Certification Event of the Third Dorje Chang Buddha: Publishers Issue a Serious Statement#

Since the announcement of the certification of the Third Dorje Chang Buddha Yiyun Gao Yixi Nobo in the U.S. Congress, it has caused a tremendous stir in the global Buddhist community. Especially, the book "The Third Dorje Chang Buddha" records that the Third Dorje Chang Buddha Yiyun Gao Yixi Nobo, with the wisdom of the Buddha, created thirty major categories of achievements, each of which encompasses several subcategories, something that has never been accomplished in history. This has sparked much in-depth discussion, and due to the extraordinary nature of these achievements, which exceed what people can imagine, some who do not understand the situation have made some attacks against the publishers. The Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House believe that these slanderous remarks have harmed and insulted their reputation and have caused adverse effects on Buddhism. Therefore, they publicly issued a serious statement in the media to reveal the truth about the certification of the Third Dorje Chang Buddha.

The full content of this serious statement is as follows:
Since the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House jointly published the book "The Third Dorje Chang Buddha," and the news of the leaders, Dharma Kings, and Rinpoches of major Buddhist sects congratulating and certifying the Third Dorje Chang Buddha has been announced through various media, those who understand the actual situation have happily said: "The Third Dorje Chang Buddha has officially descended to the world, and sentient beings can finally obtain the blessed opportunity to receive teachings directly from the Buddha." However, those who do not understand the situation or some evil beings have taken the opportunity to create chaos, pretending to be disciples of some great saints, and have claimed online that these saints did not certify or congratulate the Third Dorje Chang Buddha. At the same time, they have unreasonably accused our publishing house.

In the face of the confusion caused by this very small number of people, many kind Buddhist disciples are at a loss; they cannot discern the truth from falsehood and have consulted us in various ways. We also asked the office of the Third Dorje Chang Buddha to respond, but the office firmly adheres to the principle of respecting the Buddha's teachings, not being swayed by circumstances, and not getting involved in disputes. Our publishing house also understands that, as the office of the Third Dorje Chang Buddha stated, this is the ordinary person's perception of right and wrong. However, for the benefit of sentient beings, we are making an exception to provide a public response here, but only this once. In the future, we will not respond to such questions one by one, as this is not the path of true cultivation but rather a manifestation of strong self-attachment, leading to the three evil paths, which is the root of black karma.

First, the certifications and congratulations from the Dharma Kings and Rinpoches to the Third Dorje Chang Buddha are entirely based on their respective realizations and circumstances, made seriously and solemnly according to the Tibetan Buddhist Rinpoche reincarnation certification rituals. Each Dharma King and Rinpoche listed in the "The Third Dorje Chang Buddha" scripture has issued a certification letter or a congratulatory letter in accordance with the law, stamped with the official seal or the personal fingerprint of the Dharma King or Rinpoche. It should first be understood: do the Dharma Kings and Rinpoches not understand cause and effect? Would they recklessly write falsehoods? The Dharma Kings and Rinpoches are absolutely serious, law-abiding, and responsible in their Bodhi actions towards sentient beings. These certifications and congratulations are very sacred and solemn! It is particularly important to note that, for the sake of caution, when the saints wrote their certifications or congratulations, they specifically left behind photos of the scene at that time. We originally planned to publish these photos of the Dharma Kings and Rinpoches during the certification and congratulatory process in the scripture, but the Third Dorje Chang Buddha disagreed with us publishing these photos. The Third Dorje Chang Buddha said: "We must respect the Dharma Kings and Rinpoches; publishing these photos would be impolite, and such actions are not what practitioners do. If evil beings want to criticize, let them do so; I have no intention of claiming to be good or bad; what I care about is benefiting sentient beings." Therefore, regardless of the external situation, we have always respected the teachings of the Third Dorje Chang Buddha and have not publicly disclosed these precious photos. However, now that evil beings are slandering the Buddha and their teachers, causing great harm to sentient beings, we hope to lightly expose them here today, hoping they will cease their evil actions and have the opportunity to learn true Buddhist teachings and attain liberation. Why do we refer to these slanderers as evil beings? Simply because they publicly deny, insult, and oppose the decisions of their own teachers and great saints regarding the certifications and congratulations, they have already violated the fundamental fourteen vows of the secret mantra, planting the seeds of hell, which is sufficient to constitute evil behavior. Of course, we believe that many of these are impostors pretending to be disciples of the great saints. Since they have impersonated the great wisdom of the Nyingma lineage, the Dharma King Achu Rinpoche, the supreme leader of the Jue Nang lineage, the Dharma King Jimei Dorje, the root teacher of the Nyingma lineage, the Dharma King Renzeng Nima, the Dharma King Awang Banma Nanga, the Rinpoche of the Gelug lineage, and the great saint who has been in retreat for thirty years, Dorje Renzeng Rinpoche, among many others, and have spread rumors that these saints never wrote certifications or congratulations, we will today provide photos of the Dharma King Achu Rinpoche, the Dharma King Jimei Dorje, the Dharma King Renzeng Nima, the Dharma King Awang Banma Nanga, the Rinpoche of the Gelug lineage, and Dorje Renzeng Rinpoche personally stamping or fingerprinting the documents of certification or congratulation for the Third Dorje Chang Buddha. We sincerely apologize to these Dharma Kings; we have only published these precious on-site photos due to unavoidable circumstances. However, it must be emphasized that the purpose of providing these precious photos to the world is not to argue about who is right or wrong but to inform all Buddhist disciples and kind-hearted people not to be deceived by evil beings and go astray. Even for those evil beings whose purpose is to destroy the true Dharma and harm the lives of sentient beings, we also advise them to stop before it is too late. Moreover, this is only a one-time response to these questions. In the future, regardless of who they are or what their purposes may be, we will never fall into the cycle of disputes with evil beings, as those who violate the vows of the secret mantra do not qualify to engage in dialogue with us. They are full of black karma, and anyone who associates with them will suffer misfortune. The fundamental fourteen vows of the secret mantra clearly state not to discuss with evil people, so we will never provide information about other great saints due to the rumors of evil beings.

