The office has received a letter from a Buddhist in China, stating that there is a very powerful Rinpoche from the Buddha's side, who is elegant, knowledgeable in the scriptures, very humble, and can be considered a saint of great compassion. He is a senior disciple of the third incarnation of the Panchen Lama, and his image is very similar to that of the Dalai Lama. He is about to give teachings to his disciples, claiming that it is authorized by the third incarnation of the Panchen Lama, and requesting the office to confirm the actual qualifications of this Rinpoche. In response to this, the office will provide a certified reply.
First, the office has announced many times that only those with the qualifications of the Three Stars of the Sun and Moon or above are qualified to give teachings. Listening to someone like this will definitely lead to confusion and the accumulation of negative karma. Even Ananda and Shariputra, as mentioned in the scriptures, were not qualified to give teachings. Can this living Buddha you mentioned and some other lamas and Rinpoche surpass Venerable Ananda? What about Shariputra?
Second, the third incarnation of the Panchen Lama has never authorized anyone to give teachings. The office of the third incarnation of the Panchen Lama has never sent anyone with the qualifications to give teachings to any country.
Third, the Buddha treats all sentient beings equally, viewing all sentient beings as relatives with the heart of great compassion. There is no distinction between being close or distant, higher or lower. The level of high or low can only be known through examination and certification at the International World Buddhist Headquarters. Therefore, no matter how extraordinary a Rinpoche is, we must see the sacred qualifications he holds. Anyone who claims to be from the Buddha's side or claims to be a saint or an extraordinary Rinpoche, but cannot produce sacred qualifications, belongs to one of three types of people: ordinary fraudsters, evil teachers of external paths, or demonic offspring.
Fourth, to understand the qualifications of all these people, please inquire at the International World Buddhist Headquarters. Those with sacred qualifications must display their sacred qualification certificates. Those who do not display sacred qualification certificates but claim to be sacred or allow others to call them sacred are fraudsters or demonic individuals.
Fifth, this Buddhist disciple who wrote the letter seeking confirmation, as well as all those with similar questions, must reflect on themselves. The third incarnation of the Panchen Lama has repeatedly stated in Dharma teachings, and the announcements from the office of the third incarnation of the Panchen Lama have repeatedly emphasized that the presence or absence of sacred qualifications determines whether a person is a sacred individual and at what level. Furthermore, in order to protect sentient beings and prevent demonic fraudsters from misleading and damaging society, the Buddha has given each and every one of you the Mirror of Demon-Detecting with 128 criteria of discernment, allowing you to measure and discern all Buddhist practitioners. However, you not only fail to measure and discern based on the 128 criteria, but you are also willing to fall into degradation based solely on external appearances resembling that of the Dalai Lama. Every time, you either inquire about whether this Rinpoche has sacred qualifications or consult the qualifications of that master. If you do not listen to the Buddha's teachings and do not read the office's announcements, but instead believe in demonic words and mislead others, it is a small matter if you bring misfortune upon yourself, but the key issue is assisting evil and harming the public, and damaging society. Is this the behavior of a Buddhist disciple?
