Inquiry: Regarding the qualifications required to practice the Four Hidden Actions and Four Revealed Actions.

Reply: The Four Hidden Actions can only be practiced by great saints, at least those who have achieved the rank of Golden Button Third Stage Supreme. Moreover, they must be disciples who are already very devout and have considerable spiritual cultivation. They must be chosen as the seed for the transmission of the Dharma lineage, meaning that the Supreme of the Third Stage Golden Button must pass on the lineage of the Dharma to this disciple in order to carry out the final assessment of the Hidden Actions. Apart from this, the Four Hidden Actions cannot be used on ordinary Buddhist disciples. If they are used on ordinary Buddhist disciples, the teacher has already committed the offense of deceitful speech and will fall into the Three Evil Realms. Regardless of the number of stages of the Blue Button, if it is claimed that the Four Hidden Actions are used to test disciples, it is one hundred percent fraudulent. It is not ninety percent, but one hundred percent fraudulent. This is because the Blue Button has not yet transcended the ordinary state and has not even achieved the First Stage Golden Button, let alone the Third Stage. Therefore, the Blue Button has no qualification or excuse to use the Hidden Actions. Even the highest and supreme Namo Third World Many Jie Qiang Buddha, compared to the highest Golden Button Fifth Stage, is many times higher. The Qiang Buddha once said to several holy disciples including Wang Zha: "You must not misuse the Four Hidden Actions. I am ashamed to say that I am not familiar with using the Four Hidden Actions to test practitioners, because I cannot use them. If there is anything, I will clearly tell the practitioners. It is dishonest to play tricks and test the successors. " Now, some Blue Button teachers have actually asked their disciples to donate money to them, claiming that they are testing the disciples with the Four Hidden Actions. This is blatant deception. What is the Hidden Actions? Do they understand? Do they know how to use it? It is a great deception to use it on disciples. Everyone must be careful and not be deceived. You must determine whether they are of the Golden Button or the Blue Button, and whether they have the qualification to use the Hidden Actions.

Inquiry: Regarding the annual review.

Reply: The annual review must be based on the study of scriptures, precepts, and treatises. Only those who have achieved the rank of Golden Button Third Stage Supreme are exempt from the annual review, because the Golden Button Third Stage Supreme is already an irreversible Bodhisattva. Those below the Golden Button Third Stage, including the Blue Button, must undergo the annual review. In order to be responsible to Buddhist believers, our headquarters has very strict requirements for the annual review examination. There are three situations as follows: The first situation is that the person being reviewed has not been notified of the annual review, so it is unknown whether the practitioner has withdrawn from the path or made progress. The second situation is that the person has been notified, but due to problems with their observance of precepts, they know that they have withdrawn from the path and are afraid of the annual review, so they dare not come for the re-examination. In the end, they refuse to attend the annual review. These individuals will be listed, and when practitioners consult the headquarters' consultation center, the headquarters will inform the inquirer who these individuals are. The third situation is that anyone who has undergone the annual review will have changes in their level of virtue and rank on their certificate. If they have withdrawn from the path or made progress, the certificate will also indicate that the annual review has been conducted in a certain year.

Inquiry: Regarding a practitioner who made positive comments online about the Qiang Buddha and two other artists' painting "Sunflowers," but some netizens have negative opinions about this commentator and say that this evaluation article should not be forwarded as it will affect the image of the Qiang Buddha. I find this strange. Why would the negative impression of the commentator affect the image of the Qiang Buddha? Should we forward this article?

Reply: The negative impact of the commentator himself has nothing to do with the artistic realm of the Qiang Buddha. What is relevant is whether this commentator is an expert in the field of art, whether he is a true professional, and whether his evaluation article is fair! If the evaluation article he writes is fair and unbiased, and his evaluation of the art of the Qiang Buddha and others is in line with the actual artistic realm, and the evaluation is not biased or deliberately defamatory towards the Qiang Buddha, but objectively describes and compares the art, then not only should it be widely forwarded, but we should also learn from and respect the commentator's correct viewpoint!

As practitioners, if we only see the negative aspects of others, why don't we see their more positive aspects and outstanding achievements? At least he has made correct comments on the art of the Qiang Buddha and other artists, and also talked about the moral realm of the Qiang Buddha. This is what we should learn from. In your eyes, do you think he is wrong? Shouldn't he speak the truth? Shouldn't he acknowledge the excellence of the Qiang Buddha's art? Shouldn't he acknowledge the excellence of the Qiang Buddha's art? Is this what you should do? Let me tell you, there are too many people who stand on the shore and talk big, point fingers, and shout loudly without getting their shoes wet. Just like some of you who only know how to talk big, but cannot write a practical art evaluation article or paint an extraordinary painting. Is this commentator worse than those of you who have not even written an article praising the art of the Qiang Buddha? In fact, you are more shameful than him! Not only do you not support his fair evaluation of art, but you also suppress him and find excuses to suppress the forwarding of his fair evaluation article. Your ambitions and maliciousness are extreme!

