"China Times Electronic News" June 1, 2017: "H.H. Third World Vajra Buddha Series Report" H.H. Third World Vajra Buddha in the Human Realm

On January 15, 2017, the world-renowned monk Master Hai passed away peacefully in the United States, without any illness. Incredibly, starting from the tenth day after his passing, his physical body began to undergo miraculous transformations. When the abbots and monks who were reciting sacred names beside his body touched his holy form, it was as hard as stone, and even the flesh on his cheeks was remarkably firm. The Master had achieved an indestructible diamond body, and everyone immediately prostrated in reverence. About twenty days later, the public discovered that the previously sunken cheeks and wrinkled, gaunt face of the Master had transformed into a round and full visage, with a dignified and majestic appearance, and even his fingernails and beard had grown longer. Over a hundred monks, rinpoches, and lay practitioners witnessed this sacred process, which was unprecedented in the history of Buddhism.

The Supreme Master Wang Zha, the head of the World Buddhist Headquarters, once revealed that Master Hai was a great saint who came to the world of Sukhavati by vow. He had received the highest empowerment in Buddhism from H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul, and was a great achiever of the "Great Seal of Liberation and the Great Compassionate Red Avalokiteshvara." He has now returned to the Pure Land on a high lotus seat. The miraculous case of Master Hai's passing once again proclaims to the world: H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul is the true living Buddha of our time and the source of authentic Buddhist teachings, unmatched by any other great saint!

A true Buddha has appeared in modern society! This is not a myth or a time-travel drama, but reality. This article will objectively and rationally introduce you to this Buddha who has come to the human realm—H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul.

Early Achievements of the Master

H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul was born in Dayi County, Sichuan, China. In his youth, he created the shocking work "Debate Between Monks and Laypeople," which gained admiration from high-ranking monks and scholars in the Buddhist community. Later, he was assigned by the Sichuan provincial government to Chengdu Baoguang Temple to engage in ancient painting reproduction, during which he created the "500 Arhats" painting, astonishing the Chinese art world. In 1983, he was transferred to work at the Cultural Center of Xindu County and served as a part-time professor at Sichuan United University (now Sichuan University), president of the Chinese National Painting Research Association, honorary chairman of the Chinese Buddhist Research Center, chairman of the Chinese Buddhist Association, and professor and advisor at the Chinese Cultural and Artistic Research Institute in the United States. The Central News Documentary Film Studio even produced a special film about him titled "The Person Who Diligently Strives," and the People's Daily reported on him under the title "A Self-Taught Young Talent."

In recognition of his outstanding achievements, the Dayi County government specially reported to the Chengdu Planning Commission, which approved the project to build the only master museum in China, designated for a living celebrity—"Master Yiyun Gao Museum"—in July 1994. On September 15 of the same year, the "World Poets Cultural Conference" awarded Master Yiyun Gao the title of "Special International Master," and a letter was sent to relevant national departments, with the master's credentials signed by Juan Antonio Samaranch, the former president of the International Olympic Committee. At the end of July 1999, he was invited to visit the United States by a museum, and subsequently, H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul, as an outstanding talent, legally settled in the United States with his family, and has not returned to China since.

Light of Humanity, Extraordinary Achievements

H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul has achieved peak accomplishments in over 30 fields, including Buddhism, literature, philosophy, painting, calligraphy, medicine, science, sculpture, and color aesthetics, gaining recognition from the international community and receiving numerous world-class honors, becoming a dazzling gem in the history of humanity.

In September and October 2002, he was awarded the "Gold Medal of the President of the United States" and the "Excellence Achievement Medal" presented by Vice President Cheney, in recognition of his high ethical standards, artistic achievements, and contributions to humanity, making him the only recipient of this honor among all Chinese.

On February 10, 2004, the Royal Academy of Arts in the UK awarded H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul the highest honor—"Fellow" medal, which had not been awarded to anyone in over 200 years since the academy's establishment, in recognition of his outstanding contributions to world art.

In 2011, three days after H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul received the "Martin Luther King International Service and Leadership Award," the Washington government declared "January 19" as "H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul Day," calling on people to learn from H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul. The United States Postal Service also issued a commemorative first-day cover for this occasion.

