"World Daily" September 23, 2003: Announcement (Seeking Reproduction Rhyme Carving Art with a Prize of Up to 12 Million US Dollars)

Explanation of the "Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" Buddha Name#

On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was then that people learned that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao, Yang E Yi Xi Nu Bu Dafa Wang, was recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects in the world as the third incarnation of the Buddha Dorje Chang, with the Buddha name being the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have referred to him as "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". This is similar to before Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, his name was Prince Siddhartha, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, he was called "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha". Therefore, we now say "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha), and since then, the title of Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha is also the legally recognized name by the government, and the previous titles of "Yi Yun Gao" and Master, Supreme Dharma King, no longer exist. However, this news was published before the announcement of the Buddha name of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha, so in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the name used before the official naming of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, which is legal, the previous name no longer exists.

The picture taken by Master Yi Yun Gao, the founder of the rhyme carving art, has been published and distributed worldwide by the International Art Publishing House. Master's rhyme carving works are not only the highest peak of human art surpassing nature for thousands of years, but also milestones in the history of human civilization. The emergence of rhyme carving art has made Yun Gao the founder of three historical transcendental achievements:

First, he surpassed the existence and beauty of nature with his carving art, making him the founder of human carving art surpassing the natural formation of mountains and rocks;

Second, the pebbles carved by him have a wonderful and magical world in the stone cave, with auspicious mist and endless interesting gas, making him the only historical founder who can carve gas.

Third, his works cannot be replicated by any skilled craftsmen in the world using any scientific methods. He is the founder of carving art works that cannot be replicated in the world.

Because of this, Yun Gao's rhyme carving works have become priceless treasures. In order to prove that what we have said is true and not false, the Master Yi Yun Gao International Cultural Foundation, together with the International Buddhist Monastic Association, the Holy Grace Cathedral, and the Universal Enlightenment Society, have jointly decided to collect copies of Master Yi Yun Gao's rhyme carving works from people from all walks of life around the world. The specific details are as follows:

  1. As long as a person reproduces Master Yi Yun Gao's rhyme carving works "One Pillar Supporting the Sky" or "Mysterious Stone Mist", and the form, details, naturalness, transparency, texture, mist phenomenon, color, etc. of the reproduction are exactly the same as the original work, without any difference, the reproducer will immediately receive a bonus of 12 million US dollars. If there is any difference that does not match the original work, the bonus will not be awarded!

  2. For the convenience of the reproducer, there are no restrictions on the tools, materials, and time used by the reproducer. The weight of the reproduction can be different from that of the original work, as long as the internal and external forms are the same.

  3. The reproducer shall bear all the expenses incurred during the reproduction process. The reproducer shall bear any problems that may arise during the reproduction process, and the organizer shall not be held responsible.

  4. The original work is not allowed to be taken out of the venue. The reproducer is not allowed to damage or dirty the original work at any time.

  5. Any institutions or individuals who are willing to reproduce the rhyme carving works, please contact us in advance. After registration, a specific time will be arranged to view the original work. If the reproducer is willing to reproduce after seeing the work, a reproduction agreement will be signed. This exhibition of rhyme carving works is only for the observation of people who are willing to participate in the reproduction, and is not open to those who only want to observe without reproducing. In the future, a dedicated exhibition will be held for everyone to enjoy. Master Yi Yun Gao himself only provides the original works voluntarily and does not participate in this activity or accept any financial support from the organizer.

This announcement was published in major media on July 8th of this year. After seeing the works, some people thought that the technique was too difficult and canceled their reproduction plans. Some people also suggested that the bonus was too low and were unwilling to reproduce, suggesting a prize of 10 million. So far, no one has dared to reproduce, so we have increased the number of participating institutions and raised the bonus to 12 million US dollars.
