The World Buddhist Headquarters of the United Nations received a letter from the Buddhist disciple Wang Xiu requesting clarification, and hereby announces the contents of the letter and the response.

Buddhist practitioners, you always ask questions about being deceived, but many times we have asked you to read the announcements, but you simply don't read them and don't pass on messages to each other. We are saddened by your self-destruction. We have found that even if we say it ten times, you still won't read it once. To verify good and bad, we now tell you that your mindset and behavior cannot be saved. To be saved, it's very simple, just read the announcements! The announcements clearly state that no matter what kind of great Dharma the teacher claims to have achieved, they must pass an exam to obtain a rank. Only by seeing their rank and the criteria for the exam can you know their identity and status, whether it belongs to Xingde, Zengde, Runde, or Shengde, Dade, or Jushengde. A few days ago, the World Buddhist Headquarters issued Announcement No. 20150110, which used a scale to explain that each level increases by one hundred points, so that everyone can understand. The scores only provide a simple overview and are not exact scores. Today, we explain again, from the first to the third level of the blue button, and the first to the fifth level of the gold button, the achievements, ranks, and scores of each level, and provide an accurate comparison. Please read the announcement.
Based on the decision made by Vajra Master Wang Zha and the protectors, the following comparative conclusions have been drawn: the first level of the blue button is named Xingde, the second level is named Zengde, and the third level is named Runde. Runde can be called Shengde, but it does not prove that this Runde is the measure of an Arhat or Bodhisattva. The first level of the gold button is called Shengde, the second level is called Shengde, and it is not until the third level of the gold button that one can achieve Dade (non-retreating Bodhisattva). The fourth level of the gold button is called Jushengde, and the fifth level is also called Jushengde. The fourth level of the gold button belongs to the Mahasattva, and the fifth level belongs to the Bodhisattva of Equal Enlightenment. Beyond the fifth level, one enters the realm of countless Buddhas. The grading of ranks is like comparing the value of different sizes of diamonds. Now, we explain in terms of scores: the first level of the blue button ranges from 100 to 299 points, the second level ranges from 300 to 899 points, the third level ranges from 900 to 2699 points, the first level of the gold button ranges from 2700 to 8099 points, the second level ranges from 8100 to 24,299 points, the third level ranges from 24,300 to 72,899 points, the fourth level ranges from 72,900 to 218,699 points, and the fifth level is 218,700 points. Dade and Jushengde are very rare. After reviewing and verifying, Vajra Master Wang Zha has found that there are currently only a few Mahasattvas with the third level of the gold button in the world, and no more than three Jushengdes with the fourth level of the gold button. As for the Jushengdes with the fifth level of the gold button, there are at most two. This is a rough comparison of the scores obtained by Vajra Master Wang Zha and the protectors. Previously, it was incorrect to designate the first level of the gold button (one-star sun and moon wheel) and the second level of the gold button (two-star sun and moon wheel) as the title of Mahasattva. They can only be regarded as the title of Shengde. The headquarters hereby announces this and deeply repents.
The rank standards set by the World Buddhist Headquarters have been reduced to the lowest level and named as high professional titles. If we follow the legal requirements of Shakyamuni Buddha (see the Long Ahan Sutra), a transcendent sage must possess the three wisdoms and six virtues. If we name according to this legal requirement, it would be very difficult to find the title of Shengde in this world. Of course, if a reincarnated sage comes again, even if they have not yet manifested the three wisdoms and six virtues, they will still be included. However, they must go through the examination and decision of the sage to determine their rank. Vajra Master Wang Zha, who has reached the third level of the gold button, said that ordinary Shengde, no matter who they are, are not qualified to represent the transmission of the Dharma by the third incarnation of the Great Dharma King of the Shakyamuni Buddha. They can only transmit the Dharma themselves. The Mahasattvas with the fifth level of the gold button can represent the transmission of the highest Dharma of the third incarnation of the Great Dharma King of the Shakyamuni Buddha, and the Mahasattvas with the fourth level of the gold button can basically represent the transmission of the victorious inner secret initiation of the third incarnation of the Great Dharma King of the Shakyamuni Buddha and the teachings of the two sects of exoteric and esoteric Buddhism. The Mahasattvas with the third level of the gold button can only represent the transmission of the inner secret initiation of the third incarnation of the Great Dharma King of the Shakyamuni Buddha and the corresponding teachings of the two sects of exoteric and esoteric Buddhism. For example, I, Wang Zha, possess the empty title of the third level of the gold button, which can represent the inner secret initiation of the third incarnation of the Great Dharma King of the Shakyamuni Buddha and the corresponding teachings of the two sects of exoteric and esoteric Buddhism. The Mahasattvas with the second and first levels of the gold button do not have the qualifications to represent the initiation and transmission of the Dharma by the third incarnation of the Great Dharma King of the Shakyamuni Buddha. However, the Mahasattvas with the second and first levels of the gold button and the third level of the blue button have the ability to transmit the teachings of the two sects of exoteric and esoteric Buddhism and have the right to propagate the Dharma. If the third incarnation of the Great Dharma King of the Shakyamuni Buddha wants to send representatives to transmit the Dharma, he will only send legitimate and qualified Mahasattvas, with a minimum of three-star Mahasattvas and Mahasattvas with three or more stars. For example, I, Wang Zha, as a Bhikshu, am not qualified to represent the Buddha Master in transmitting the highest supreme Dharma, because I don't understand the ritual of the supreme Dharma! I also don't have the qualifications and spiritual power to perform the initiation of the two stages of realization!
Regarding the question of whether Master Longhui is the second incarnation of Lajin, according to the consultation results, Master Longhui is the reincarnation of Lajin Living Buddha. When she went to Hong Kong to propagate the Dharma, she reported it to the third incarnation of the Great Dharma King of the Shakyamuni Buddha. Master Longhui told the Buddha, "Many people have told her that many people cannot come here in June." The third incarnation of the Great Dharma King of the Shakyamuni Buddha asked, "Why do they have to come here in June?" Master Longhui said, "Didn't they all come in June?" The third incarnation of the Great Dharma King of the Shakyamuni Buddha said, "I have never asked them to come, I have never asked them once. I have already told the office to issue an announcement asking them not to come, so that they don't have to spend money and suffer. But the office has objections to this, saying, 'They come to respect the Buddha, how can we stop them from coming to respect the Buddha? We cannot bear this sin.' I told the office that they have gone through so much trouble to make this trip, can we bear it? The office said, 'Let us issue an announcement asking them not to come to respect the Buddha. We cannot bear the consequences of this. We issued such an announcement that year, and as a result, they knew that the Buddha did not go out, and the office was hated and scolded.'" The third incarnation of the Great Dharma King of the Shakyamuni Buddha said, "For the sake of caring for them, you must issue it. Tell them to come when the initiation and transmission of the Dharma are held, so that they don't come in vain." Master Longhui said, "I heard that some people cannot obtain visas, it is very difficult, and they cannot afford the tickets, so I decided to go to Hong Kong to propagate the Amitabha Dharma for them." The third incarnation of the Great Dharma King of the Shakyamuni Buddha said, "Then you should go!" This is the whole process, and it was not sent by the third incarnation of the Great Dharma King of the Shakyamuni Buddha.