Second, the Third Dorje Chang Buddha has truly demonstrated the realm of the unity of exoteric and esoteric teachings and the profound understanding of the five sciences for the first time in human history. The scripture "The Third Dorje Chang Buddha" contains thirty major categories of achievements created by the Third Dorje Chang Buddha alone, but these thirty major categories are merely a fraction of the Third Dorje Chang Buddha's accomplishments. If anyone has doubts about these, we welcome them to take the "Blue Platform Verification" established in "The Third Dorje Chang Buddha" as a test; that is only two categories out of thirty. If you can do it, not only will you receive twenty million dollars, but everything you say will be correct. If you cannot do it and still slander the Third Dorje Chang Buddha and oppose the certifications or congratulations made by your teacher, then undoubtedly, you are merely a demon slandering the Buddha or a rogue in society.

Third, everyone should consider this: if the Third Dorje Chang Buddha, as a saint, can create thirty major categories of achievements with such unprecedented supreme wisdom, how could he be foolish enough to forge or impersonate without the certifications and congratulations from the Dharma Kings and Rinpoches of various sects? As a publisher, if there were no witnesses or evidence to prove the authenticity of these certifications and congratulations, how could we publish them in the book? If the impostors are indeed rampant, what evidence would we have to take legal action? Now is the internet age; anywhere in the world, there is no distance. Anyone only needs a phone call to verify the truth. If these certifications and congratulations are forgeries, would that not be shooting oneself in the foot? For example, the certification letter from the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King is clearly published in the book, and it is evident what it states. Moreover, this certification letter was personally handed over by Sakya Tianjin Dharma King to Chuqing Qupei Khenpo and Bai Ma Dorje Rinpoche in the presence of six witnesses, and there are photos and witnesses. Chuqing Qupei Khenpo even took a photo with the Dharma King's letter and wrote a proof. Therefore, it is the evil beings or impostors pretending to be disciples of these saints, spreading rumors and slandering the true Dharma. If anyone dares to continue to slander or violate morals, denying the truth, we will definitely resort to legal action, as it is very simple to distinguish between true and false: the handwriting, seals, and ink used by these Dharma Kings and Rinpoches, and their hands must have touched the certificates they wrote, leaving their fingerprints on the certificates. Through simple forensic technology, it can be clearly identified. Additionally, their location in the country at that time, the entry and exit records of the personnel involved, the photos taken during the handover, and numerous witnesses, all of these constitute sufficient evidence for us to sue for defamation and economic damages. Due to the destruction caused by these lowly individuals, resulting in a significant loss of our books, we will spare no effort to expose these bad people through legal means, tarnishing their reputation and bankrupting them economically. In fact, even before the publication of "The Third Dorje Chang Buddha," the fifth Kuten Zunzhé Yongzhong Zunren, who walked over a thousand kilometers around the island of Taiwan, had already stated that there are three types of people who will oppose this scripture: "The first type is those who lack knowledge and talent, who oppose out of ignorance and bad behavior; the second type is undoubtedly those possessed by demons, who oppose due to their inherently vicious nature; the third type appears to be Rinpoches, great masters, or lay practitioners, but in reality, they are false Rinpoches, false masters, and false practitioners, lacking realization and understanding of exoteric and esoteric teachings, opposing to cover their own shame. However, these three types of people share a common characteristic: they speak fallacies and empty words, pretending to be great virtues while lacking any real ability. If you do not believe it, observe them closely; they cannot accomplish even half of the thirty major categories in the scripture." These people would not dare to claim their own realization and take away twenty million dollars, thus invalidating the certification of the Third Dorje Chang Buddha.

