Explanation of the Title "Third Dijieqiang Buddha"#
On April 3, 2008, the book "Third Dijieqiang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was then that people came to know that the highly respected Master Yiyun Gao and the Great Dharma King Yang'e Yixi Nuo Bu, who had always been revered by everyone, were recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects in the world as the third incarnation of the Buddha Dijieqiang Buddha, with the title of Third Dijieqiang Buddha. Since then, people have been calling him "Namo Third Dijieqiang Buddha". This is similar to how before Gautama Buddha became enlightened, his name was Siddhartha Gautama, but after Gautama Buddha became enlightened, he was called "Namo Gautama Buddha". Therefore, we now call him "Namo Third Dijieqiang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Dijieqiang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Dijieqiang Buddha). From then on, the title of Namo Third Dijieqiang Buddha was officially established. Moreover, the name Third Dijieqiang Buddha is also the legal name recognized by the government, and the previous titles of "Yiyun Gao" and the honorable titles of Master and Great Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the official announcement of the title Namo Third Dijieqiang Buddha, when people still did not know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official recognition of the title Namo Third Dijieqiang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name His Holiness Third Dijieqiang Buddha, which is legal, the names used before the official recognition no longer exist.

On the 21st, the International Buddhist Sangha Association led more than a hundred organizations and thousands of people to hold a grand ceremony in San Francisco to welcome the "Third Dijieqiang Buddha" treasure book. The ceremony began with a lively lion and dragon dance, and the entire ceremony was solemn and grand. Unprecedented auspicious signs appeared. When the ceremony was announced, the sun was shining and the sky was clear, but sacred signs appeared. Sweet and fragrant nectar descended from the magnolia tree in the backyard of Huazang Temple and the gate of the temple, astonishing the crowd with its sacred and auspicious atmosphere.
The welcoming ceremony began with the ringing of bells and drums. First, H.E. Ludongzan Rinpoche and Kailuo Na Mo Rinpoche performed a ritual offering. Then representatives from various organizations formed offering groups and presented offerings of water, flowers, incense, lamps, fruits, and other items. The ceremony was extremely solemn and grand. Finally, amidst the anticipation of the crowd, the Third Dijieqiang Buddha's treasure book was carried into the venue by two Caucasian lamas, with a master holding the treasure canopy. H.E. Danma Zhamang Rinpoche presented the treasure book to the offering table one by one and uncovered the yellow satin cloth covering the image of the Third Dijieqiang Buddha. When the magnificent Buddha image was revealed, the audience burst into applause, moved to tears, and offered their praises. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and emotion.
Master Longhui, the chairman of the International Buddhist Sangha Association, pointed out in his speech that it is because of the presence of the Dijieqiang Buddha that Buddhism and the Dharma have flourished. The Dijieqiang Buddha is the highest and earliest ancient Buddha in the Dharma realm, and he is the highest leader of all religions in the world. This great news has shocked the world. He said that the Third Dijieqiang Buddha fully embodies the complete and comprehensive display of the three aspects of the teachings, the secret teachings, and the perfect teachings. On April 3 of this year, the Library of Congress in the United States announced the true identity of the Dijieqiang Buddha and the publication of this treasure book. The Library of Congress collected this treasure book. After the grand ceremony on the 21st, this treasure book will be promoted to the world, bringing complete blessings and wisdom to everyone, as well as benefiting humanity, eliminating disasters, promoting national prosperity, and bringing peace and auspiciousness to the world.
H.E. Zhamang Rinpoche offered a three-colored khata to the treasure book, wishing that every saint and sentient being will be enlightened by the teachings of the Third Dijieqiang Buddha and be liberated from all visible and invisible difficulties, and attain eternal happiness. He said that the Third Dijieqiang Buddha is the greatest and most important Buddhist scripture in the world. Because the Dijieqiang Buddha is the first tangible Buddha in the universe, without this tangible Dijieqiang Buddha, there would be no Buddhism, no Buddhist studies, and no disciples of the Buddha like us. The birth of the Third Dijieqiang Buddha is legally recognized and certified by the highest leaders and regents of various religious sects in the world. It is confirmed and congratulated by great holy beings. This is the first and only time in history that a great saint has received the most and most complete and legitimate congratulations. According to Buddhist history, the Dijieqiang Buddha is the highest leader of all Buddhist sects. This Buddha has achieved the complete and perfect five aspects of the teachings, turning the theories of the Buddhist scriptures into reality. It allows sentient beings to personally witness the highest wisdom achievements of the Buddha's teachings, which has never happened before in Buddhist history. By studying the treasure book and the teachings transmitted by the Third Dijieqiang Buddha, one can become a selfless and virtuous person who dedicates oneself to the well-being of the country and helps others. From a virtuous person to an arhat, from an arhat to a bodhisattva, and from a bodhisattva to a Buddha.
Many high monks and great masters from various Buddhist sects attended this grand ceremony to welcome the treasure book. Among them were nine famous reincarnated Rinpoches, three Dharma Kings, and great lamas. Elected officials and representatives who attended the ceremony to offer congratulations included California Senator Yu Yinliang, San Francisco Mayor's representative Gina, San Francisco City Councilor Zhu Jiawen, San Jose City Councilor Zhu Gansheng, Cupertino City Councilor Hu Yilan, City Councilor Peng Dehui, Saratoga City Councilor Liu Jialin, and President of the Chinese Elected Officials Association Huang Weigang, and others presented congratulatory letters.
