Taiwan Times, August 5, 2011: The Truly Legally Certified Third World Dorje Chang Buddha

90130232301-e1548865747412

Regarding the descent of the Buddha, the issue of his identity confirmation is not something that Bodhisattvas, let alone ordinary worldly beings, can confirm. However, there are evil people who mislead practitioners and slander the Third World Vajra Buddha as self-appointed, even going so low as to incite powerful individuals to deny that they have written any documents certifying him as the Third World Vajra Buddha. For the benefit of sentient beings, to avoid confusion and the negative karma arising from slander, and to prevent the unfortunate from falling into the three evil paths, the Third World Vajra Buddha has made a solemn vow against himself. This will serve as a cause to present the list and photographs of sixty kings, regents, and rinpoches from major world sects who have certified Master Yun Gao as the reincarnation of the original ancient Buddha Vajra Buddha. Among them, more than 20 are kings and regents with the highest certification authority, which has never happened in the history of Buddhism. The documents they have written are detailed in the book "A Brief Overview of the Third World Vajra Buddha." Therefore, it is now officially announced to the world that the Third World Vajra Buddha is legally certified and not a self-appointed false living Buddha!

In fact, the establishment of the Buddha is based on the Buddha's enlightenment and achievements. The Third World Vajra Buddha is similarly established based on his enlightenment, achievements, over two thousand teachings, and the manifestation of wisdom. Just in the book "The Third World Vajra Buddha," there are thirty major categories, which are unparalleled in history. No Buddhist leader possesses the wisdom of the Buddha; conservatively speaking, they cannot reach even one-third of his accomplishments. This is a fact; there is no second person in all of Buddhism. Just like Shakyamuni Buddha, who relied on the Buddha's enlightenment, achievements, and teachings of the Tripitaka and scriptures, he does not need anyone to certify him as the Buddha. For the certifications written for the Buddha, they are worthless pieces of paper. The individuals writing the certifications are far inferior to the Buddha's achievements and enlightenment. It is like having the Sixteen Arhats certify Shakyamuni Buddha; their documents would be an insult to the Buddha. However, for the benefit of sentient beings, it is an enhancement because sentient beings are superstitious about human traditions. This will receive the certification documents of the Third World Vajra Buddha to respect and comply with the Tibetan Buddhist living Buddha certification system. For the great beings writing the certifications, it is a merit of right knowledge and right view. However, there are some individuals who do not recognize the Third World Vajra Buddha and create negative karma through slander. Due to a member country filing a case requesting Interpol to issue a wanted notice, they judge the Third World Vajra Buddha to be a bad person, not a saint, and a self-appointed Buddha. We can only suggest to these ignorant people to understand from Buddhist history that Shakyamuni Buddha was also slandered as a bad person during his lifetime. When Padmasambhava entered Tibet to propagate the Dharma, he was also seen as an evil person and was thrown into a muddy pit! Christ was also falsely accused and even crucified! Throughout history, how many saints have been slandered? They are everywhere in historical records. A wanted notice does not indicate the existence of a crime; how many good people in the world have been wronged, how many good people have been slandered, and how many famous political figures in history have been labeled as bad people two or three times before being proven to be great figures? The precedents are countless. Therefore, to determine a person's goodness or badness based on superficial statements is clearly a sign of dull roots or a disguise of wrong views. The Third World Vajra Buddha is a naturally original ancient Buddha in Buddhist history, thus becoming the highest Buddhist leader by default. However, some sectarian Buddhist leaders, feeling embarrassed, become jealous and slander the Buddha to undermine him, losing their Bodhicitta and abandoning the religious essence of being kind to others. But the Third World Vajra Buddha silently endures various slanders and praises, doing his work to benefit sentient beings.

On June 14, 2011, the Third World Vajra Buddha was awarded the highest honor of the World Peace Prize, and on June 24, the World Peace Prize Review Committee issued a statement. The statement mentioned the reasons for the Third World Vajra Buddha receiving the head-of-state level highest honor of the World Peace Prize. This award has historically been given to heads of state, with an honor that is extremely high. We will publish the official manual and documents from the World Peace Prize conference on the day of the award for reference. The original text states:

"The recipient of the 'World Peace Prize Highest Honor Award,' the Third World Vajra Buddha, is recognized as the highest Buddhist leader in history by major Buddhist sects worldwide. More than 60 renowned kings, regents, and great rinpoches, including the 17th Karmapa's root guru, King Gongbao Dumuqiji, who bestowed the empowerment, the regent master of the Karmapa, the Dalai Lama's teachers, and many others, have certified, endorsed, and congratulated the establishment of the Third World Vajra Buddha and his highest position in Buddhism. The Third World Vajra Buddha is the only living Buddha in thousands of years to have received the most certifications—Buddha."