On June 14, 2011, the "World Peace Prize" judging committee held an award ceremony in the U.S. Capitol, awarding H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul the "2010 World Peace Prize Highest Honor." The following year, on December 12, the U.S. Senate unanimously passed Resolution No. 614 to commend H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul for receiving the "World Peace Prize Highest Honor," officially adding "H.H." to his title.

In addition, H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul's artworks are truly world-class rare treasures, enjoying a high reputation in the international auction market. In 2012, a limited reproduction of his painting "Lotus Pond Koi" was sold for $379,500 each, setting a world record for limited reproduction painting auctions; at the 2015 New York Spring Auction, his ink painting "Ink Lotus" sold for an astonishing $16.5 million, making him the undisputed leader among living painters and earning him the title "Crown of Eastern Painting."

H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul is also the founder of "sculptural artworks that cannot be replicated." In the Third Jamgon Kongtrul Cultural Art Museum, his created "Mysterious Colorful Gem Sculpture" and the "Mysterious Stone Mist" treasures exhibited at the International Art Museum in the U.S. are publicly displayed, and a "Blue Platform Verification" was established to seek replication. If anyone can replicate any of these works by any means, they will receive a $50 million reward, which has been offered for 14 years, and no one has succeeded. The "Mysterious Stone Mist" features two pebble cave scenes carved from a single piece of material. When you look through the large opening on the right side of the pebble, you will see thick mist enveloping the scenery, with many structures hidden deep within the mist, making it feel like there is a fog barrier several dozen meters away. No matter how strong the wind from a blower, the mist cannot be blown away; you must turn on a fog-breaking light to see the beautiful and mysterious scenery inside, which is only three to four feet deep. When you look through the left opening, there is no mist at all, and you can clearly see the structure of the scenery inside, with the same materials and colors used, and the same depth inside the cave. The only difference is the craftsmanship and the inner clarity displayed, resulting in this mysterious phenomenon of one side being shrouded in thick mist while the other side is clear. Throughout history, no sculptor has ever reached this supreme realm, which has never existed in human history. The museum also publicly invites global artists to replicate the painting "Dragon Koi Playing in the Lotus Pond," created by H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul, which was purchased for $59 million at the 2015 September Zhenguan International Autumn Auction, and to date, no one has succeeded in replicating it.

The Ancient Buddha Descends to Earth, Legally Certified

Since 2006, the first great saint of Tibet, King Achu, and other holy monks have gradually revealed the astonishing secret of the Buddhist world through meditation and deep contemplation—that the renowned Master Yiyun Gao is the reincarnation of the primordial Buddha Jamgon Kongtrul in the Saha world! Subsequently, over 60 renowned kings, regents, and great rinpoches, including the Fourth Jamgon Kongtrul, the Third Head of the Nyingma School, King Beno, the Supreme King of the Kagyupa, and many others, wrote certificates, endorsements, and congratulatory letters for H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul's descent, all of which have video and photographic evidence, and these authentic letters are published in the book "The Third Jamgon Kongtrul" and made public on the internet.

On April 3, 2008, the public ceremony for the title "H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul" was grandly held in the VIP hall reserved for U.S. Congress members. The book "The Third Jamgon Kongtrul" was subsequently published, and news about "The True Body of Jamgon Kongtrul Descending to Earth, the World is Experiencing a Surge of Seeking the Buddha" was reported in over ten languages internationally.

On March 23, 2014, the "H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul Grand Dharma Assembly and the Launch of 'The True Meaning of the Heart Sutra'" was grandly held in Hong Kong, attended by tens of thousands of elders, high-ranking monks, and Buddhists from around the world, with over 28,000 organizations participating. Major domestic and international media competed to report on the event. A video of the Buddha descending nectar from the sky to congratulate the launch of "The True Meaning of the Heart Sutra" was played at the assembly, and comparison photos of H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul's "Rejuvenation" were displayed, leaving a profound impact. During the assembly, King Lobsang Zang of the World Buddhist Headquarters stated that the three-colored nectar descended by the Buddhas was a "Buddha Certification Letter" written for H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul, which is the highest and most authentic certification in the Dharma realm, not representable by any worldly king or living Buddha.

