World Buddhist Headquarters Statement
In order to let the public truly understand our World Buddhist Headquarters and the Third Supreme Dharma King, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III, the World Buddhist Headquarters hereby declares the following:
First, our World Buddhist Headquarters takes full legal responsibility for the authenticity of this statement.
Second, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III is the highest leader of world Buddhism, not self-proclaimed! The Buddha identity of Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III is not a title given by Buddhists out of respect, but is certified by the authorized Dharma Kings, Regent Dharma Kings, and eminent monks in Buddhism based on the certification system of Buddhism that has been in place for over a thousand years. These include the highest-ranking Dharma King Dorje Chang Buddha III, the third supreme leader of the Nyingma sect, Beno Dharma King, the current foremost great master of Tibet, Achuk Lama, the root guru of the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, Gyalwa Karmapa, the supreme leader of the World Jue Nang sect, Jigme Dawa Rinpoche, the guru of the Dalai Lama, Minling Trichen Rinpoche, the three gurus of the Dalai Lama, Chushi Rinpoche, Dalung Zhezhu Rinpoche, and Qiujicui Rinpoche, the supreme leader of the Sakya sect, Sakya Dawa Ching Rinpoche, the regent Dharma King of the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, Shamarpa, the regent guru of the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, Jatsa Regent Guru, and many others. These are all top-notch eminent monks recognized by the Buddhist community worldwide, and they have each written certification letters with the power of certification and endorsement for Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III. Due to the large number of certifications and endorsements received by Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III, surpassing any leader, patriarch, or living Buddha in the history of Buddhism, it is impossible to list them all here. According to the certification system of Buddhism, once a person is certified by two authorized Dharma Kings, living Buddhas, or lamas, their identity is established. However, as history has evolved, many people have only been certified by one living Buddha with certification authority, and they have established themselves in the Buddhist community. For example, the 14th Dalai Lama, who is well-known today, only received certification from the 5th Reting Rinpoche, and the 17th Gyalwa Karmapa also received only two certifications, both within their own sects. However, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III is completely different. The certifications and endorsements received by Buddha III exceed one hundred, making him the person with the most certifications and endorsements in the entire history of Buddhism. Moreover, these certifications and endorsements are not limited to a single sect but are written certification and endorsement letters issued by the heads of the entire Buddhist community and major sects, with the certification of the identity not being a living Buddha status but the Buddha (Vajra Holder), the highest holy being in the entire Buddhism, and the Buddha is the highest leader of the entire Buddhism.
Third, the five accomplishments of Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III are also the first in the history of Buddhism, unparalleled by any previous saints. Our world's Buddhist leader Shakyamuni Buddha stipulated in the scriptures, "Bodhisattvas attain the five accomplishments." Bodhisattvas must possess the five accomplishments, and Buddha must possess the crown of the five accomplishments. Looking back at the history of civilization since the existence of human beings, only Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III has reached the pinnacle of perfection in the five accomplishments, truly fulfilling the requirements of "perfect mastery of exoteric and esoteric teachings, complete attainment of the five accomplishments" as stipulated by the Buddha. Buddha III is the greatest holy being in Buddhism, surpassing all others in poetry, calligraphy, painting, sculpture, technology, and the profound teachings of the sutras, the true meaning of the Dharma, and the true nature of all phenomena. There is no second person in history who can compare. Even a skilled sculptor cannot replicate a single work of art, such as the sculpture of a dragon and carp playing in a lotus pond or a painting. The high reward for successfully replicating these works has been offered for many years, but no one has been able to reproduce them! If you cannot replicate it, even if you ask someone else to do it successfully, then we must admit that this is not the product of the Buddha's wisdom! Based on the actual accomplishments mentioned above and the certification and endorsement letters in accordance with the Buddhist certification system, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III is the true Buddha, and the Buddha is the essence to which all Buddhists take refuge and learn. The title of Buddha is the highest and greatest position in the entire Buddhism, and no patriarch or Dharma King of any sect in Buddhism is qualified to surpass the Buddha's status! Currently, in our world, there is only one Buddhist leader, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III, and no second one! Because of his Buddha nature, the Buddha is the refuge for all Buddhists to learn and receive teachings, not only for our World Buddhist Headquarters but also for many other Buddhist institutions. Buddhists learn from the Buddha's teachings and examples, listen to the Buddha's Dharma teachings, and follow the Buddha's guidance. Moreover, Buddha III is the only Buddhist holy being in history who does not accept any offerings and only serves the public voluntarily.
