First Outline:
The venerable monk personally answered six questions:
(1) He is not a great sage.
(2) He has not attained the level of a golden button with three stages of cultivation, nor has he attained the level of an irreversible bodhisattva.
(3) He cannot personally bestow the inner secret initiation to disciples, but he can perform a borrowed initiation.
(4) He does not accept disciples.
(5) The video recording "The Rare Appearance of True Buddha Dharma" shows him using his skills to burn and injure esteemed monks and great virtuous individuals.
(6) On that day, there was an ordinary person with the title of a living Buddha who was afraid of being burned and embarrassed, so he was too scared to enter.
Second Outline:
The inner secret initiation must pass through two stages, and without completing both stages, the initiation is not valid. If there is doubt or false speech towards the inner secret initiation master, it violates the fundamental precepts. The Buddha and bodhisattvas will not agree to pass the second stage initiation and transmit the teachings. Even if the initiation is reluctantly completed, there will be no benefit.
Third Outline:
The purpose of the inner secret initiation is to invite the Buddha and bodhisattvas to the altar to receive disciples. Only those who are extremely devout and have made genuine contributions to the Buddhist cause can qualify to receive the initiation. If one has made the most devout offerings to great virtuous individuals, they can receive the initiation of the main deity's karmic connection, obtain the precious nectar to eliminate obstacles, and within twelve hours, personally see the Buddha and bodhisattvas in the empty space, learn the highest teachings, and immediately transform from an ordinary person to a saint. There is an example of a verified case that everyone has witnessed, which is detailed in the full text of the third answer.
Fourth Outline:
It is pointed out that the best practice and cultivation method in the world is the practice and cultivation method taught by the Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha. Many well-known esteemed monks and great virtuous individuals have achieved liberation through this method. This is the guarantee of achieving liberation.
Fifth Outline:
It is stated that the view of the Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha is that all sects and schools are equal and each has its own focus. The key is to refrain from doing evil, practice good, follow the teachings, and cultivate great compassion and virtuous deeds in order to learn the great Buddha Dharma and achieve rapid enlightenment. However, the esteemed monks emphasize the rules of the inner secret in order to prevent false teachers and fraudsters. This is one aspect, but more importantly, only through the inner secret initiation can the Buddha's disciples immediately communicate with the Buddha and bodhisattvas. If one receives initiation based on the karmic connection of the environment, they can see the Buddha and bodhisattvas in the empty space and enter the sacred realm at any time.
Sixth Outline:
In the true Dharma door of the Tathagata, there will always be traitors, because the purpose of the true Dharma is to benefit sentient beings and guide them to become saints. It does not allow evil and deception. This goes against the intentions of false teachers and fraudsters who use false Buddha Dharma to deceive for wealth and pleasure. Since the true Dharma blocks the path of wealth and pleasure for fraudsters, they naturally see it as opposition and choose to betray.
Seventh Outline:
"Initiation through the environment" and "blessing through the environment" may appear similar in appearance, such as opening the crown chakra or manifesting the complete initial stage, but they are actually completely different in nature. Initiation is when the Buddha and bodhisattvas personally receive disciples, while blessing is when the Buddha and bodhisattvas only bestow blessings without receiving disciples. In addition, some people pretend to have received blessings from great virtuous individuals and deceive disciples, claiming it to be an initiation. There are many such people who are ordinary individuals and fraudsters. For specific information, please consult the headquarters.
Eighth Outline:
Those who claim to have received initiation or blessings from great virtuous individuals and falsely claim to be able to bestow the inner secret initiation to disciples are deceiving others. Note: Those who have received the inner secret initiation must have a measurement vajra rope. Without this token, it is possible that only inner secret blessings have been received, or it may be a deception. For qualifications and details, please consult the headquarters. It cannot be faked and there are records.
