Explanation of the Title "Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha"#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was then that people came to know that the highly respected Master Yiyun Gao and the Great Dharma King Yangyi Yixi Nuo Bu, who had always been revered by everyone, had been recognized by the leaders or regents of various major Buddhist sects and confirmed by the living Buddhas of the world's Buddhist community. He is the third incarnation of the Buddha Dorje Chang, with the title of the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have been calling him "Namo Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha". This is similar to how before Gautama Buddha became enlightened, his name was Siddhartha Gautama, but after Gautama Buddha became enlightened, he was called "Namo Gautama Buddha". Therefore, we now call him "Namo Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha), and since then, the title of Namo Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha is also the legal name recognized by the government, and the previous titles of "Yiyun Gao" and Master and Great Dharma King are no longer in use. However, this news was published before the official announcement of the title of the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, and at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the name used before the official recognition of the title of the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, which is legal, the previous names no longer exist.

[Chen Yuzhu/Compiled Report] A few days ago, a disciple of Yiyun Gao, a great Dharma King, achieved great success and obtained 263 relics. Now, another great disciple of the Dharma King, Luo Quanfang, a lay Buddhist, was guided by Amitabha Buddha to the Western Pure Land on September 9! Amitabha Buddha praised the supreme Dharma of Yiyun Gao, opening the window to the Buddhist Pure Land for 29 hours, allowing everyone to see the scenery of the Pure Land. The image of the Dharma King emitted a radiant light for three hours, blessing sentient beings.
Luo Quanfang, a lay Buddhist, is from Chengdu, Sichuan. She and her husband, Lay Buddhist Wang Guangming, took refuge in Buddhism as early as the 1950s and received the Dharma transmission from the Dharma King. At that time, they were working in Tibet and had the opportunity to receive guidance from a Tibetan Vajrayana master, who told them that the best and highest Dharma was with Yiyun Gao. The couple went through great hardships to send their son to the Dharma King when he was under 7 years old. The whole family became disciples and left their son with the Dharma King to receive teachings and guidance. They were very devout and respectful to the Dharma King and diligently practiced the Dharma transmitted by him. In the past two years, rumors and slanders about the Dharma King spread in society. The couple was indignant and condemned the evil deeds of those who spread lies and misled the public. In November of last year, Lay Buddhist Wang Guangming, due to his devout heart and following the Dharma King's Buddha-like qualities, was reborn in the Western Pure Land and left behind 11 relics. In mid-August 2004, Luo Quanfang informed her son Wang Min that she was going to the West. Wang Min called the Dharma King several times, hoping to keep his loving mother. After learning about it, his mother admonished him, "If you want to learn Buddhism, you must understand cause and effect. My worldly connections have come to an end, and my Dharma connections are fulfilled. The Dharma King will send me to the Western Pure Land." Indeed, at noon on September 9, Lay Buddhist Luo suddenly opened her crown chakra, and her skull felt soft. At that moment, a colorful auspicious light filled the room, and Amitabha Buddha arrived to guide her. The sound of celestial music filled the air. Lay Buddhist Luo assumed a peaceful sleeping posture in the Buddha's light and ascended to the Western Pure Land.
The next day, the Dharma body was enshrined in the Buddha Hall of Baoguang Temple, one of the four major Zen temples in China. Just after the enshrinement, the image of the Dharma King emitted a radiant light, surrounded by colorful Buddha lights and a fragrant scent. The news spread, and more and more people came to witness and pay their respects, chanting sacred mantras day and night. On the evening of September 10, the Dharma King's disciples from Tibet and the lamas traveled a long distance to assist in the rituals. On the evening of the 11th, the chanting of the Buddha's name by the Dharma King in the United States could be heard from the Buddhist instruments, and the monks and lay Buddhists were deeply moved.
