[This news] On September 5, 2015, in an unprecedented "Vajra Dharma Mantra Decision Buddha" Dharma Assembly in the United States, attended by dozens of Tibetan secret elders, Dharma Kings, Rinpoche, and masters, the Dharma was presided over by the Vajra Dharma Mantra, the Great Venerable Wangzha, who had been in retreat in Tibet for 46 years and had attained the realization of the three stages of the Golden Button and the three stars, affirmed that Shakyamuni Buddha is the true Buddha, the Third Dzogchen Buddha is the true Buddha, and the Sixth Patriarch Hui Neng is not a Buddha but a reincarnation of a great bodhisattva.

What level of Dharma is the Vajra Dharma Mantra Decision? According to the explanation of the United International World Buddhist Headquarters, which held two Dharma assemblies to decide the true body of the Buddha, the Vajra Dharma Mantra Decision is one of the supreme Dharma methods used to determine the authenticity of all saints and belongs to the supreme Dharma of the ultimate truth. In this world, it is listed as the leader of the decision-making Dharma along with the prophecy of the prophet. The next is the "Black Gate Decision" of the secret inner secret of the ultimate truth, followed by the secret divination of the I Ching, and then the external secret of the golden bottle drawing lots, turning the Tibetan barley pill, and observing the lake. The Vajra Dharma Mantra Decision and the prophecy of the prophet are the top of the "he" and "self" decision-making Dharma. This Dharma can only be held by at least a great bodhisattva, so no great Dharma King or venerable person, including those who can perform the inner secret empowerment, is qualified to hold it. The Most Venerable Mo Zhi said, "Although I have just entered the door of the inner secret empowerment, I haven't even touched the edge of the Vajra Dharma Mantra Decision. It must be the realization of the inner secret empowerment and the approach to the practice of the realm before the Vajra Dharma Mantra Decision can be held. Otherwise, it would be impossible even in a dream."

Why hold this Dharma assembly to decide the true body of the Buddha? According to the written records of the United International World Buddhist Headquarters, the reason for this is that there are many Buddhists in the world who want to respectfully request a comparison photo of the Third Dzogchen Buddha's rejuvenation three years ago, but the Third Dzogchen Buddha disagrees. He believes that this is just an ordinary photo and has no meaning for everyone. It was not until three years later in 2015 that the United International World Buddhist Headquarters finally succeeded in persuading the Third Dzogchen Buddha to donate his two photos to the United International World Buddhist Headquarters without any charge, but he proposed that the United International World Buddhist Headquarters can only offer them at a low price to those who want them and cannot profit from these photos. At the end of October 2015, the United International World Buddhist Headquarters released the comparison photos of the Third Dzogchen Buddha's rejuvenation to the world, which were auspicious and full of Dharma joy.

Unfortunately, the Third Dzogchen Buddha wrote a note at the bottom of the photo, stating that it must be attached below the photo. The theme is that he is an ordinary person just like everyone else, not a saint, and has no extraordinary abilities. He does not understand the rejuvenation method and the temporary phenomenon was caused by a temporary medicine given by an elder. The United International World Buddhist Headquarters said that in fact, many of us have witnessed it with our own eyes. The great master Wangzha, a Tai Dou in the Dharma King, has publicly performed the practice and blessing, and in just over ten minutes, he has rejuvenated a sixty-year-old man to about thirty years old. Wangzha said, "The Buddha is the universe, and I am just a small particle. I can even temporarily rejuvenate a person. The Third Dzogchen Buddha's cultivation is a hundred million times higher than mine. Can you believe that the Buddha is an ordinary person?" Although Wangzha has proven this, due to the fact that the Buddha said that he is an ordinary person like everyone else, many disciples with less good roots and wisdom in the world feel confused and unsure, unable to make a decision, and under great pressure. Everyone agrees that from a scientific and karmic perspective, where in this world can there be a miraculous medicine that can suddenly rejuvenate all five senses in just over ten minutes? And three years have passed, and there are still no wrinkles on the face of the Third Dzogchen Buddha, with fair and rosy skin, beautiful and handsome, and dignified. Apart from the Buddha, where else can a bodhisattva have such extraordinary beauty? How can medicine achieve this? Moreover, based on the achievements of the Third Dzogchen Buddha in the profound and secret teachings, there is no saint in the history of Buddhism who can compare with him. After searching through history and the internet, we couldn't find a single one! Why doesn't the Third Dzogchen Buddha have any extraordinary abilities? Ordinary people are even further away from the Third Dzogchen Buddha. How can he be an ordinary person? But on the other hand, because it is what the Buddha said, shouldn't we listen? Because of this, the ignorant and confused ones are at a loss and don't know what to do. As a result of this pressure on the practitioners, the United International World Buddhist Headquarters has decided, after studying, to be disrespectful to the Buddha in order to give Buddhist practitioners a correct answer and for the benefit of sentient beings. The Vajra Dharma Mantra Decision, which is presided over by the Great Venerable Wangzha, who has attained the realization of the Golden Button Three Stages, is the origin of deciding the true and false Buddha. Many practitioners want to understand the situation of the Vajra Dharma Mantra Decision Buddha Dharma Assembly. The report is as follows:

