Explanation of the "Third Dijie Qiang Buddha" Buddha Name#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Dijie Qiang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launching ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and people only then knew that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao and the Great Dharma King Yang'e Yixi Nuo Bu, who had always been respected by everyone, were recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects and the living Buddhas of the world's Buddhism. The third incarnation of the Buddha Dijie Qiang Buddha, and his Buddha name is the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha. Since then, people have been calling him "Namo Third Dijie Qiang Buddha." This is similar to the fact that before Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, his name was Prince Siddhartha, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, he changed his name to "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha." Therefore, we now call him "Namo Third Dijie Qiang Buddha." Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Dijie Qiang Buddha). Since then, the title of Namo Third Dijie Qiang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha is also the name recognized by the government. The previous names of "Yi Yun Gao" and the titles of Master and Great Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the announcement of the Namo Third Dijie Qiang Buddha's Buddha name. At that time, people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha, so in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official designation of the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Dijie Qiang Buddha, which is legal, the names used before the official designation no longer exist.

----Dorje Losang Dharma King's Dharma Journey to the Buddha Land#
China Daily, September 27, 2004Dorje Losang, the old Dharma King, was a disciple under the seat of Yang'e Yixi Nuo Bu Dharma King. He displayed supernatural powers and revealed the Dharma, as recorded in the book "The Holy Monk's Iron Record." He followed Dharma King Yang'e for many years to study and practice Buddhism, day and night without rest, without even a bed, only a cushion with him. Losang deeply received the transmission from Dharma King Yang'e, grateful and tearful, he made a vow to benefit sentient beings according to his teacher's guidance. However, this extraordinary Losang revealed his supernatural powers in many places, regardless of the impact. Due to the ripening of karma, he was detained by the Shenzhen Public Security Bureau in April 2001 and had no chance to study and practice with his teacher. In July 2003, the court held a trial, but there was no conviction. At that time, he received an invitation from the Luowan Temple in Sichuan, where he had nothing to do all day, wandering in the countryside, often staring at the void with his eyes, practicing meditation, without speaking. Unfortunately, his karmic connections with sentient beings had come to an end, and he could no longer teach the Dharma. As early as August 2003, Jang Gongkangqin Rinpoche recorded in his memoir that Losang had clearly stated that he would leave the world in August of the following year and asked Jang Gongkangqin Rinpoche to hide and practice the Dharma, and in the future, when there is an opportunity to benefit sentient beings, to transmit the supreme Dharma of the great Dharma King to virtuous people. Don't forget, Dharma King Yang'e is the highest Dharma King who holds the Buddha's true Dharma in this world! Jang Gongkangqin Rinpoche recorded the entire process, which was read aloud among the monks, nuns, and laypeople before Losang's passing in June 2004 according to the lunar calendar, and publicly read in July 2004 according to the lunar calendar by the foundation. Dorje Losang Dharma King finally passed away on the second day of August according to the lunar calendar, leaving the world.
In the later period of Losang's life, Wang Zhiying, a lay devotee, had been taking care of him. Zhiying straightforwardly told him, "Dharma King, please don't leave in the summer. It's so hot, and I can't handle it." Losang also promised candidly, "Don't worry, I won't pass away in the hot weather. I will wait until August when it's cool." Losang lived a simple life, with righteous views on the Dharma, not attached to worldly matters. Before leaving, he only said to everyone, "I'm leaving, just recite more Buddha's name." On the second day of August according to the lunar calendar, he fulfilled his promise and passed away. The monks of Baoguang Temple rushed to his residence and escorted him to Baoguang Temple.