Ninth Outline:
What does "reaching the three vajra stages" mean? The three stages are: "Earth Stage": around 60 years old, weighing around 170 pounds, able to lift a 200-pound vajra with one hand. "Heaven Stage": weighing 110 pounds. "Dharma Stage": demonstrating internal power. The Earth and Heaven stages are tests of physical strength and health. For those weighing around 170 pounds, at around 50 years old, they should be able to lift a 210-pound vajra. At around 40 years old, they should be able to lift a 220-pound vajra. At around 30 years old, they should be able to lift a 230-pound vajra. At around 20 years old, they should be able to lift a 240-pound vajra. If one's weight exceeds 170 pounds, for every additional pound, the weight of the vajra should increase by one pound. For the qualifications, please consult the headquarters. There are records.
Tenth Outline:
After three years and three months of the passing of the founding master, the inner secret altar will become an ordinary altar and will no longer have any inner secret functions. However, a legitimate Buddhist temple that complies with the regulations is not limited by time.
Eleventh Outline:
The demonstration of "reaching the three vajra stages" was performed by a great living Buddha. We do not have the right to disclose his Dharma name. He is an American living Buddha. Whether the Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha has accepted the person from Thailand as a disciple, please refer to the original text for the answer.
Twelfth Outline:
A spiritual teacher who can perform borrowed initiation must meet three conditions, and all three are necessary. A saint who has not attained the three stages of the golden button cannot perform the "main deity's karmic connection initiation" and can only perform the true inner secret initiation. However, they must have completed the true inner secret altar with the three vajra stages and the completion of the "sending the Buddha a table" in order to perform the inner secret initiation. Otherwise, the disciple's practice will not be beneficial.
Thirteenth Outline:
To achieve liberation, one must go through three great asamkhyeya kalpas (3.8 billion years) and extensively cultivate the six paramitas. Only through the inner secret initiation can one achieve liberation in seven or three lifetimes, or even in this lifetime, and learn the supreme teachings and achieve immediate enlightenment. The Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha said that as long as anyone practices according to his teachings, they can achieve enlightenment in this lifetime. Currently, there is no true inner secret altar in the world. The Vajra Master Wangzha announced last year that he will establish a true inner secret altar in the United States that complies with the two major regulations within this year.
Fourteenth Outline:
You asked if the Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha has an inner secret altar. The answer is that he has never had one. Since he is a Buddha, does he still need an inner secret altar? Wherever the Buddha is teaching, that place is the sacred inner secret altar.
Fifteenth Outline:
Attaining the golden button is the true mark of a venerable. Only with the three stages of the golden button can one have full confidence in "sending the Buddha a table." It must be at least the third stage of the golden button to ensure the completion of "sending the Buddha a table." As for different individuals achieving the same level of the blue button, their level of achievement and cultivation is completely different. Please refer to the original text in the book "Answers and Original Texts of Esteemed Monks" for the original answers.
Regarding the question of someone practicing the Great Compassion Guanyin blessing method, whether it is a legitimate transmission of the true Dharma or a transmission from the descendant of the demon king, please consult the World Buddhist Headquarters. Otherwise, if one receives the blessing incorrectly, they will experience bad luck and suffering.
Sixteenth Outline:
Why do some people oppose the regulations of the inner secret altar? It is because those who oppose it are inevitably false saints and true fraudsters. They do not have the cultivation to establish an inner secret altar. The initiation they perform is a false inner secret initiation. They hate the regulations of the true Buddha Dharma. If they do not immediately oppose it when they discover it, they will expose their true nature as fraudsters in front of their disciples. Please refer to the original text for further details.
Seventeenth Outline:
Magicians can use various lights and chemicals, create earthquakes, and make planes and cars disappear, but they cannot turn a disciple's written paper into a rainbow. "Sending the Buddha a table" can only be accomplished by a great virtuous individual who is a disciple of the great bodhisattva. "Sending the table" means that in front of everyone, without using fire, the bodhisattva will come and take the table and transform it into a rainbow that flies away. "Transforming the table" means burning the table with fire, which anyone can do.
Eighteenth Outline:
Achievement at the first or second stage of the golden button still carries the danger of regression. Please refer to the original text for examples in the eighteenth answer.
Nineteenth Outline:
To transmit the lineage through borrowed initiation, there must be at least three disciples who have received the initiation. During the initiation, the "measurement vajra rope" is cut into segments and the vajra pills are ground into powder and distributed to the initiates. If a disciple receives the inner secret initiation alone, they will have a measurement vajra rope that is 15 to 30 feet long. If a disciple does not have a measurement vajra rope, it means they have not received a true inner secret initiation. The distance between the initiation master and the initiate is the length of the measurement vajra rope, which must not be less than five meters. Please consult the headquarters to determine if the holder of the rope is using a fake or genuine rope.