On September 5, 2015, the sacred and solemn "Vajra Dharma Mantra Decision" Buddha Dharma Assembly opened again. The Great Venerable Wangzha arrived in the temple city and was welcomed by the presence of the Great Sage Mo Zhi and the Chairman of the United International World Buddhist Headquarters, Lawang Zanpo, the Secretary-General of the Headquarters, Kaichu Ru, the Chief Abbot of the International Buddhist Sangha Association, Zhen Da Shangren, and the Akula Mo Living Buddha, and dozens of high monks, Rinpoche, and great masters greeted each other and then ascended the Dharma platform.

In order to face it fairly, the first decision was made on Shakyamuni Buddha. The Dharma chapter stated, "Please decide and confirm whether Shakyamuni Buddha is the true Buddha. If he is the true Buddha, he will be crowned according to the Dharma. If he is not the true Buddha, he will not be crowned." First, the image of Shakyamuni Buddha was placed on an ordinary four-legged brown-black flat table, and then a pinch of Ganges sand, which was light camel velvet in color, was placed on the top of Shakyamuni Buddha's head. Wangzha began the practice on a Dharma platform about four meters away, striking the wooden fish, shaking the bell, beating the drum, making handprints, chanting mantras, and burning twelve yellow books. Everyone saw that the Ganges sand placed on the top of the Buddha's head began to scatter, with unpredictable changes, and each grain of sand came to life, moving on its own and forming three-dimensional hair strands, standing upright on the top of Shakyamuni Buddha's head, naturally and beautifully, showing the Buddha's crowned hair. This on-the-spot confirmation proved that Shakyamuni Buddha is the true Buddha. Next, on the same table, the decision was made on the Third Dzogchen Buddha. The Dharma chapter stated, "Please decide and confirm whether the Third Dzogchen Buddha is the original Buddha Dzogchen Buddha. If he is the original Buddha Dzogchen Buddha, he will be crowned according to the Dharma. If he is not the true Buddha, he will not be crowned." As Wangzha performed the practice as before, after burning twelve books, the light camel velvet Ganges sand that was originally twisted on the top of the Third Dzogchen Buddha's head suddenly changed and grew taller. Each grain of sand connected to each other and formed a line of hair strands in the air, standing upright without falling. It quickly formed a hair crown on its own, and the Third Dzogchen Buddha wore a three-dimensional Buddha's crowned hair, confirming that the Third Dzogchen Buddha is the true Buddha. Then, the decision was made on whether the Sixth Patriarch Hui Neng is an incarnation of the Buddha. The Dharma chapter stated, "Please decide and confirm whether the Sixth Patriarch Hui Neng is an incarnation of the Buddha. If he is an incarnation of the Buddha, he will be crowned according to the Dharma. If he is not an incarnation of the Buddha, he will not be crowned." After Wangzha performed the practice, everyone saw that the light camel velvet Ganges sand twisted on the head of Master Hui Neng did not change at all, there was no movement, and it ended with the confirmation that Master Hui Neng is not an incarnation of the Buddha. Then, it was downgraded, and then the decision was made on whether Master Hui Neng is a reincarnation of a great bodhisattva. The Dharma chapter stated, "Please decide and confirm whether the Sixth Patriarch Hui Neng is a reincarnation of a great bodhisattva. If he is a reincarnation of a great bodhisattva, he will be crowned according to the Dharma. If he does not have the qualifications of a bodhisattva, he will not be crowned." After Wangzha performed the practice, it was indeed the case that Master Hui Neng wore a crown, and the sand turned into a hair crown. However, because Master Hui Neng is not a Buddha or an extraordinary bodhisattva, according to the rules, the hair crown manifested by the Ganges sand is not standing upright in the air but is flat. However, it is a very natural and perfect structure that cannot be achieved by human power.

