Explanation of the "Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" Buddha Name#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launching ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was then that people learned that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao, Yang E Yi Xi Nu Bu Dafa Wang, who had always been respected by everyone, was recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects and certified by the living Buddhas of the world's Buddhist sects. He is the third incarnation of the Buddha Dorje Chang, with the Buddha name being the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have referred to him as "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha." This is similar to the fact that before Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, his name was Siddhartha Gautama, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, he was called "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha." Therefore, we now say "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha." Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha). Since then, the position of Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha is also the legal name recognized by the government, and the previous names of "Yi Yun Gao" and the honorable titles of Master and Supreme Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the announcement of the Buddha name of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, and at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official naming of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, which is legal, the previous names no longer exist.
Statement from the "Yun Ci Hui Hai" Foundation in the Hong Kong Fraudulent Loan Case#
[Taipei News] On the 19th, the American Yi Yun Gao Master International Cultural Foundation issued a solemn statement stating that in the case where the Hong Kong Independent Commission Against Corruption accused Yun Ci Hui Hai Limited shareholder Huang Xiaosui of fraudulently obtaining a loan of HKD 48 million using the property of the "Yi Yun Gao Master Hall," the defendant, in order to escape punishment, made many false accusations against the unrelated Yi Yun Gao Master during the public trial, which were purely groundless and malicious, causing serious damage to the reputation of Yi Yun Gao Master and seriously affecting the foundation's efforts to benefit humanity. The foundation has filed charges against Huang Xiaosui through legal means.
In the statement, the American Yi Yun Gao Master International Cultural Foundation pointed out that the closure of the Yi Yun Gao Master Hall in Hong Kong was actually due to Huang Xiaosui using the name of Yi Yun Gao Master to defraud believers. In order to avoid the exposure of the supervisory and reporting group established by the Yi Yun Gao Master Hall, Huang Xiaosui fabricated various false excuses and hastily destroyed and closed the hall two days after the establishment of the supervisory and reporting group. It was not until the Independent Commission Against Corruption accused Huang Xiaosui and his sister in the news that Yi Yun Gao Master himself learned that the Yi Yun Gao Master Hall in Hong Kong had been illegally mortgaged and fraudulently loaned HKD 48 million by Huang Xiaosui, who was a shareholder at that time, using fabricated shareholder meeting records.
The foundation pointed out that in order to avoid the exposure of the fraudulent loan incident at the Master Hall due to the establishment of the supervisory and reporting group, Huang Xiaosui strongly demanded that the Yi Yun Gao Master dissolve the supervisory and reporting group, but the Master refused. Since the property of the Master Hall was purchased with money from Liu Baihang, in order to persuade Liu Baihang to agree to close the hall, Huang Xiaosui falsely accused the Yi Yun Gao Master of sexually assaulting him and another female disciple, using the means of kneeling and swearing to deceive the kind-hearted Liu Baihang, in order to prevent the supervisory and reporting group from disbanding and to avoid the exposure of the fraudulent loan incident. If the Yi Yun Gao Master was really as Huang Xiaosui fabricated, why didn't the female disciple report to the police in a timely manner? Instead, during that period of time, she still respected the Master very much and even dusted the statue of the Master in the courtyard of the Master Hall every day with great respect. The Master suggested the establishment of the supervisory and reporting group, and Huang Xiaosui claimed that the Master was a bad person, launching false accusations and fabrications against the Master. Is it true that establishing a supervisory and reporting group makes one a bad person, and not establishing a supervisory and reporting group makes one an excellent Master?
The statement emphasized that the noble and moral character of the Master never accepts money or material offerings. It listed at least eight people who wanted to offer large sums of money and valuable houses worth millions to tens of millions of dollars to the Master, but the Master firmly refused and did not accept a single cent. As for the claim made by Huang Xiaosui that the Master asked him for HKD 5 million, it was actually Huang Xiaosui himself who borrowed HKD 5 million from Liu Baihang and had been delaying repayment. Liu Baihang asked the Master to collect the debt, but Huang Xiaosui did not give the HKD 5 million to the Master or return it to Liu Baihang. Instead, he transferred the money to the Shenzhen Yujing Feng Real Estate Development Co., Ltd., which he fully controlled. The fact that so many people voluntarily wanted to donate millions of dollars or more in money and houses to the Master from the bottom of their hearts, and the Master refused them all, but the Master would ask for HKD 5 million that someone was unwilling to give? Such false accusations and malicious attacks are truly despicable and shameless.
The statement pointed out that two important pieces of evidence and witnesses were presented regarding the closure of the Yi Yun Gao Master Hall in Hong Kong and the innocence of Yi Yun Gao. One is the recording made by Li Zaitang and Feng Weitang when the Master arrived in Hong Kong two days before the closure of the hall, and the other is Lin Huijiu, who reported to the Master about Huang Xiaosui's use of the Master to defraud money from believers.