Twentieth Outline:
Although the vajra pill is small and hard on the outside, inside it is a vajra altar. When the inner secret deity enters, the pill will change in size and height. It will perform ice dance gymnastics and miraculous transformations.
Twenty-first Outline:
The Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha has never accepted offerings. The key to learning the Buddha Dharma lies in genuine devotion. Those who make false vows are not recognized by the Buddha and bodhisattvas. Even if they are taught the Dharma, they will not achieve enlightenment. There was someone who monopolized the resources for the "inevitable birth" Buddhist cause for thirty years, and the Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha did not ask for anything in return. Such a significant matter seems to have had no effect on the mind and body of the Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha. In addition, only those who have received the inner secret initiation can bestow the inner secret initiation. Those who can only perform borrowed initiation are not irreversible bodhisattvas and may possibly regress.
Twenty-second Outline:
The white hair between the eyebrows of the Buddha is not visible to those who have false speech, lack sincerity, have selfishness, violate major precepts, have unkind hearts, are demonic and evil, or are insincere in learning Buddhism. In December of last year, the Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha revealed his true appearance as the Buddha. More than 70% of the people present saw it with their own eyes. Each person saw something different. Some only saw a face that was red and radiant like a red coral, while others saw a face that was as bright as the sun and too dazzling to open their eyes. The white hair between the eyebrows also had different appearances. Some people saw two completely different appearances of the Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha within a few minutes. However, some people did not see anything at all. The thirty-two characteristics of the Buddha are not fixed and vary depending on circumstances and conditions.
Twenty-third Outline:
Only the Buddha and bodhisattvas can bestow the "nectar of immortality." Great bodhisattvas can at most bestow the nectar of tree flowers, which is completely different from the "nectar of immortality" bestowed by the Buddha. There are different types of nectar with different levels of sacred power: (1) The precious nectar of the highest level can immediately achieve the state of a great sage and attain complete knowledge of nirvana. (2) The great nectar can extend one's life to 125 years, achieve liberation in twelve years, and attain complete knowledge of nirvana. (3) The bodhi nectar can achieve liberation in twenty years, extend one's life to 125 years, and if one violates the precepts, they must sincerely repent and reform within fifteen days, otherwise the loss will be ineffective. (4) The bodhi nectar sprinkling initiation only has 5% effectiveness. (5) The nectar pill only has 2% effectiveness.
Twenty-fourth Outline:
Only true non-retreating great saints can "build an altar across stones" and make prophecies. They have the ability to "send the Buddha a table."
Twenty-fifth Outline:
The "Good Horse Empty Travel Method" is a practice at the preliminary stage and cannot establish an inner secret altar. It can only be practiced by those who have reached the third stage of the golden button or above. Those who wish to learn the "Good Horse Empty Travel Method" should seek other great virtuous individuals.
Twenty-sixth Outline:
The venerable Lianhua Jin Kou is still unable to establish an inner secret altar and can only perform borrowed initiation. The well-known individuals you mentioned are still at the blue button stage and do not have the cultivation to establish an inner secret altar. They cannot perform the inner secret initiation.
Twenty-seventh Outline:
Those who teach others must have a deep understanding of the scriptures and teachings. Otherwise, they will inevitably lead others astray and fall into evil paths. They are false teachers in the Buddhist community and are ignorant of the Buddha Dharma.
Twenty-eighth Outline:
The title of "venerable" does not mean they are a venerable. Only those who have reached the golden button stage are considered venerables. The venerable Lianhua Kou is a venerable, and the third stage of the golden button is above the venerable, indicating a great bodhisattva. Even those at a higher level of the blue button have not reached the level of an arhat in terms of their cultivation. They are not great virtuous individuals and can only transmit the inner secret initiation through borrowing. Those who are truly enlightened may hide their identity and qualifications, but they must possess the absolute qualities of great compassion and great wisdom, and they must not fall into the 128 types of knowledge and views, otherwise they are not saints.
