"World Daily" March 19, 2019: Wang Zha Shangzun demonstrates the power of the Vajra at the Shengji Temple by lifting the Thousand Jin Vajra Pestle.

The Vajra Master Wangzha, who holds the third rank of the Golden Button, is a Bodhisattva who has already attained enlightenment and will not regress. He is a highly respected figure who does not usually interact with ordinary people. Finally, he met with thousands of Buddhist followers at the Shengji Temple in Pasadena, Los Angeles, USA! On March 6, 2019, the temple was packed with Buddhist followers, but the order was well-maintained, all for the purpose of seeing the Vajra Master Wangzha.

Before the statue of Shakyamuni Buddha, the Third Dharma King of the Namo lineage spoke about the number of people who have attained the rank of Vajra Master, which is extremely rare in this world. Without the internal certification, the thousand-jin Vajra Pestle outside the main hall cannot be lifted. As a Vajra Master, Wangzha holds the highest level and is considered a supreme Dharma King. According to the law, he must demonstrate his Vajra power. Those whose energy channels are not fully open and unobstructed cannot lift the thousand-jin Vajra Pestle. Since it was not possible to find a thousand-jin Vajra Pestle, a polebell used by weightlifters, weighing one thousand jin, was used instead to perform the ritual.

What is the concept of one thousand jin? At the airport, a piece of luggage cannot exceed 32 kilograms, which is the limit that an ordinary person can carry. Any additional weight would injure the carrier. One thousand jin is equal to 500 kilograms, which means that sixteen fully loaded pieces of luggage must be lifted by one person at a time. No strongman can lift it all at once! The fact that the thousand-jin Vajra Pestle could be lifted caused everyone to exclaim in disbelief! Just as everyone was amazed, the monastic announcer said, "Vajra Master Wangzha has arrived!"

Nearly a thousand followers immediately lined up on both sides, holding white scarves to welcome the arrival of the Vajra Master. They saw a tall and majestic figure, truly resembling a Vajra statue, with a long beard. The Vajra Master walked into the main hall of the Shengji Temple. Before entering the hall, the Vajra Master bent down and shook the thousand-jin Vajra Pestle held by more than ten giant steel bells on both sides, but he did not lift it. However, with a breath, he lifted the thousand-jin heavy Vajra Pestle with both hands, then put it down, and a heavy metallic impact sound echoed. The followers were instantly amazed and filled with joy and admiration. Wangzha then entered the central gate of the temple, bowed four times to the Third Dharma King of the Namo lineage on the main hall, and then sat at the table to the left of the Dharma King. In authentic English, he addressed the audience in front of the statue of Shakyamuni Buddha, saying, "Disciples of the Buddha, I am very happy to see all of you here today. I am happy because you have the affinity to meet the Third Dharma King of the Namo lineage in this lifetime, which gives you the opportunity to learn authentic, unaltered, and original Buddhism. Because of this, you can achieve success in this lifetime, so of course, I am very happy." Before the Dharma King left, Wangzha stood up, bowed with his hands raised, and made a disciple's farewell to the Buddha, respectfully bidding farewell to the departure of the Third Dharma King of the Namo lineage. Then he returned to his seat and blessed the audience one by one.

The followers who received the blessings of Vajra Master Wangzha included Jin Kou, a first-rank certified practitioner, Venerable Jianhui, who has profound understanding, Achok Nammo Rinpoche, several Rinpoche from the third rank of the Blue Button, Rinpoche from the second and first ranks of the Blue Button, as well as monks, abbots of many temples, and numerous monastics. Many laypeople also participated in this Dharma assembly. Those who received the blessings of Vajra Master Wangzha felt a coolness on their heads, as if they were being touched by the Vajra Master's hand, as if a thousand jin of pressure was being applied, or they felt their whole body trembling as if being electrified. It was extremely auspicious. After Wangzha finished blessing the audience, the temple opened the opportunity for the attending followers to come forward and try to lift the thousand-jin pestle. More than ten laypeople and monastics came forward, but the pestle did not budge.

The Shengji Temple has had three Buddhas appear in the void, passing through three layers of obstacles and descending nectar into the bowl. This holy place has now been established as a true secret mandala by Vajra Master Wangzha in accordance with the law. It is currently the only secret mandala in the world. In the future, those with the qualifications of a master of secret initiation can hold secret initiation ceremonies here for qualified Buddhist disciples.

Even with supernatural powers, one cannot open the present quantity of hidden treasures. The day after Vajra Master Wangzha demonstrated his ability to lift the thousand-jin Vajra Pestle at the Shengji Temple, on March 7, 2019, a "Jade Master" who was even higher than the Vajra Master arrived at the temple, displaying his present quantity of hidden treasures in front of nearly 200 people!