At noon on the 12th, an unprecedented holy realm appeared! The window to the Western Pure Land opened in front of the Amitabha Buddha painting in the Buddha Hall, directly revealing the image of the Western Pure Land! The crowd was boiling with excitement, and people were overwhelmed with joy. Through the window to the Pure Land on the Amitabha Buddha painting, everyone who had a connection could see Amitabha Buddha clearly, even the Buddha's topknot was clearly visible. They saw Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva wearing white clothes and holding a willow branch, as well as Mahasthamaprapta Bodhisattva. Lay Buddhist Luo was reciting the Buddha's name through the window, her mouth moving, her eyes blinking, and her head shaking, just like when she recited the Buddha's name during her lifetime. The former abbot of Zhaojue Temple, Master Qingding, also appeared, sitting in a chair with a smiling nod. When the image of the Dharma King, dressed in a red Dharma robe and wearing a Dharma crown, appeared in the window, the crowd burst into excited shouts: "Master, I see you!" "Dharma King, with you, we are not afraid of life and death!" "Dharma King! Our whole family wants to take refuge in you! We want to learn the true Dharma from you!" People were shocked by the holy realm and couldn't control their emotions. All that could be heard were exclamations, shouts, and the sound of people prostrating on the ground... In the evening at 8 or 9 o'clock, more and more people gathered at the crematorium. People from all directions came to see the holy realm of the Pure Land through the window and receive the blessings of Amitabha Buddha. Many people rushed back home to bring their parents and children. Everyone saw the holy realm of the Pure Land, and they didn't even have time to eat dinner. They sat down in rows and devoutly chanted the sacred name of Namo Amitabha Buddha until late at night. The holy realm of the Pure Land continued to manifest and change until 5 p.m. the next day, lasting for 29 hours, becoming a miracle in the history of Buddhism.
On the morning of September 13, the sky was filled with colorful Buddha lights. At around 1 p.m., the image of the Dharma King suddenly emitted white radiant light, continuously shining and blessing sentient beings for three hours. People were immersed in the blessings of the Dharma King's Dharma, filled with surprise and joy, bowing and paying their respects. The scene was extremely moving! At 5 p.m., the disciples chanting the Buddha's name formed a long line to place Lay Buddhist Luo's physical body into the crematorium. A fragrant scent filled the air wherever her body passed. The chanting rituals of the monks and lamas had not yet begun, but the wooden niche in front of Lay Buddhist Luo's chest was already enveloped in Buddha light. Through the gap in the wooden niche, red, white, and yellow lights could be seen! As soon as the fire was lit, a silver transparent circular Dharma instrument appeared on top of Lay Buddhist Luo's head! The instrument had a square hole in the middle and corners connected to the edges of the instrument, just like the circular light that appeared on the head of the Dharma King's disciple Hengxing Jiacuo Rinpoche when he bowed and worshipped the island of Taiwan 1,100 kilometers away, taking on the suffering of sentient beings. Before leaving, he asked the Dharma King's image, and a circular light appeared on his head, exactly the same as this. During the cremation process, the holy realm continued to manifest, lotus flowers bloomed, the image of the Dharma King, the Three Saints of the Western Pure Land, and Maitreya Bodhisattva appeared, Vajra Protectors and Dragon Protectors stood on both sides, and the Phoenix flew in the fire. The beautiful scenery of the Western Pure Land's pavilions and towers also appeared one after another. People prostrated with joy in front of the crematorium, and tears of excitement and laughter filled the temple.
After the cremation, 49 relics were collected from Lay Buddhist Luo Quanfang's ashes.
Recording up to this point, the author cannot help but ask why? Why do the disciples under the seat of Yiyun Gao, one after another, achieve great success and free themselves from the suffering of samsara? And why is the holy realm unprecedented and incomparable? The answer is only one: because the moral integrity of the Dharma King is unparalleled, possessing the great virtue of the true Dharma of the Buddha in ancient times! It is precisely because of this that the complete sevenfold holy realm of the bathing Buddha ceremony is revealed time and time again, and the true Dharma is transmitted, allowing the 12-year-old Jinba Rinpoche, who had never been involved in art, to become a world-class artist in just five months! Dear virtuous friends, the truly liberated and enlightened Dharma, which liberates us from the suffering of life and death, is repeatedly presented before us. Are we still going to remain ignorant and not seek liberation?