Twenty-ninth Outline:
"Secular practice" refers to practices and teachings that have not been recognized by the Buddha and bodhisattvas. "Supreme practice" refers to practices and teachings that have been recognized and chosen by the Buddha and bodhisattvas. The Buddha and bodhisattvas are only responsible for the "supreme practice." Any changes to the "supreme practice" will make it a "secular practice" or even a false practice.
Thirtieth Outline:
The reason why the inner secret initiation can only be performed in a true inner secret altar that complies with the two major regulations is to serve and protect those who practice Buddhism and prevent false teachers and fraudsters. No matter how cunning they are, false teachers and fraudsters cannot reach the three vajra stages or complete "sending the Buddha a table." Therefore, they do not have the cultivation to establish an inner secret altar. Only true great saints and great bodhisattvas can establish an inner secret altar. The inner secret initiation performed in the inner secret altar allows the initiates to cultivate and benefit from the initiation.
Thirty-first Outline:
"Sending the Buddha a table" means that according to the contents of the table, at least an irreversible bodhisattva is invited to come and take the table in front of everyone. The main Dharma master will be present and the table in front of everyone will transform into a rainbow and fly away. If the table is taken by the great bodhisattva, it means the contents have been received and it is correct. If the table is not taken by the great bodhisattva, it means the Buddha and bodhisattvas do not approve and it is incorrect or evil.
Thirty-second Outline:
A regular Buddhist temple is not a legitimate Buddhist temple! A legitimate Buddhist temple must be established by a founding master who has received the inner secret initiation. If the founding master violates the precepts, they will lose the power to establish a temple, but it does not affect the temples they have previously established. The founding master must possess the three-color measurement vajra rope received through the inner secret initiation. An inner secret altar can only be established by great virtuous individuals or great saints. Currently, there are no inner secret altars, so the method of establishing a temple cannot be transmitted.
Thirty-third Outline:
The purpose of the examination conducted by the headquarters is to help everyone distinguish between true and false, good and evil, in order to prevent being deceived. False teachers and fraudsters will exhibit the following behaviors: (1) Deceiving others by claiming to be a great sage or great bodhisattva. (2) Making disciples swear oaths and vows of loyalty, prohibiting them from following other teachers. (3) Seriously violating the precepts of Shakyamuni Buddha, creating false Buddha Dharma and false textbooks, harming believers, and behaving like animals. (4) Pretending to be saints, lacking morality and virtue, engaging in incest, and deceiving for offerings. (5) Becoming an outsider in terms of the scriptures and teachings, with numerous errors, boasting about their own saintly qualities, but actually suffering from physical exhaustion and being ignorant of the scriptures, practice, and teachings. (6) Fabricating and distorting teachings, holding wrong views of external paths, causing harm and deception on a wide scale.
Thirty-fourth Outline:
The Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha is the only Buddha in Buddhist history who has been recognized by leaders of various major sects and great living Buddhas around the world. He does not belong to a specific sect or school, nor is his teaching exclusive to the esoteric, Mahayana, or Hinayana traditions. He treats all Buddhist traditions equally and his teachings are in line with the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha, representing the pure and authentic Buddha Dharma.
Thirty-fifth Outline:
Practitioners should use the 128 types of knowledge and views to verify the qualifications of those who are below the third stage of the golden button (excluding the third stage). The level of merit and virtue achieved varies greatly, and offering to a living Buddha, Dharma master, or temple cannot be compared to offering to Shakyamuni Buddha. The difference is vast. A child in Budapest who has a special karmic connection offers sand to the Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha with pure heart and action, and the merit and virtue is immeasurable. The selflessness, humility, and purity of the Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha, even when someone monopolized the resources for the "inevitable birth" Buddhist cause for thirty years, without any complaints, and his selflessness and lack of greed for fame and profit, as well as his high level of the five wisdoms, the descent of the Buddha's nectar, and the thirty-two characteristics unique to the Buddha, all prove that the Third Generation Dajie Qiang Buddha is an ironclad Buddha! The deeds of his virtuous actions and miracles are so numerous that they cannot be fully written in several books, and they are currently being compiled.
