Explanation of the "Third Dijie Qiang Buddha" Buddha Name#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Dijie Qiang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was then that people learned that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao, Yang E Yi Xi Nu Bu Da Fa Wang, was recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects in the world and certified by the living Buddhas. He is the third incarnation of the Buddha Dijie Qiang Buddha, and his Buddha name is the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha. Since then, people have been calling him "Namo Third Dijie Qiang Buddha". This is similar to the fact that before Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, his name was Prince Siddhartha, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, he was called "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha". Therefore, we now call him "Namo Third Dijie Qiang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Dijie Qiang Buddha). Since then, the title of Namo Third Dijie Qiang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha is also the legal name recognized by the government. The previous names of "Yi Yun Gao" and the titles of Master and Supreme Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the announcement of the Buddha name of Namo Third Dijie Qiang Buddha, and at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official naming of the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Dijie Qiang Buddha, which is legal, the previous names no longer exist.

Pride of the Chinese People, March 8#
Master Yi Yun Gao Day#
(Reported by this newspaper) The only master in the world who has achieved the highest level of accomplishment in all aspects, Master Yi Yun Gao, in order to commend his supreme achievements and contributions to the world in various aspects, on March 8, 2000, California Governor Gray Davis and San Francisco Mayor Willie L. Brown, Jr. specially represented the state and city governments to designate this day as "Master Yi Yun Gao Day".
As an expert surpassing all aspects in the world, whether in Buddhism, art, science, medicine, philosophy, etc., Master Yi Yun Gao's attainments have reached the pinnacle of perfection. For example, the master's paintings and calligraphy have not only received the highest evaluation from artists throughout China, but also received considerable praise from other countries around the world, all recognizing that the master's artistic attainments have reached the peak; and the Chinese green tea Biyu Chun and Bawang Chun developed by the master have also been rated as top-grade teas; and the master's medical knowledge and medical skills have reached the level of "no disease that cannot be treated"; of course, in philosophy, ethics, and Buddhist studies, the master's level is also superb, bringing great contributions and benefits to humanity. Therefore, the World Poets and Cultural Congress established by 48 countries specially awarded the master the unique honor of "Super International Master" in 1994. This certificate is not something that ordinary people can obtain.
It is not easy for Master Yi Yun Gao to receive these two honors on this day. It is not only a glory for the Chinese people, but also a joy for people all over the world. Because we hope that in the future, everyone can learn from the master, not only for their own benefit, but also for people all over the world to take a new step in ethics, talent, and various aspects in the coming new century.