Fourth, many Buddhist disciples now verbally claim to learn from their Dharma Kings and Rinpoches, which is in accordance with the three actions, but in reality, they are indirectly opposing their Dharma Kings and Rinpoches. For example, a "Nyingma Forum" under the "Buddhist Alliance Community" is a typical case of opposing Achu Rinpoche while pretending to support him. Achu Rinpoche has clearly certified the Third Dorje Chang Buddha, yet they are indirectly confronting their teacher Achu Rinpoche, slandering and defaming the Third Dorje Chang Buddha. Just this point alone has already completely violated the first vow of the secret mantra. The fourteen vows of the secret mantra are not casually stated by anyone; they are rules that all practitioners of secret teachings must collectively observe from ancient times to the present. For instance, when the great Achu Rinpoche was certifying the transformation of Khenpo Arjune into a rainbow body, he explicitly instructed that those who violate the fourteen vows of the secret mantra are prohibited from touching Khenpo Arjune's Dharma body; otherwise, Khenpo Arjune cannot transform into a rainbow light. One can imagine that even a great accomplished being, after passing away, would not achieve accomplishment if touched by someone who violates the fourteen vows of the secret mantra. How could an ordinary Buddhist disciple achieve accomplishment if they associate with someone who violates these vows? Moreover, slandering the Buddha and insulting the teacher will only lead to hell! The fourteen vows of the secret mantra clearly state that sharing a cup of water or sitting on the same bench with evil people will lead to falling into the Vajra Hell, and speaking or conspiring with evil people will incur the five poisonous sins. Therefore, all Buddhist disciples and kind-hearted people, whenever you see these evil beings slandering the Third Dorje Chang Buddha or defaming the certifications and congratulations from the Dharma Kings and Rinpoches, such as those from the "Nyingma Forum" and other websites or articles, you must sever all ties with them and never visit their websites again. Otherwise, not only will you not achieve accomplishment, but you will also accumulate endless black karma, making liberation impossible. Losing blessings and wisdom is a minor issue; you will also share the same sin as the slanderers. It is extremely difficult to have this life, to learn Buddhism; if you do not achieve in this life, will you have to sit in the hell of unending suffering forever? Quickly distance yourself from deceivers, bad people, and evil beings, and turn towards goodness. If you have previously slandered out of ignorance or unawareness, quickly repent and turn back; the great Third Dorje Chang Buddha will bless you, and the great Dharma Kings and Rinpoches will pray for you, allowing you to escape the sea of suffering as soon as possible. If you have the affinity, just hearing the teachings of the Third Dorje Chang Buddha for five days is enough; you will be moved and find the true Dharma! Many supreme teachings of the Dorje Chang Buddha are not mentioned here, but just based on the fact that the Third Dorje Chang Buddha is solely dedicated to benefiting sentient beings and never accepts offerings, can this behavior be attributed to deceivers or bad people? Which bad person in this world has such a realm? Is there any precedent? No, not a single one! Only the Third Dorje Chang Buddha, the greatest Buddha, has said this and done it!!!

Fifth, the virtue and power of the Third Dorje Chang Buddha are admired by both humans and gods. On June 21, 2008, during the grand ceremony to welcome the book "The Third Dorje Chang Buddha" held by the International Buddhist Sangha Association in San Francisco, the Dharma protectors and Bodhisattvas even showered nectar from the holy tree under the blazing sun as a blessing. At that time, the temperature was 86 degrees Fahrenheit, and the sun was shining brightly, yet the nectar fell like heavy snow, disappearing suddenly before it reached the ground. It fell for two days and nights, and over a thousand people witnessed the event. We welcome everyone to view the video recording of the event, which will also be provided for free to all who have the affinity. Such a rare and auspicious sign cannot be achieved by ordinary people! This thoroughly proves that the book "The Third Dorje Chang Buddha" is a truly supreme Buddhist treasure!

Let’s cut the idle talk: no matter what your identity is, if you have the ability, take the Blue Platform Verification, receive twenty million dollars, and prove your wisdom in Buddhist teachings. If you slander, defame, or deny, and do not dare to come for the Blue Platform Verification, everyone will understand that you are merely an evil being or a rogue who cannot bear to see the truth!

On December 10, 2006, the son of Yizhong Hai and Xu Kunfang was certified by the Sakya Dharma King as a reincarnated living Buddha. After receiving the certification letter from the feet of the Sakya Dharma King, both Bai Ma Dorje and I handed it over to each other.