The two Dharma assemblies lasted for more than five hours. In order to demonstrate the extraordinary and true nature of the crowned hair in the Vajra Dharma Mantra Decision, each participant in the Dharma assembly, including venerables, Dharma Kings, Rinpoche, great masters, masters, and lay practitioners, underwent a test of crowning a Buddha image with Ganges sand. As a result, no matter whether they were holy beings with the realization of the second stage of the Golden Button, the first stage of the Golden Button, or the third stage of the Blue Button, none of them had the ability to crown the Buddha image with Ganges sand, and there was no miraculous power. This proved that the Vajra Dharma Mantra Decision Dharma, except for those with the realization of the third stage of the Golden Button and the three stars, can only be practiced by great saints. Others do not have the qualifications to achieve this level of attainment.

Wangzha was very self-blaming for his shallow cultivation and lack of merit. He said that it was caused by his own karmic power and that he did not complete the practice of the decision-making Dharma. In fact, during the Dharma assembly, a very small number of people in the audience, due to the emergence of their karmic power, disrupted the order of the hall, became excited and uncontrollable, shouting and pulling each other, causing disrespect to the sacred Dharma, and failing to achieve complete excellence. Therefore, Wangzha made up his mind to hold a second Dharma assembly. In the second Dharma assembly, Lawang Zanpo made disciplinary regulations on behalf of Wangzha, announcing that everyone present could come forward to observe, but participants were not allowed to make loud noises or push and pull others. They could only be respectful and observe closely. As a result, after Wangzha performed the practice, the second Dharma assembly was successfully completed, with unparalleled excellence, once again confirming that Shakyamuni Buddha is the true Buddha, and the Third Dzogchen Buddha is the original Buddha Dzogchen Buddha. The light camel velvet Ganges sand twisted on the head of the Buddha changed unpredictably, from scattered hair to a hair crown, from coarse hair to fine hair, with varying densities between the sand grains, and where there should be empty space, the sand grains would not stand there, nor would they crowd together. Each grain of sand had an independent life, some moved quickly and instantly reached their position, some walked slowly, some turned and walked, some walked past and then turned back, some climbed from the bottom to the top, one by one, becoming strands of hair, standing upright in the air without falling, reaching the extreme of miracles. Finally, when Wangzha made a handprint, the hair fell down and there was no trace of hair strands. Wangzha's decree distributed this Ganges sand (which became Vajra sand after the practice) to everyone present, and each participant in the Dharma assembly received the Vajra sand that presented the crowned hair of the true Buddha.

At that time, under the same table, in the same position, with the same practice and the same Ganges sand, the three crowned hair styles of the holy beings were completely different. One had a flat crown like a bodhisattva, and the other two had three-dimensional Buddha's crowned hair standing upright in the air. The shapes and structures were completely different.

Everyone who participated in the Dharma assembly that day signed and swore in the written record quoted above: "We all participated in the Vajra Dharma Mantra Decision Buddha Dharma Assembly presided over by the Great Venerable Wangzha. We sincerely believe in cause and effect, and the truth we have stated is true and not false, without any false words. If we tell lies and deceive everyone, we will not achieve anything and should fall into the three evil realms, suffering unimaginable misery. If what we have stated above is true, we hope that all sentient beings can learn the true Dharma of the Third Dzogchen Buddha and Shakyamuni Buddha, achieve complete blessings and wisdom, attain liberation, and benefit countless sentient beings."
