Explanation of the Title "Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha"#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was then that people came to know that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao and Master Yang E Yi Xi Nu Bu, who had always been respected by everyone, were recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects in the world as the third incarnation of the Buddha Dorje Chang, with the title of the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have been calling him "Namo Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha". This is similar to how before Gautama Buddha became enlightened, his name was Siddhartha Gautama, but after Gautama Buddha became enlightened, he was called "Namo Gautama Buddha". Therefore, we now call him "Namo Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha". In particular, on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha), and since then, the title of Namo Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha has been established. Moreover, the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha is also the legal name recognized by the government, and the previous titles of "Yi Yun Gao" and the honorable titles of Master and Supreme Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the official announcement of the title of the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, and at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha, so in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official recognition of the title of the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, which is legal, the names used before the official recognition no longer exist.

Liu Juan Can't Bear It Anymore: Strongly Denounces the Words and Actions of Yi Yun Gao#
◎Apple Daily, Guangzhou Information Times, Qianlong.com, and various media in China, the United States, and Taiwan that reprinted the reports claimed that Taiwanese businesswoman Liu Juan was defrauded of tens of millions of yuan by the Wu Wen Investment Fraud Group. In August, Liu Juan issued a notarized written statement in Los Angeles, stating that the Buddhist Master Yi Yun Gao had never defrauded her and her husband's money. In fact, she had offered to donate millions and tens of millions of yuan to Master Yi Yun Gao on multiple occasions, but Master Yi Yun Gao firmly refused. She said that Master Yi Yun Gao even refused to accept offerings from his disciples and was falsely accused of fraud! These people are truly malicious. As for her and Xi Rao Gen Deng (Wu Wen Investment), it was purely a legitimate business transaction and had nothing to do with Master Yi Yun Gao. Wu Wen Investment did not defraud her. As a party involved in this matter, she has a responsibility to clarify the truth and defend the innocence of Master Yi Yun Gao.
The above testimony by Liu Juan was written, signed, and stamped with her handprint, and after 10 days, it was notarized by the notary office and provided to the news media for clarification.
After Liu Juan left China for the United States, she wrote a serious testimony for Master Yi Yun Gao, and personally brought it to the Chinese Consulate General in Los Angeles for notarization. She repeatedly requested Master Yi Yun Gao to make her testimony public, but Master Yi Yun Gao told her, "Don't be attached to these worldly matters!" and ended the conversation with the phrase "Amitabha Buddha". Liu Juan stated that because of Master Yi Yun Gao's selflessness and magnanimity, she felt that she had to come forward and speak out the truth. She finally couldn't bear the words and actions of Master Yi Yun Gao.
Therefore, she wrote another statement, in which she wrote that she had been a disciple learning Buddhism for several years. She had wanted to make offerings to Master Yi Yun Gao on multiple occasions, but was rejected each time. The most memorable incident was in 1996 when she visited Master's residence. Due to heavy rain and strong winds in the previous days, the residence was flooded and in a terrible state, with many floors warped and wallpaper peeling off. She was deeply saddened to see that such a great and selfless person lived in such conditions. So she told Master and his wife that she wanted to use her private savings of over ten million yuan to buy a new house for Master. However, Master and his wife firmly refused. She cried and begged Master Yi Yun Gao to agree, but he refused no matter what. She said, "Master always thinks for his disciples and all sentient beings! Despite being a great and extraordinary being, he lives an ordinary life! Despite his profound knowledge of the five wisdoms and the esoteric and exoteric teachings, he never boasts or shows off! Master's magnanimity, compassion, and vast knowledge always move and make us disciples proud." She never expected that the accusation of fraud would be imposed on Master Yi Yun Gao, and what is even more shameful is that a so-called national Three Jewels Protection Association compiled and distributed various false reports, which is an insult to the Three Jewels and represents evil behavior, making her indignant and angry.
Liu Juan said that Master's morality is extraordinary, pure, and selfless, and he endures humiliation without attachment. But she can no longer remain silent. She is angry and sad about the reports by certain media and the so-called Three Jewels Protection Association that falsely portray Master Yi Yun Gao and Xi Rao Gen Deng as a fraud group. She emphasized once again that Master Yi Yun Gao and Xi Rao Gen Deng have never defrauded her and her husband. She hopes that the media concerned should conduct a fair investigation and understand the truth, and should not launch personal attacks and insults against such a great and selfless person. Clarifying and praising the truth is the true moral behavior and the fundamental way of being a good person.