The Third World Vajra Buddha has previously endured long-term religious and political persecution and suffered immense pressure. Interpol even received a request from a member country to issue a wanted notice. Years later, that member country voluntarily applied to Interpol to withdraw the wanted notice against the Third World Vajra Buddha. After a long investigation, Interpol reached the correct conclusion and, at the 72nd Interpol Document Control Committee meeting in October 2008, withdrew the wanted notice and the entire case. Interpol also issued a formal notification stating that the wanted notice concerning the Third World Vajra Buddha has been officially withdrawn and has been communicated to all Interpol member countries. Although the Third World Vajra Buddha had long received the notification document from Interpol, regardless of how anyone slanders him, he has never produced these documents to prove his innocence. After our evaluation committee discovered this matter, we asked him why he did not present this strong evidence to refute the rumors in society. He said, "What I want to do is: I will bear all the negative karma of sentient beings, and all the merits I have cultivated will be given to you." If I prove my innocence, the slanderers will not be innocent; who will bear their negative karma? The key lies in the Buddha's complete indifference to honor and disgrace, remaining untainted by worldly matters, and his noble character is beyond expression by words. We feel deeply ashamed; although we are learning Buddhism, we cannot reach the saintly realm of the Buddha's conduct and virtue. This is not even one percent of what the monastic community can aspire to. No wonder the original ancient Buddha, the Third World Vajra Buddha, is a model for Bodhisattvas and saints to learn from.

Over the years, those who have judged and slandered based on appearances have created countless negative karma! The truth tells us that whether a person is a saint or an ordinary being cannot be determined by superficial events; the key is to observe their path of practice, not to listen to hollow statements. Any statement can be fabricated, while wisdom and enlightenment cannot be faked. Whether someone is the Buddha or not is not something that those below the Buddha's wisdom can determine. However, for the benefit of sentient beings, we present three points to support the fact of the Buddha's descent.

First, the five sciences of logic, declaration, inner knowledge, medical knowledge, and craftsmanship are essential wisdom practices required in Buddhism. The Third World Vajra Buddha truly excels in the five sciences in Buddhist history, achieving thirty major categories, becoming the founder of an unprecedented milestone in the history of the five sciences. (See the book "The Third World Vajra Buddha" for details.) This is a unique model worldwide; no living Buddha, master, or Buddhist leader can achieve even one-third of his accomplishments. Not to mention, even one of his craftsmanship achievements, "Yun Carving," cannot be replicated. We all know that the Buddha's wisdom is absolutely the highest. If the Third World Vajra Buddha were a false Buddha, would that not imply that the wisdom and achievements of a false saint surpass those of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas? And that the wisdom of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas is inferior to that of a false saint?

Second, the establishment of all living Buddhas is based on the Tibetan secret living Buddha reincarnation certification system. The identity of the Third World Vajra Buddha is confirmed by this certification system and is the most certified great saint in Buddhist history by various Tibetan secret sects. No other living Buddha has received as many certifications. If the Third World Vajra Buddha is said to be false, then there would not be a true living Buddha in the entire Dalai Lama, Karmapa, Tibet, India, or the world! Because none of them have received even one-third of the certifications that the Third World Vajra Buddha has. Compared to these saints, their achievements in the five sciences are far inferior, not even reaching one-third of the thirty major achievements of the Third World Vajra Buddha. If the one with the most authoritative certifications is a false living Buddha, then those with fewer certifications would certainly not be true living Buddhas! If the masters of living Buddhas are indeed writing false documents to deceive, they are frauds and not saints. Therefore, the teachings that living Buddhas learn would also be the false teachings of frauds, right? Then, wouldn't the teachings of King Gongbao Dumuqiji to the Karmapa be false teachings? Did King Gongbao write false documents to deceive? Did the kings of Shama, Jiachao, Chuxi, Dalongzhe, and others also write false documents to deceive? Then all the documents they wrote for other living Buddhas would also be false, right? Therefore, if the Third World Vajra Buddha is said to be false, then all living Buddhas on Earth would be false! What a pity! They are true saints, the masters of the Karmapa and the Dalai Lama. If they are all false, what about their disciples? Just like King Achu, King Beno, King Jimei Dorji, and King Dachin, they have certified many living Buddhas; surely they would not irresponsibly write certifications! Otherwise, would those certified living Buddhas not all become false living Buddhas?!

