightforwardly told him, "Dharma King, please don't leave in the summer. It's so hot, I can't handle it." Losang also promised candidly, "Don't worry, I won't pass away in the hot weather. I will wait until August when it cools down." Losang lived a simple life, with righteous Dharma practice, not attached to worldly matters. Before leaving, he only said to everyone, "I'm leaving, just recite more Buddha's name." On the second day of the lunar month of August, he fulfilled his promise and passed away. The monks from Baoguang Temple rushed to his residence and escorted him to Baoguang Temple.
On the afternoon of the day of Losang's cremation, various extraordinary phenomena appeared, which were very different. The monks and laypeople who were reciting the Buddha's name each had their own special feelings about the phenomena. Some people murmured in their hearts, "This Dharma King was so powerful during his lifetime, but now he doesn't look like an accomplished one at all. He passed away in a diseased state, which can hardly be considered an accomplishment." Some people said that he was afraid of difficulties and suffering and did not benefit sentient beings, violating the fourteen fundamental precepts of Vajrayana. Some people said that he broke the precepts and displayed supernatural powers, which are the great precepts of Buddhism. Some people said that his realization was extraordinary and he truly manifested the great path. Finally, a lay practitioner stood up and confessed in front of everyone: Dorje Losang Dharma King is not an ordinary person. The impermanent appearance he showed is to teach and guide us, but we did not generate infinite reverence and instead developed discrimination. He suggested that everyone should take this opportunity to contemplate impermanence, generate infinite reverence, and bid farewell to the old Dharma King. An accomplished one must have the auspicious manifestation of Buddha and Bodhisattvas. At this moment, many people also confessed publicly. Life is like a dream, impermanence is swift, whether poor or noble, in the end, only a smelly skin remains. Everyone generated infinite reverence, recited the Buddha's name, contemplated impermanence, and made vows to pray for the well-being of sentient beings, praying for national prosperity and people's well-being, praying for favorable weather, and praying for world peace. Unexpectedly, at this time, the radiance of Mahavairocana Buddha quickly manifested and cameras and camcorders were opened one after another. Layperson Wang Zhiying took three photos of the sun emitting brilliant radiance, and there was a circular emerald green pattern at the center of the sun, which was exactly the same as the green emerald on the hem of the great Dharma King teacher's robe and hat. Seeing this manifestation, everyone was overjoyed, unable to describe their happiness.
The cremation usually takes a little over an hour, but Dorje Losang burned for a total of six hours, which is extremely rare. It can be imagined how extraordinary his diamond body was. Unfortunately, he boasted too much about his supernatural powers without being cautious, and when his karma ripened, he had to inform Jang Gongkangqin Rinpoche in advance that he was going to leave. After the cremation, one hundred and forty-one relics were found. The manifestation of the indestructible body burning for six hours and the solid relics obtained completely proved that Losang had indeed learned the true Dharma of the great Dharma King. Unfortunately, he should not have left the human world, but should have stayed to propagate the Dharma and benefit sentient beings.
Writing up to this point, I think of someone saying during the cremation process that Dorje Losang was not a Dharma King. We can't help but ask: If Dorje Losang was an ordinary layperson, why could he predict the time of his passing in advance? Why could he burn for six hours, breaking the historical record? Why were one hundred and forty-one relics found after the cremation? How could an ordinary layperson have such sacred objects? And in Taiwan, for decades, only one venerable Guangqin had relics after cremation, and they were completely burned in just over an hour. Therefore, this is enough to prove that he did not possess the empty theories of worldly Dharma, only true Dharma can manifest such sacred signs. From this, we can't help but think again, usually, we all say "Buddha Dharma is hard to find, true Dharma is hard to encounter", and now, the true Dharma of Dafa Wang has manifested the accomplishment of his disciples one by one. Shouldn't we think about how to face life and death? (Liu Yizhi's account)