On September 5, 2015, the great saint Wang Zha, who had attained the non-retrogression of the Bodhisattva realm, presided over the "Vajra Dharma Decision Buddha" assembly in the United States. During the assembly, Wang Zha accurately determined through the practice of one of the supreme Buddhist teachings, the "Vajra Dharma Decision," that H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul is the reincarnation of the primordial Buddha Jamgon Kongtrul and is the true Buddha. Dozens of Tibetan masters, kings, rinpoches, and lamas participated and witnessed this unprecedented and extraordinary assembly.

All of this is enough to proclaim to the world: H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul is not self-proclaimed, nor is he recognized solely by the leaders of various major sects or living Buddhas, but is the first true Buddha in the history of Buddhism to undergo lawful certification and the highest sacred decision through the Vajra Dharma Decision, truly embodying the complete and comprehensive wisdom of a living Buddha, the teacher of all Buddhas in the Dharma realm, and the true reincarnation of the primordial Buddha Jamgon Kongtrul.

Suffering from Framing, Compassion as the Foundation

For decades, H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul has often regarded himself as a "shameful person" and a "servant of sentient beings," not only refusing any offerings from sentient beings but also practicing altruistic acts with great compassion. As the "World Peace Prize" judging committee unanimously stated: "H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul has selflessly contributed widely to the world, saving others. His wisdom and compassion embrace all races, cultures, and religions, bringing goodness and peace to humanity. He has pointed out a bright path of non-violence, charity, and love for humanity, truly demonstrating the compassion of the Buddha and serving as a model for all."

However, the holy H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul has suffered from the framing of the "big tigers" and corrupt officials in China and continues to be slandered by ignorant people. For details, see the link: "H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul Series Report" which discusses past false accusations and the truth behind the current case, further highlighting that H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul only seeks the benefit of sentient beings.

For over ten years, regardless of how the world has framed and slandered him, H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul has remained compassionate, never using the removal of the Interpol warrant as evidence to prove his innocence. He told the investigators from the "World Peace Prize Judging Committee," "What I want to do is: I will bear all the karmic sins of sentient beings, and all the merits of the good deeds I cultivate will be given to you. If I am cleared, those who slander me will not be cleared; who will bear their sins?" This is the vow and compassion of Jamgon Kongtrul. However, some who slander and defame H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul have misled certain media outlets, fabricating reports that H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul is a bad person, even concocting statements from his childhood friend Wei Wengang claiming that Kongtrul is not a good person. In fact, these media outlets are completely fabricating lies to deceive the public. The truth is that Wei Wengang, the director of the Jingwu Hall, was very angry at the media for using his name to slander Kongtrul and personally wrote a statement of testimony:

Source of Right Dharma, Only in Kongtrul

Since H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul's descent to the world, he has taught different sects and levels of Buddhist teachings to people in Tibet, Han areas, and the Western world as circumstances allowed. He has pointed out to the world with the supreme wisdom of a Buddha that Buddhist teachings are not theoretical but factual existence. He teaches people how to practice, how to selflessly benefit others, and how to break attachments to become holy. His teachings are clear and profound, suitable for learners of all levels, and are truly the authentic Buddhism that is indistinguishable from the teachings of Shakyamuni Buddha and all Buddhas of the ten directions.

In the classic masterpiece "The True Meaning of the Heart Sutra," H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul uses the phrases and principles of the Heart Sutra, explaining them in plain, colloquial language. The profound meanings of the Dharma are boundless and unfathomable, surpassing any ancient sages, and are truly a rare and supreme treasure! At the same time, out of compassion for sentient beings facing difficulties in seeking the Dharma, H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul, with the realization of the primordial Buddha, revealed the supreme Buddha Dharma "Great Seal of Liberation" that Jamgon Kongtrul transmitted to Amitabha Buddha and other Buddhas and great Bodhisattvas. As long as Buddhists can genuinely practice the "Great Seal of Liberation," comprehend "The True Meaning of the Heart Sutra," and frequently listen to Kongtrul's teachings, understanding the publicly published works such as "What is Practice," "The Definitive Sutra," "A Brief Explanation of Evil Views and Wrong Knowledge," and "Learning Buddhism," and practice accordingly, they will achieve liberation in this life. In addition to teaching and transmitting the liberating Buddha Dharma to benefit sentient beings, H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul also specifically wrote a "Humanitarian Song" for non-religious individuals. This "Humanitarian Song" reflects profound knowledge and talent, with ancient and bold wording that captures the spirit of the universe, yet also contains elegant and charming beauty. This "Humanitarian Song" is a masterpiece of supreme goodness that shines through history. The Buddha understands that some people do not learn Buddhism, but at the very least, they should be truly humane individuals to avoid losing their humanity. Therefore, he particularly distanced himself from religion, without religious viewpoints, and from a pure scientific perspective, he explained the relationships between humans and the universe, humans and all things, and humans with each other, shaping a moral guide for being a good person, establishing what kind of human qualities one should possess to truly be worthy of being human, thus allowing the world to be filled with kindness, auspiciousness, and lasting happiness.