Our holy disciples at the headquarters still do not know this commentator, but based solely on this one art evaluation article, we respect this commentator, respect his honesty, fairness, and skillful and accurate use of language. He can be called a professional expert. Compared to you art amateurs who only know how to point fingers, how can you compete with him? Moreover, the art of the Qiang Buddha is displayed in a fair manner for comparison. Don't be afraid of not recognizing the value, but be afraid of comparing goods. The evaluation of this expert is fair and speaks the truth. Let's give him a thumbs up!

Today, a kind-hearted person who knows about it said: "I know a little about painting, and I completely agree with the views of the holy disciples. Art has no borders and is a universal language. Whether it is good or bad, it can be known by comparison. I can only say that the painting "Dragon Carp Disturbing the Lotus Pond" displayed in the Namo Third World Many Jie Qiang Buddha Cultural Art Museum has been evaluated by expert witnesses in court and appraisers for the national tax bureau. The value of this painting is 59 million US dollars. In order to confirm its high artistic realm, the art museum has offered a reward of 1 million US dollars, but so far, although some artists have painted it, no one has achieved 60% success in painting this painting. This proves that Namo Third World Many Jie Qiang Buddha has already reached the "peak of artistic attainment." Now, in front of all the holy disciples at the headquarters, I make a promise: no matter what famous master, as long as they can paint this painting according to the regulations, if it is the same, I will offer 5 million US dollars to buy it on the spot, plus the 1 million offered by the cultural art museum, for a total of 6 million US dollars. If there is such a master of painting, please come forward. Otherwise, do you still think that the art of the Qiang Buddha is exaggerated and empty talk?

Inquiry: Regarding the significance of opening the crown and the concept of sacred bones.

Reply: Opening the crown is a kind of activation of consciousness, and the sacred bones referred to in opening the crown refer to the part of the crown that can allow the entry and exit of consciousness. However, the entire body is not a sacred body or sacred bones, so it is not a saint. It must reach the First Stage Golden Button to enter the stage of the saint. If the opening of the crown violates the precepts of the Mud Pill Dao Fruit or the Diamond Transformation Meditation precepts, and the violation is not promptly repented, it will return to the state of an ordinary layperson after sixteen days. Opening the crown only has a temporary sacred bone on the top of the head, because it will disappear or be retained with the observance of precepts, but it is not a saint! It is far from being an Arhat and is completely different from a Bodhisattva.

Inquiry: What conditions should be met to apply for opening the crown?

Reply: One must engage in Buddhist practices and meet the standards of opening the crown in terms of mindset, conduct, and merits.

Inquiry: Why are there good and bad people among the practitioners of Namo Third World Many Jie Qiang Buddhism?

Reply: Among the disciples of Namo Shakyamuni Buddha, there are good people and bad people, and there are quite a few bad people. Namo Third World Many Jie Qiang Buddha teaches disciples to practice Buddhism and be good people, but among the disciples of the Buddha, there are good people, bad people, saints, and fraudsters. There are all kinds of people. Namo Third World Many Jie Qiang Buddha is teaching all sentient beings equally, including the descendants of the demon king Bopin, and imparting compassionate teachings to them, urging them to abandon evil and do good. However, among some evil individuals, they superficially learn Buddhism, but their minds are filled with evil thoughts. They impersonate great teachers and pretend to be saints, deceiving the world. Some people are very foolish. They only listen to their self-promotion, read their propaganda, and listen to their accomplices cheer and work on the side without verifying. This is something that the Buddha cannot stop. Therefore, the World Buddhist Headquarters has repeatedly reminded everyone to read the announcements and verify the qualifications of teachers according to the law. They must be reminded repeatedly not to be deceived. Remember, whether someone is a saint or an ordinary person, it must be determined by the examination. Do not believe in personal propaganda articles or books. Once again, it is emphasized that the qualifications of a teacher should be verified with the announcement to avoid being deceived! Even if it is a teacher praised by the Buddha, once they violate the precepts and are possessed by negative karma, they will naturally become fraudsters, because they have not yet reached the rank of Golden Button Third Stage Supreme, which is irreversible. Namo Third World Many Jie Qiang Buddha also said: "Among the Buddhist practitioners in my teaching, out of every one hundred who hold the certificate of holy disciples, it is difficult to find two who are truly holy disciples. Remember, whether someone is good, bad, a fraudster, an ordinary person, or a saint, you must examine it yourself. You must look at their examination results. Otherwise, you will only be deceived!"
