After several rounds of bidding, it was finally won by an affluent Asian lady who wished to remain anonymous, for 10.2 million US dollars. She didn't say much, just excitedly said, "I have always wanted to collect paintings by the 3rd Dodgyi Qangjue Buddha, and today my wish has finally come true." Then, surrounded by a few security guards, she completed the formalities and hastily left the venue.