Tibetan Buddhism's hidden treasure teachings are divided into two categories: translated texts, known as Gama, and revealed treasures, known as Dama. Dama can be further divided into Southern Treasure and Northern Treasure. Hidden treasures include the opening of treasures, collectively known as hidden treasure teachings. Hidden treasure teachings can be further divided into past quantity hidden treasures and present quantity hidden treasures. The term "hidden treasure master" is commonly seen in Tibetan Buddhism, and almost every Tibetan Buddhist knows it. Past quantity hidden treasures, as the name suggests, are Buddhist scriptures or sacred objects that were buried by Buddhas or previous masters such as Shakyamuni Buddha and Guru Rinpoche. These treasures were not yet mature or were temporarily unsuitable for transmission. They were to be excavated and transmitted by later generations of masters when the conditions were ripe. Hidden treasures are divided into upper hidden treasures and lower hidden treasures, collectively known as the Southern Treasure. Later, the Northern Treasure was created by the addition of the Zengguo Jideng Qujian. These are not important, they are just hidden scriptures and sacred objects. The opening of treasures requires the attainment of sacred quantities.

However, past quantity hidden treasures do not necessarily require sacred certification. Sometimes they can be found based on records or clues left by the masters. However, due to the long time that has passed and the various strange and deceitful actions of fake saints and impostors in the Dharma-ending age, it is unclear whether the hidden treasures were buried by the previous masters or were just scams created by ordinary people pretending to be saints. Therefore, in order to prevent evil fraudsters from pretending to be saints, the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas have stipulated that the person who retrieves the treasures must perform present quantity hidden treasure ceremonies to prove the authenticity of their excavation. Present quantity hidden treasures are absolutely not allowed to have recorded clues that can be found. The ceremony is conducted with great caution and strictness. Ten hidden treasure seekers are selected by drawing lots from hundreds or even millions of people under the supervision of the public. They are then isolated in the Guanyin Hall. Someone guards the entrance. The ten individuals wrap the ten small mirrors, which look exactly the same as the ten mirrors, with identical white scarves, and put them in a black cloth bag. The natural appearance of the mirrors is chaotic, and even the ten hidden treasure seekers do not know which one is the mirror of hidden treasures. Because the ten mirrors are completely identical and wrapped in scarves, and then put into a black cloth bag, their appearance is already chaotic and without any pattern. Immediately after that, the ten individuals randomly take out the wrapped mirrors from the cloth bag and hide them separately. After the hiding is completed, they immediately return to the Guanyin Hall and close the door. Even these ten individuals have no idea where the mirror of hidden treasures is. However, "Jade Master" quickly raised a sign and announced where the hidden treasure was. At this time, the original hidden treasure seekers came out of the Guanyin Hall and witnessed the excavation according to the prophecy and instructions of "Jade Master." When the mirror was taken out and placed in front of the oil lamp in the center of the Shengji Temple, everyone was stunned. It was indeed the mirror of hidden treasures! More than one hundred Buddhist disciples rushed forward excitedly and gathered around the small mirror, which was the size of a palm. In the mirror of hidden treasures, they saw not just an ordinary lamp, but a series of lamps! Some saw three lamps! Some saw five lamps! Some saw four lamps! Some saw eight lamps!... Some even saw evil figures! However, the other nine mirrors, which looked exactly the same as the mirror of hidden treasures, could only reflect one lamp, and there were no evil figures. The process of hiding and revealing the treasures was carried out twice. "Jade Master" easily raised the sign and accurately announced where the true hidden treasure was!

I am one of the hidden treasure seekers, and I must say, it was amazing! Even if we carefully distinguish without using the oil lamp, the ten of us tried our best, but it was obvious that we couldn't tell which side was the mirror of hidden treasures with our eyes wide open! The ten mirrors all looked the same, they were all mercury mirrors. Let alone hiding them, even in front of everyone, we couldn't choose which side was the mirror of hidden treasures! "Jade Master" had no contact with the mirrors at all, yet he knew exactly where the hidden treasure was. Truly, a great saint from the Buddha's realm has descended to this world!

We specifically asked the Third Dharma King of the Namo lineage for his opinion on this matter, and he said, "What mirror of hidden treasures? It's worthless and cannot bring about accomplishment. It's just a symbol, it has no meaning. The most important thing is to learn and practice Buddhism!!!"

We remember the teachings of the Buddha. The most important thing is to learn and practice Buddhism. It doesn't matter what mirror of hidden treasures there is. It cannot bring about accomplishment. The focus of the present quantity hidden treasure ceremony is not the mirror of hidden treasures, but the fact that "Jade Master" could accurately raise the sign and announce the location of the hidden treasure among ten identical mercury mirrors! Those so-called great Dharma Kings, great masters, and holy beings, there are so many of them in this world. Some have a great reputation, have written many teachings, but they are empty and lack actual practice. They only care about receiving offerings, and they don't even have the true Buddha Dharma, let alone have they seen it! How many of these so-called famous and influential figures can produce the same level of Buddha Dharma as "Jade Master"? Can they actually perform a present quantity hidden treasure ceremony and show it to the sentient beings who are eager for the Dharma to prove that the lineage they possess is the true Buddha Dharma?! There is not a single genuine one among them! It is truly thought-provoking!
