Recently, Chinese Buddhist Cai Zhenmei has been widely distributing two songs that she recorded herself praising H.H. the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche. Although her intention is good, she lacks Buddhist knowledge and understanding of the scriptures, and the lyrics of the songs seriously violate the correct understanding and view of Dzogchen Buddhism, instead involving strange and superstitious beliefs that Dzogchen Buddhism opposes.
The Third Dzogchen Rinpoche has always taught Buddhist disciples not to commit any evil, to practice all virtues, to benefit sentient beings selflessly, and to oppose strange and superstitious beliefs. We should learn orthodox Buddhism and follow the correct practice taught by Shakyamuni Buddha, the founder of Buddhism in the Saha World. However, many people often go against these teachings.
Cai Zhenmei herself has realized the seriousness of her violation of the correct teachings and has written a confession letter to the office (please see Cai Zhenmei's confession letter attached). The office of the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche hereby warns all Buddhist disciples that if you have received recordings of Cai Zhenmei's songs, please destroy them immediately. Otherwise, your understanding will inevitably be influenced by wrong views, and negative karma will arise. Please wait until Cai Zhenmei, the Buddhist disciple, sings the correct songs before rejoicing in the Dharma. At the same time, pedestrians should listen attentively to the Dharma teachings of the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche, follow the guidance of the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche, study the Buddhist scriptures of Shakyamuni Buddha, understand and study the announcements of the office, and practice diligently to become a true Buddhist practitioner. Only then will there be hope for achievement and liberation in this life.
The Third Dzogchen Rinpoche has never certified anyone as a Rinpoche, and even the holy ones have not received certification from the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche. In the article "The Flying Nun" published in the newspaper, the bhikkhuni mentioned was recommended by the International Buddhist Sangha Association to seek certification from Dzogchen Rinpoche, but Dzogchen Rinpoche refused, let alone Cai Zhenmei, who is not a holy one. The Third Dzogchen Rinpoche said that although He is a humble person, the responsibility for sentient beings must be upheld! Therefore, unless the person surpasses the knowledge and spiritual qualities of those lamas, venerables, great living Buddhas, and great masters in society, and after careful consideration of the victorious teachings, the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche may consider writing a certification for them. But so far, no such person has appeared.