Humanitarian Song

The universe is vast, and all things float and sink. Life and death revolve, returning to the human abode. Formation, existence, decay, and emptiness continue in this eternal cycle. Drunken dreams pass through the marketplace, in an instant, a different essence. A smile brings clarity, returning to the law of cause and effect.

For humanity, think of the foundation, coming with empty hands. Diligently striving to learn, who will provide clothing and food? You enjoy the brocade house, freely roaming the world. Reflecting on the sentient beings, can you accommodate yourself now? All enjoyments are not made by me, only the public is the benefactor.

What is the way of humanity? Goodness exists in all things. Guarding carefully keeps away filth; evil breeds a stench. The highest goodness is like water, and virtue carries all things evenly. Treat all as close kin, compassionately giving at the right time. Their lungs reveal their hearts, in all matters, let a few things go.

Respect the elders and assist the weak, honor the old and diligently protect the young. Avoid arrogance and read more, forsake profit and abandon strife. Even if thunder shakes, slander and filth bring shame. Redirect kindness and virtue, and the heart acts with excellence. Faint sounds of silk and bamboo, as if a boat drifts.

Reincarnation is unceasing, all existence is impermanent. A little wind suddenly passes, awakening after the yellow millet. The song of the way is nectar, all goodness is auspicious and prosperous. Do not commit any evil, and the heart acts with brilliance. Virtue reaches the heavens, the way of humanity is true, good, and strong.

Therefore, all disciples who have learned the true Dharma from H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul, who can follow the teachings and practice selflessly for the benefit of others, have exhibited miraculous powers, whether achieving freedom from life and death, sitting in meditation, having an indestructible body, or producing relics after passing, or transforming into rainbow bodies, and even experiencing miraculous transformations of the physical body after passing, achieving the indestructible diamond body, and so on. For example, the miraculous transformation of Master Hai after passing, which became a complete and majestic form, is a unique holy relic in Buddhist history. High monks such as Elder Tonghui, Elder Puguan, Elder Guozhang, Elder Wuming, Elder Yizhao, King Daxila, and many great lay practitioners, high-ranking monks, great kings, and even great Bodhisattvas have all demonstrated true liberation achievements. The sacred sites and miracles of H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul are countless, with many Buddhist disciples witnessing and preserving written oaths, recorded videos, news reports, and documentary books in various forms. In the recordings, we also see a segment of reality, where the renowned Tibetan saint, one of the eighty great achievers in history, King Tangdeng Ge Bo, a disciple of Guru Padmasambhava, was instructed by Padmasambhava to seek great Dharma from H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul.

Now, all over the world, more and more people across races, regions, and cultures are actively learning from H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul's teachings, practicing themselves, and benefiting the public, greatly promoting the enhancement of social morality and the progress of civilization. H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul, with his selfless, pure, and supremely compassionate Buddha nature, has made immeasurable contributions to the happiness of all sentient beings, earning him the highest honor of the World Peace Prize. However, despite H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul's selfless and pure compassion for sentient beings, he continues to be slandered by some people. What is the reason for this? It is quite simple: because H.H. the Third Jamgon Kongtrul's genuine supreme Dharma and selfless actions for the benefit of others are in direct opposition to the false Dharma of some individuals and the fraudulent behaviors of those who deceive disciples for money. Kongtrul's actions to protect life, benefit beings, and safeguard the public directly expose the deceitful and evil individuals, and his actions obstruct their financial paths. Their own interests are harmed, and naturally, they become furious, viewing Kongtrul as an enemy, just as demons and cults view Shakyamuni Buddha as an enemy. Conversely, this is also a good thing; when people see those who slander Kongtrul, they can be 100% certain that those individuals are either evil sorcerers or fraudsters!