Third, the disciples who have received empowerments directly from the Third World Vajra Buddha have attained inner secrets or accomplishments, can foresee life and death, die and be reborn, achieve parinirvana, manifest relics, and have incorruptible physical bodies, and rainbow body transformations can be seen at any time. Especially those who practice the Great Seal of Liberation achieve results on the same day they receive the teachings, just like the Mudra Path, achieving realization in one hour. There was a rinpoche who practiced the Vajra Body Transformation Zen and the Three Stages of Blazing Fire, and a few years ago, during a public demonstration, his body temperature was measured at 197.4 degrees Fahrenheit using infrared thermal imaging, causing all the rinpoches present to collapse under the heat. Did the rinpoches willingly lay down their swords and armor? This blazing fire practice and the Vajra Body Transformation Zen cannot be replicated by anyone else in all of Tibet or India.

Furthermore, the Third World Vajra Buddha bestowed the empowerment of the Great Perfection Vajra Body Transformation Zen to King Ludongzan. Before becoming a king, Ludongzan studied Buddhism and Zen for five years with Master Xuanyuan at the Ten Thousand Buddha City, then entered Tibet to practice the profound path of the Great Perfection for ten years, achieving very little. After relying on the Third World Vajra Buddha, who saw his deep sincerity, he bestowed empowerment and teachings upon him. The next day, Ludongzan came before the Third World Vajra Buddha and said, "One day's practice has surpassed my countless lifetimes of cultivation." After passing the seven masters and ten certifications examination, Ludongzan achieved the Vajra Body Transformation Zen in just one day, with the great bliss wheel opening at the crown, allowing him to transform freely, achieving great accomplishments, and even having modern medical imaging scans of his skull and brain.

These two disciples of the Third World Vajra Buddha have achievements that can be found throughout Tibet or the world, but among the disciples of the Third World Vajra Buddha, there are even greater achievers than Kaichu and Dongzan. High-achieving saints like Kaichu and Dongzan would not have such great accomplishments without the causes and conditions of encountering the Buddha's direct transmission; they would not have achieved this in just one day.

Wherever the Vajra Buddha bestows blessings, there are sacred realms, especially where the Vajra Buddha blessed Huazang Temple as the Bodhi ground. On that day, the sun was blazing, the sky was clear, and the Buddha's light shone brightly, while the wood lotus flower tree rained down nectar like snowflakes; the Vajra Buddha blessed the Fuleisi Law Temple as the Vajra Throne ground, with protective deities manifesting miraculous signs, rainbows encircling the sky, and the Vajra pill in the hands of the living Buddha performing the Guozhuang dance, shaking the concrete Vajra pillars in public, creating a sacred realm that astonished all present, with countless miraculous signs captured on camera. The ironclad facts are thought-provoking! Which Bodhisattva or great living Buddha in today's world possesses such high Buddhist teachings? There has never been such a sight.

Today, we present the certification documents from various sects to certify Master Yun Gao as the Third World Vajra Buddha, along with the endorsements and congratulations, and publish the photographs and identities of the sixty individuals who wrote the documents. Importantly, the heavy oaths made by the Third World Vajra Buddha have resulted in certifications, endorsements, and congratulations that are genuine and have clearly expressed his intentions to all Buddhas, gods, Christ, and sentient beings.

We monastics have renounced the world to achieve liberation and will not engage in lowly behaviors that create negative karma. Today, we announce the true facts to everyone, not to compare ourselves with the great beings, but because evil people harm and mislead the world, slandering the Third World Vajra Buddha as self-appointed. We present ironclad evidence for everyone to compare and discern, confirming that the Third World Vajra Buddha: first, is legally certified; second, his achievements are unmatched in today's Buddhist community; third, the accomplishments of his disciples are unparalleled; and fourth, his moral enlightenment is supremely exalted. Everything we do in this organization is selfless, bright, and aimed at benefiting sentient beings, and we believe it will bring auspiciousness and happiness to everyone, guiding them on the path to enlightenment!