Fourth, although Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III is the true Buddha, his views have always been consistent. He explicitly stated in his speech on the comparison of rejuvenation that "Although the title of Buddha has been legally established as my name, I am the third Namo Dorje Chang Buddha with a fictitious name. I am not a Bodhisattva, not an Arhat, not a venerable one, not a Dharma King, not a living Buddha, not a saint, but one who feels ashamed."
Fifth, when Namo Buddha was still in China, he was persecuted by some individuals from the Chinese public security due to his promotion of Buddhism and insistence on justice and fairness. Since arriving in the United States with a visa on August 1, 1999, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III has not returned to China once in nearly 20 years. However, on June 20, 2002, the Shenzhen Public Security in China fabricated a false accusation that Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III "sold a house to Liu Juan in Shenzhen in April 2000 and defrauded 150 million RMB from her." Based on this accusation, they filed a case and began to persecute Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III and some of his disciples. It should be noted that Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III was in the United States in April 2000, so how could he have sold a house in Shenzhen? Instead, the public security demolished the only house where Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III lived in China with a bulldozer, without any compensation. The public security took away over 700 pieces of calligraphy and paintings created by Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III, which have not been returned to this day. They also arrested some of Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III's disciples, changed their names, and secretly detained them. At the same time, some public security personnel, fearing exposure because they had taken possession of Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III's calligraphy and paintings, used the media under their control to publish false accusations and defame Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III and his disciples as fraudulent criminals the day before the court hearing. They even applied to the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) for a warrant against Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III and some of his disciples. However, after the International Criminal Police Organization conducted an investigation, it was found that the reported case by the Chinese public security was not true, and Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III and his disciples had not committed any fraud. Therefore, at the 72nd session of the International Criminal Police Organization's General Assembly held in Lyon, France, from October 30 to 31, 2008, a decision was made to withdraw the warrant against Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III. During the investigation by the International Criminal Police Organization, China also investigated the truth of the matter and found that Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III had not committed any crimes such as fraud. Therefore, on June 11, 2008, China actively requested the International Criminal Police Organization to withdraw the warrant against Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III. The fact that Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III can withstand a detailed investigation by the International Criminal Police Organization without any criminal charges and that China requested the withdrawal of the warrant fully demonstrates the pure and morally upright behavior of Buddha III. How could such a pure and morally upright person not be praised but instead be defamed by some individuals who do not know the truth? What kind of low character is this? Does such media have any credibility? Although the warrant against Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III has long been withdrawn, those who have obtained Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III's calligraphy and paintings continue to spread the withdrawn and non-existent warrant online and in newspapers to deceive the public and prevent a retrial. In order to prevent people from being deceived, a legal consultation was made to the International Criminal Police Organization through legal channels. Therefore, on November 19, 2009, the International Criminal Police Organization specifically sent a letter to Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III, stating that China had requested the withdrawal of the warrant against him, and the warrant no longer existed. It also notified all member countries of the International Criminal Police Organization that they could not detain Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III using the warrant as an excuse. The attached document is the letter from the International Criminal Police Organization. It should be noted that on this letter from the International Criminal Police Organization, Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III's address is still written as Yungao Yi, which is the Hanyu Pinyin of his secular name in China over twenty years ago. At the same time, the lower-left corner of the letter originally contained Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III's address, but it was deliberately hidden for safety and privacy when published. However, the rest of the letter is a faithful copy of the original, without any changes to a single character. This is the truth about the warrant against Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III by the International Criminal Police Organization! Please think about it, is Buddha III a person of high moral character or a criminal? Furthermore, over the years, the so-called victims in this case, Liu Juan and Liu Baixing, have repeatedly written testimonies or held press conferences to prove that Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III not only did not deceive them but also selflessly helped them. Buddha III is a good person who selflessly benefits the public.
