Explanation of the "Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" Buddha Name#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launching ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was then that people came to know that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao and the Great Dharma King Yangyi Yixi Nuo Bu, who had always been respected by everyone, were recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects in the world as the third incarnation of the Buddha Dorje Chang, with the Buddha name being the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have referred to him as "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". This is similar to how before Shakyamuni Buddha became enlightened, his name was Prince Siddhartha, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became enlightened, he was called "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha". Therefore, we now say "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha), and since then, the title of Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha is also the legal name recognized by the government, and the previous names of "Yi Yun Gao" and the titles of Master and Great Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the announcement of the Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha's Buddha name, and at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official naming of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, the previous names no longer exist.
The First Acharya and Dharma Teacher Seminar Held in Hong Kong#

The largest-scale and most influential conference in the world Buddhist community in 2010 was held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from July 17th and successfully concluded on the afternoon of the 18th. This conference was organized by the International Buddhist Monastic Association based in San Francisco, USA, and aimed to study and learn the teachings of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. More than 1,500 Buddhist organizations participated in the conference, covering regions such as Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, the United States, Canada, mainland China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
To show respect for the holy beings, representatives of the conference verified the authenticity of the certificates of the holy beings.
The International Buddhist Monastic Association stated that since the teachings of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha have been widely spread and propagated throughout the world, the trend of studying and practicing the teachings of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has been continuously rising. The number of Buddhist organizations applying to learn and listen to the teachings of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has been increasing. Although the deadline for registration for this conference had ended one and a half months ago, many people still faxed and emailed strong requests to participate in this seminar, showing great enthusiasm for participation.
The content of this seminar includes cultivation, learning Buddhist philosophy and teachings, and the state of selfless altruism. The atmosphere of the seminar was very enthusiastic, with many speakers and impactful content. Especially, the long-awaited good news: the two essential practices in the "Supreme Holy Liberation Great Seal" of the Highest and Supreme Buddha Dorje Chang, "Preliminary Practice II: The Essence of the Extraordinary Precious Human Life" and "Main Practice III: The Essence of the Supreme Bodhi Path of Emptiness" have been officially distributed for the benefit of sentient beings by the office of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. The International Buddhist Monastic Association announced this news to the participants, which is truly great news for humanity. It will bring auspiciousness, well-being, complete wisdom, and prosperity to the world.
Renowned Rinpoche, Dharma teachers, Dharma masters, presidents, chairpersons, and ordinary practitioners from all over the world shared many deeply touching learning experiences and real miracles. When talking about studying the teachings and practices of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, they were all sincere and excited. They eagerly explained that after learning the Buddha Dharma and practices transmitted by the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha and experiencing the sublime virtues of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, their personal lives, families, careers, health, as well as relationships with neighbors, companies, and organizations have all rapidly transformed and improved in a positive direction. The conclusion of the conference is that the Buddha Dharma and teachings brought to this world by the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha have rectified the chaos in the Buddhist community during the Dharma-ending period, and have given the general public a correct and comprehensive understanding of Buddhism: Buddhism is based on great compassion and benefits all sentient beings. Genuine practice and study of Buddhism will bring happiness and harmony to individuals and families, success and smoothness to careers, and world peace and human well-being.
There were three particularly impactful and real events at this conference. The first event was the certification of the holy beings who attended the seminar. All the high-level monks, Rinpoche, and Dharma teachers who belonged to the holy being level wore certificates of holiness. On these certificates, there were the signatures of three masters and seven witnesses, including ten Rinpoche, Dharma teachers, and Acharyas, confirming that these certified individuals have reached the level of holiness. This is different from fake Rinpoche and fake Dharma teachers who deceive people in the Buddhist community. Those who held the certificates of holiness took the stage and displayed their certificates as a responsible and righteous act in accordance with the etiquette of Buddhism, showing great respect for the Buddhas, holy beings, and sentient beings. The Acharyas, Dharma teachers, presidents, chairpersons, and abbots attending the conference went on stage one by one after performing the worship ceremony, carefully reciting and verifying the authenticity and level of the holy certificates displayed on the Dharma platform. This etiquette received high praise.
The second event was the miracle that occurred after taking the Kajuo Ande Pill. At the conference, a Buddhist disciple named Zhao Zongqiong from Chongqing introduced a miraculous incident. There was a person named Jack who was shot and injured because the bullet got stuck in the blood vessels behind his kidney. The hospital performed two major surgeries but failed to remove the bullet. After learning about this situation, Zhao Zongqiong invited Jack to listen to the teachings of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha's disciple, the venerable Mo Zhi, who holds the certificate of the Middle Earth Path. After listening to the first recording of the teachings, Jack felt heat in his neck, and indeed, the tumor in his neck turned red. After listening to the second recording of the teachings, the redness disappeared. As a result, Jack continued to listen to the teachings for three weeks in a row. Not only did the tumor in his neck become smaller and smaller, but his spirit also improved, his appetite increased, and he even grew taller. Now, the tumor has completely disappeared, and the whole family sincerely appreciates the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha for saving Jack's life. Therefore, Jack must personally attend the conference and share his personal experience to tell everyone that the teachings of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha not only elevate moral cultivation and benefit others but also save lives and bring benefits to humanity, bringing auspiciousness and happiness.
The organizers confirmed that there are many similar incidents, but due to limited space, they cannot be described in detail. Many people who were unable to register due to the deadline sent written reflections and experiences, describing the seemingly incredible but truly tangible benefits they and those around them have gained from studying the teachings of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha.
The participants praised that the teachings of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha brought tremendous benefits and blessings to the public, which cannot be obtained anywhere else. These are incredible but truly real human miracles.