Achieving great heights, rare and hard to find#

The Third World Vajra Buddha has created thirty major achievements, renowned throughout the world, receiving numerous national and international awards, such as the U.S. Presidential Gold Medal, the Presidential Patriot Award, etc. This year, he received the Martin Luther King Award and the World Peace Prize, both of which are extremely prestigious awards. The Third World Vajra Buddha is the first recipient of these awards, and Washington, D.C. has designated January 19 as the Buddha Day of the Third World Vajra Buddha. Apart from the birthday of Shakyamuni Buddha, this is the only Buddha Day on the entire planet. Everyone knows that Martin Luther King was a leader of the African American civil rights movement in the United States, and the specific Martin Luther King Day is a national holiday. This year, the Martin Luther King Award ceremony was held in Washington, D.C., where the Third World Vajra Buddha received first place in two awards. These two awards are the "International Service Award" and the "Leadership Award." The second recipient of the "International Service Award" is German Ambassador Klaus Scharlioss, and the third recipient is the Secretary-General of the Organization of American States, Jose Insulza. The level of this award is not ordinary; it is evident how high the rank is. The World Peace Prize is even harder to obtain; it is the highest award issued by the World Peace Envoy Group, and the recipients must have made significant contributions to world peace, such as eliminating wars, reducing famine, and promoting human development. The World Peace Prize was established in 1989 to promote world peace and mutual understanding among different ethnic cultures and religions. The World Peace Prize is divided into three levels: the highest honor award, the achievement award, and the touring peace ambassador award. The recipient of the highest honor award, according to the official manual released at the conference, includes former U.S. President Reagan, Indian Mahatma Gandhi, former Israeli Prime Minister Rabin, Philippine President Romualdez, former Nigerian President Gowon, the first President of South Korea, Lee Seung-man, former Indonesian President Wahid, former Mongolian President Ochirbat, former Egyptian President Mubarak, former President of Palau Nakamura, and former Ethiopian Prime Minister Zenawi. According to the manual, the highest honor award is given to heads of state, and in 2010, the first recipient of the World Peace Prize highest honor award was the Third World Vajra Buddha, followed by former Chairman of the U.S. House Foreign Affairs Committee Benjamin Gilman. The U.S. Air Force's direct civil aviation rescue team received the third-tier touring peace ambassador award. The Third World Vajra Buddha is the first world Buddhist leader to receive the World Peace Prize and also the first world-class great artist. The Third World Vajra Buddha is extremely rigorous in his artistic creations; he has publicly burned hundreds of unsatisfactory paintings and calligraphy, with at least ten thousand pieces already burned. Currently, according to the precise investigation of the "American International Art Museum" located in downtown San Francisco, the Third World Vajra Buddha's works, including those circulated in the world, total only 297 pieces. Because the Third World Vajra Buddha is busy with benefiting sentient beings, he no longer paints, making these 297 paintings extremely rare. The "American International Art Museum" has the most extensive collection of the Third World Vajra Buddha's calligraphy and paintings, but it cannot fully represent the sixteen different styles of the Third World Vajra Buddha's works. Therefore, they publicly solicit to purchase any missing categories; the genuine calligraphy and paintings of the Third World Vajra Buddha, which bear three-dimensional fingerprint seals, are purchased at prices ranging from $300,000 to $900,000 per square foot. Oil paintings featuring sunflowers and water lilies are priced at over $1 million per square foot. The Third World Vajra Buddha is the only artist in the world to have received the World Peace Prize, and with his rare and exquisite calligraphy and paintings, he has become an important cultural and artistic asset for humanity!

The American Vajrayana Association, Kagyu Machang Buddhist Society (formerly known as the Chinese West Secret Buddhism Yun Ci Zheng Jue Association) jointly reprinted from the American International Daily on July 9, 2011, A12 Religion Edition, July 28; the People's Daily Overseas Edition has already published a special edition titled "The Truly Legally Certified Third World Vajra Buddha," welcoming those who wish to learn the true Dharma of the Third World Vajra Buddha to call 03-3243396 to inquire about local Dharma centers.