On the afternoon of the cremation day, various extraordinary phenomena appeared in the visible realm, which was very unusual. The monks and laypeople who were reciting the Buddha's name each had their own special feelings about the surroundings. Some people murmured in their hearts: This Dharma King was so powerful during his lifetime, but now he doesn't look like an accomplished one at all. He passed away in a diseased state, which can hardly be considered an accomplished one. Some people said that he was afraid of difficulties and suffering and did not benefit sentient beings, violating the fourteen fundamental precepts of Vajrayana. Some people said that he broke the precepts and displayed supernatural powers, which is a great precept of Buddhism. Some people said that his realization was extraordinary and he truly manifested the great path. Finally, lay devotee Fachi couldn't help but stand up and publicly repent: Dorje Losang Dharma King is not an ordinary person. The impermanence he displayed is to teach and guide us, but we did not generate infinite reverence and instead developed discrimination. He suggested that everyone should take this opportunity to contemplate impermanence, generate infinite reverence, and bid farewell to the old Dharma King. An accomplished one must have the auspicious manifestation of Buddha and Bodhisattvas. At this moment, many people also publicly repented. Life is like a dream, impermanence is swift, and whether poor or noble, in the end, only a smelly body is left behind. Everyone generated infinite reverence, recited the Buddha's name, contemplated impermanence, and made vows to pray for the well-being of sentient beings, praying for national prosperity and people's well-being, praying for favorable weather, and praying for world peace. Unexpectedly, at this time, the radiance of Mahavairocana Buddha quickly manifested and cameras and camcorders were turned on one after another. Mr. Guigong, a lay devotee, took three photos of the sun emitting a bright light, and there was a circular emerald green pattern in the center of the sun, which was exactly the same as the emerald green on the hem of Dharma King Yang'e's robe and hat. Seeing this manifestation, everyone was overjoyed, unable to describe their happiness.
The fire was lit at 4:20 in the afternoon, and everyone surrounded Losang as the flames rose. Some recited "Namo Amitabha Buddha," some recited the "Heart Sutra," some recited the mantra of Lotus-born Guru, some recited the mantra of Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva, and some recited the mantra of Mahakala. The fire circled in the furnace like a fire dragon, and the fire chamber burned into a fireball. But at this moment, the dignified image of Dharma King Losang suddenly appeared, and the crowd became excited and spontaneously chanted the Six-Syllable Great Bright Mantra. The monk in charge of the cremation, Master Jixin, added four carts of firewood to the furnace one after another. He said, "I have never burned so much firewood before." After a fierce fire, it was estimated that he had turned into ashes, but at this time, the head and body of the Dharma King suddenly appeared, without any signs of burning. The clothes had already burned, but the head and body remained unaffected by the fire. At this time, the author couldn't help but think of the record of Milarepa's inability to burn in ordinary fire. Today, it appeared right in front of our eyes. It is truly worthy of being the Vajra Dorje Losang Dharma King. Everyone then understood the profound meaning of the Vajra body not being burned by ordinary fire. Dharma King Losang sat in the fire, manifesting the realm of Mahakala, and the crowd chanted the mantra loudly, requesting that the fire burn the body to obtain relics. Finally, they heard a "pop" sound, and the body of the Dharma King finally caught fire. After the chanting and cremation, a set of monk's robes worn by Losang was sent into the furnace, and the furnace immediately flashed with continuous light, accompanied by a burst of fragrant smell, and the crowd cheered.
Usually, the entire cremation process only takes a little over an hour, but Losang Dharma King burned for a total of more than six hours, which is extremely rare. It can be imagined how extraordinary his Vajra body should be. Unfortunately, he boasted too much about his supernatural powers without being cautious, and when his karma matured, he had to inform Jang Gongkangqin Rinpoche in advance that he was going to leave. After the cremation, one hundred and forty-one relics were found. The manifestation of the unburnable Vajra body for six hours and the solid relics obtained thoroughly proved that Losang did indeed learn the true Dharma of Dharma King Yang'e. Unfortunately, he should not have left the world, but should have stayed to propagate the Dharma and benefit sentient beings.
Writing up to this point, I think of someone saying during the cremation process that Dorje Losang was not a Dharma King. We can't help but ask: If Dorje Losang was an ordinary layperson, why could he predict the time of his passing in advance? Why could he burn for six hours, breaking the historical record? Why were one hundred and forty-one relics given after the cremation?
How could an ordinary layperson have such sacred objects? And in Taiwan, for decades, only one venerable Guangqin had relics after cremation, and they were completely burned in just over an hour. Therefore, this is enough to prove that he did not possess the empty theoretical Buddhism of the secular world, only true Buddhism can manifest such sacred signs. From this, we can't help but think again, usually, we all say "Buddhism is hard to find, the true Dharma is hard to encounter," and now, the true Dharma of Dharma King Yang'e has manifested, and his disciples have achieved great accomplishments one by one. Shouldn't we think about how to face life and death?
