Explanation of the "Third Dijie Qiang Buddha" Buddha Name#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Dijie Qiang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and people then learned that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao, Yang E Yi Xi Nu Bu Dafa Wang, was recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects and the great living Buddhas of the world's Buddhism. The third incarnation of the Buddha Dijie Qiang Buddha, and his Buddhist name is the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha. Since then, people have been calling him "Namo the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha". This is similar to the name of Prince Siddhartha before Gautama Buddha became a Buddha, but after Gautama Buddha became a Buddha, he changed his name to "Namo Gautama Buddha". Therefore, we now call him "Namo the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha). Since then, the title of Namo the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha is also the name recognized by the government. The previous names "Yi Yun Gao" and the honorable titles of Master and Dafa Wang no longer exist. However, this news was published before the official announcement of the Buddha name of the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha. At that time, people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official naming of the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha, which is legal, the names used before the official naming no longer exist.

Dijie Luosang Dafa Wang's Parinirvana#
Vajra Body Burned for Six Hours, Obtained 141 Relics#
(Reported by Zhang Dianchen) Dijie Luosang Lama was a disciple under the seat of Yang E Yi Xi Nu Bu Dafa Wang. He displayed supernatural powers and revealed the Dharma, as recorded in the book "The Iron Record of the Holy Monk". He followed Yang E Dafa Wang as his teacher for many years, practicing Buddhism day and night without sleep, without even a bed, only a cushion with him. Luosang deeply received the transmission from his teacher, Dafa Wang, and with tears of gratitude, he made a vow to benefit sentient beings according to his teacher's guidance. However, this extraordinary Luosang showed his supernatural powers in many places without considering the consequences. Due to the ripening of his karma, he was detained by the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau in April 2001 and was unable to continue his studies with his teacher. In July 2003, the court held a trial, but he was not convicted. At that time, he received an invitation from the Luowan Temple in Sichuan, where he had nothing to do all day, wandering in the countryside, often gazing into the void with his eyes fixed, practicing meditation without speaking. Unfortunately, his karmic connection with sentient beings had come to an end, and he could no longer teach the Dharma to sentient beings. As early as August 2003, Jiang Gongkangqin Renboche recorded in his memoir that Luosang had clearly stated that he would leave the human realm in the following August and asked Jiang Gongkangqin Renboche to hide and practice the Dharma, and in the future, when there is an opportunity to benefit sentient beings, to transmit the supreme Dharma of the great Dafa Wang teacher to virtuous people. Don't forget that Dafa Wang teacher is the highest Dharma King who possesses the Buddha's true Dharma in this world! Jiang Gongkangqin Renboche recorded the entire process, and this record was read publicly among the monks, nuns, and laypeople in the United States before Luosang's Parinirvana in the lunar month of June 2004, and publicly read in the foundation in the lunar month of July 2004. Dijie Luosang Lama finally passed away on the morning of the second day of the lunar month of August, leaving the world.
In the later years of Luosang's life, Wang Zhiying, a layperson, took care of him. Zhiying straightforwardly told him, "Master, please don't leave in the summer. It's so hot, and I can't handle it." Luosang also promised candidly, "Don't worry, I won't pass away in the hot weather. I will wait until August when it cools down." Luosang lived a simple life, with righteous views on Dharma affairs, not attached to worldly matters. Before leaving, he only said to everyone, "I'm leaving, just recite more Buddha's name." On the second day of the lunar month of August, he fulfilled his promise and passed away. The monks from Baoguang Temple arrived at his residence and escorted him to Baoguang Temple.
On the day of Luosang's cremation, various extraordinary phenomena appeared, which were very different. The monks and laypeople who were reciting the Buddha's name each had their own special feelings about the phenomena. Some murmured in their hearts: "This Master was so powerful during his lifetime, but now he doesn't look like an accomplished one at all. He passed away in a sickly state. He can't be considered an accomplished one." Some said that he was afraid of difficulties and suffering and did not benefit sentient beings, violating the 14 fundamental precepts of Vajrayana. Some said that he broke the precepts and displayed supernatural powers, which are the great precepts of Buddhism. Some said that he had extraordinary realization and was truly a manifestation of the great path. Finally, a lay devotee stood up and confessed publicly: Dijie Luosang Lama is not an ordinary person. The impermanence he displayed is to teach and guide us, but we have not generated infinite reverence and instead have developed discrimination. He suggested that everyone should take this opportunity to contemplate impermanence, generate infinite reverence, and bid farewell to the old Dafa Wang with reverence. An accomplished one must have auspicious manifestations of Buddha and Bodhisattvas. At this moment, many people also confessed publicly. Life is like a dream, impermanence is swift, and in the end, whether poor or noble, all leave behind a stinking body. Everyone generated infinite reverence, recited the Buddha's name, contemplated impermanence, and made vows to pray for the well-being of sentient beings, pray for national prosperity and people's well-being, pray for favorable weather, and pray for world peace. Unexpectedly, at this time, the radiance of Mahavairocana Buddha quickly manifested and cameras and video cameras were turned on one after another. A lay devotee took three photos of the sun emitting brilliant radiance, and there was a circular emerald green pattern in the center of the sun, which was exactly the same as the green emerald on the edge of the Dafa Wang teacher's robe and hat. Seeing this manifestation, everyone was overjoyed, unable to describe their happiness.
The cremation usually takes a little over an hour, but Dijie Luosang Lama burned for more than six hours, which is extremely rare. It can be imagined how extraordinary his vajra body was. Unfortunately, he revealed his supernatural powers too much and lost his vigilance. When his karma matured, he had to inform Jiang Gongkangqin Renboche in advance that he was going to leave. After the cremation, 141 relics were obtained. The manifestation of the indestructible vajra body burning for six hours and the solid relics obtained completely proved that Luosang did indeed learn the true Dharma of Dafa Wang, the Tathagata. Unfortunately, he should not have left the human realm but should have stayed in the world to benefit sentient beings with great Dharma.
Writing up to this point, thinking about someone saying during the cremation that Dijie Luosang was not a Dharma King, we can't help but ask: If Dijie Luosang was an ordinary layperson, why could he predict the time of his Parinirvana in advance? Why could he remain indestructible and burn for six hours, breaking the historical record? Why were 141 relics found after the cremation? How could an ordinary layperson have such sacred objects? In Taiwan, for decades, only one venerable Guangqin had relics after cremation, and they were completely burned in a little over an hour. Therefore, this is enough to prove that he did not possess the empty theoretical Buddhism of the secular world. Only true Buddhism can manifest such sacred phenomena. Therefore, we cannot help but think again. Usually, we all say, "Buddhism is hard to find, and the true Dharma is hard to encounter." Now, the true Dharma of Dafa Wang has manifested, and his disciples have achieved great accomplishments. Shouldn't we think about how to face life and death?
