[Hong Kong Commercial Daily News] Intern reporter Bu Chongxuan reports: The "H.H. Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche Great Dharma Assembly and the Launch of the Book "The True Meaning of the Heart Sutra"" organized by the International Buddhist Sangha Association was held at the Asia International Expo yesterday. The number of participants in this grand event reached a record-breaking 14,000 people (8,000 people attended in 2011), including representatives from temples, Buddhist organizations, and Dharma centers from around the world. The International Buddhist Sangha Association invited the Second Star Sun and Moon Great Holy Master and the Chairman of the United International World Buddhist Headquarters, Lhundrup Zangpo Rinpoche, to attend the conference and deliver a speech. Therefore, through this event, the International Buddhist Sangha Association aims to disseminate the profound teachings of His Holiness the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche and the essential practices of the Tripitaka, integrating more than 400,000 words into the book "The True Meaning of the Heart Sutra." The International Buddhist Sangha Association also aims to promote the thoughts, conduct, and teachings of His Holiness the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche and provide correct understanding of Buddhism, Buddhist studies, and the Dharma.
"The True Meaning of the Heart Sutra" is a Classic Dharma Treasure#
The Association believes that only by following the teachings of His Holiness the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche can the distorted views and misunderstandings that have arisen over the years be corrected, and the Association hopes to provide the general public with a correct and comprehensive understanding of Buddhism.
It is understood that "The True Meaning of the Heart Sutra" is a classic Dharma treasure. This book was first blessed during a ceremony at the Holy Vajrasana Temple in the United States on March 7, 2014, and was recited and practiced by the seven sangha members using the six major practices and sacred mantras, as well as written prayers and water and incense offerings.

In addition, the ceremony was presided over by the venerable Lhundrup Zangpo, the 80-year-old Kechu Rinpoche, and the 20-year-old Gongga Rinpoche. Lhundrup Zangpo Rinpoche called for the blessing of the alms bowl, which was then washed in public after prayers and filled with clean water. Another sacred object is the purple-gold bronze sacred bowl containing the nectar. It is said that about 10 minutes after the start of the ceremony, a strong wind suddenly blew, howling and roaring, but the cloth hanging on the wall did not move. At this time, the disciples each saw different sacred scenes. When the recitation of the mantras stopped, Gongga Rinpoche was about to pour the six cups of sacred water into the central bowl. He saw a light shining from the bowl through the transparent lid. Upon closer inspection, it turned out that there was a lot of nectar in the bowl. Finally, the six cups of sacred water were poured into the nectar, becoming the seven holy waters of the nectar.
After the ceremony, the devotees lined up to enter the shrine room to pay homage to the sacred objects. In addition to witnessing the purple-gold bronze sacred bowl receiving the nectar, the sacred objects included a statue of His Holiness the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche wearing a master's robe from 1994, a statue of His Holiness the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche showing compassion for sentient beings and transforming from an 80-year-old man to a dignified young man within three months in October 2012, and a statue of His Holiness the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche giving a teaching at the Hua Zang Temple in San Francisco in February 2014. Among these sacred objects, the most awe-inspiring is the miraculous transformation of the aging process.
