Explanation of the "Third Dijie Qiang Buddha" Buddha Name#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Dijie Qiang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was then that people learned that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao, Yang E Yi Xi Nu Bu Dafa Wang, was recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects and the great living Buddhas of the world's Buddhism, as the third incarnation of the Buddha Dijie Qiang Buddha, with the Buddha name being the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha. Since then, people have referred to him as "Namo the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha". This is similar to how before Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, his name was Siddhartha Gautama, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, he was called "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha". Therefore, we now say "Namo the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha). Since then, the title of Namo the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha is also the legally recognized name by the government, and the previous titles of "Yi Yun Gao" and the honorable titles of Master and Supreme Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the official announcement of the Buddha name of the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha, and at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official naming of the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. the Third Dijie Qiang Buddha, the names used before the official naming no longer exist.

The Organization of American States, composed of 34 countries including the United States and Canada, hosted the opening ceremony of the Master Yi Yun Gao's Rhyme Carving Art Exhibition at its headquarters. Ambassadors from various countries and members of the U.S. Congress were invited to attend.#
[Washington Report] The Organization of American States, composed of 34 countries including the United States, Canada, and Mexico, hosted an art exhibition entitled "Master Yi Yun Gao's Rhyme Carving Art Exhibition" in the U.S. capital, Washington, on July 28. The exhibition was mainly for ambassadors from various countries and members of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives. The opening ceremony was personally presided over by Cesar Gaviria, the former President of Colombia and the current Secretary General of the Organization of American States. Visitors left astonishing comments and highly praised Master Yi Yun Gao for bringing exquisite and unparalleled rhyme carving art to humanity, surpassing nature and being a "divine work of the Buddha's axe", an art that cannot be replicated by humans.
Amidst the eager anticipation of the crowd, Master Yi Yun Gao and Secretary General Cesar Gaviria of the Organization of American States entered the exhibition hall together, guided by Anna O'Brien, the Chief of Protocol of the Organization of American States. Professor Wang Yuhua, the wife of Master Yi Yun Gao, and their children followed closely behind. The sound of applause and the clicking of camera shutters immediately filled the venue, and journalists from around the world crowded in front of the podium.
In the introduction, the Organization of American States pointed out that Master Yi Yun Gao was born in China and now resides in the United States. He is an outstanding researcher and university professor. Master Yi Yun Gao's rhyme carving art has been successful in the United States and is the first of its kind in history. It is an art that surpasses the beauty of nature. The pebbles carved by Master Yi Yun Gao have a marvelous transformation in the stone cave, with auspicious mist swirling and endless charm. He is the only founder who can express gases through carving. The skill of Master's rhyme carving makes his works an art that cannot be replicated in the world today. Master's rhyme carving is refreshing and indescribable. Whether it is the Guangxi caves in China, the Reed Flute Cave, the Grand Canyon, the caves in Colombia, and so on, they are all incomparable to the incredible and beautiful carving art of Master Yun Gao. The changes in layers, the richness of colors, and the natural beauty of creation are all beyond the beauty of rhyme carving, which cannot be found in the human world. The birth of these priceless treasures is entirely due to Master Yun Gao's lofty realm, profound knowledge, and insight into the laws of the growth and changes of the universe.
The Secretary General of the Organization of American States is selected from the presidents of various countries. The current Secretary General, Cesar Gaviria, leads the Organization of American States. In view of the great artistic contribution made by Master Yi Yun Gao to humanity, the Organization of American States specially hosted the master's rhyme carving exhibition in the capital of Washington, D.C., with Dr. Cesar Gaviria, the Secretary General of the Organization of American States, presiding over the opening ceremony. The exhibition featured three original rhyme carvings, "Mysterious Mist in the Stone", "High Scholar Picture", and "Majestic Stone", as well as twenty-six displayed rhyme carving pictures.
In his speech, Cesar Gaviria said, "Master Yi Yun Gao is a certified Buddhist Dharma King who has achieved the highest level of accomplishment in Buddhism and has reached the pinnacle of philosophy and science. That is why such a high artistic realm has emerged, bringing joy to humanity and making the greatest artistic contribution to the world. The master's achievements in all aspects have made our organization proud to host this exhibition." Mariana Valery, the Ambassador of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, praised the master's works as entering a realm of transformation. The experience of this art makes people feel that the completion of this work must come from an intangible force beyond human beings, guiding the hand of creation to create such indescribable art, touching people's hearts. Several ambassadors attending the exhibition, including Carlos, the Ambassador of Colombia, Michael Jin, the Ambassador of Barbados, Grinada, the Ambassador of Uruguay, Alma, the Ambassador of Paraguay, and others, were all intoxicated by the works in the exhibition hall and praised them repeatedly. In addition, U.S. Congressman Harry Han stood in front of the work "Majestic Stone" and nodded continuously, murmuring, "Unbelievable! Unbelievable!" Anna O'Brien, the Chief of Protocol of the Organization of American States, said, "Of course it's unbelievable! It's truly stunning!" Dr. Zeng Bingmin, Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Advisory Committee of the White House, said, "This is a divine work of the Buddha's axe, it is beyond nature, unprecedented, and no one can replicate or imitate it." He also said, "Former President George H.W. Bush was amazed when he saw the works." David, the Prime Minister of Belize, said, "So many people have come today, and everyone is amazed and surprised. I haven't seen anyone who is not amazed."
The exhibition attracted a large number of visitors on site, creating an unprecedented scene. Many people gathered in front of the rhyme carving works and exclaimed in admiration. They said that the exhibition time was too short and should be extended so that people from all over the world could appreciate this incomparable art.
"Mysterious Mist in the Stone" with misty clouds swirling, deep and unfathomable
The recently completed works by Master Yi Yun Gao, the magical pebble "Mysterious Mist in the Stone", appear to be a large green jade stone from the outside. However, the interior is layered and intertwined, with a magical and unpredictable transformation. The profoundness of its structure is breathtaking. In some places, the mist is like a thin veil, and in some places, the mist is so dense that the background cannot be seen, and fog lights are needed to see the appearance of the stone. The rhyme is lingering and swirling, and the creation is beyond words.
In history, sculptors were able to carve solid images or expressions, but no one has ever been able to carve the ethereal clouds and the intangible gases. However, Master's works combine gases and solids in the carvings. At first glance, auspicious mist is faintly visible, and the stone with a few feet in diameter makes people feel that there is a long distance inside the cave. This work has only a small hole about the size of a palm, and it is difficult to imagine how the world inside the stone was carved. There is simply no possibility of replication. The American company Micro Particles offered five million dollars to purchase this work, but the master politely declined. Master Yun Gao wrote a poem for the "Mysterious Mist in the Stone": "There is a stone hanging with white jade yarn, the skill of carving is beyond discussion, the silence in the cave is a rare world, the transformation of heaven and earth is difficult to reproduce." When you see this stone, at first glance, the inside of the cave is covered in a thick mist, and the fog is deep. When a fog light is turned on from above the stone, the mist suddenly disperses, revealing another world outside the sky and earth, which is deep and unfathomable. Those who see it cannot help but marvel.
