"Golden Gate Evening News" January 22, 2002: 98-pound stalactite passes through the body, 430-pound rock soars into the sky.

Explanation of the Title "Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha"#

On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was then that people came to know that the highly respected Master Yiyun Gao, Yang'e Yixi Nuobu Dafa Wang, was recognized by the leaders or regents of major Buddhist sects and the living Buddhas of the world as the third incarnation of the Buddha Dorje Chang, with the title of the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have been calling him "Namo Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha." This is similar to how before Gautama Buddha became enlightened, his name was Siddhartha Gautama, but after Gautama Buddha became enlightened, he was called "Namo Gautama Buddha." Therefore, we now refer to him as "Namo Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha." Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha). From then on, the title of Namo Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha was officially established. Moreover, the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha is also the legal name recognized by the government, and the previous titles of "Yiyun Gao" and Master and Dafa Wang no longer exist. However, this news was published before the official announcement of the title Namo Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, when people still did not know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the name used before the official title of the Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha was established. But everyone should be clear that, except for the name His Holiness Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, which is legal, the previous names no longer exist.

─ Unveiling the Mystery of the Secret Ritual of Tantra

[Reporter Chaonan / Special Report] Tibetan Buddhism generally gives people a sense of a distant culture, full of various mysterious veils, especially the founders of various sects have many miraculous deeds and supernatural powers, which makes people curious about Tantra.

According to the description of the lamas, in Tibet, there is a system of various examinations for practitioners who study Buddhism. There are various sizes of debates on Buddhist studies. The first name that can pass thousands of debates is Naren Bagexi, and the second and third names are Geshe. Only those who have passed tens of thousands of debates can enter the Tantric Academy to study Tantra.

The lamas said that Tantra attaches importance to the realization of the state. In the Tantric Academy, Mani stones are usually used to test the practitioners' realization. There are two types of Mani stones: one is ordinary stones on which ordinary people carve mantras and throw them into Mani piles. These Mani stones have no power; the other is Mani stones carved by the great masters of Tibetan Buddhism with Buddha images or seed syllables of mantras, which are placed in Mani piles as blessings to avoid disasters. However, the most important function of these Mani stones is to test the realization of the practitioners. According to legend, only practitioners who have achieved realization in their practice can make the Mani stones move in the air. The way the Mani stones move can be slow, walking, or flying. Otherwise, no matter how much effort or how many people chant mantras, they cannot make the stones move. These miraculous legends add a mysterious and great veil to Tibetan Tantra. Recently, the reporter had the opportunity to participate in a Mani stone measurement conference in the United States. The conference was attended by great living Buddhas, ordinary living Buddhas, as well as great masters and ordinary masters of exoteric Buddhism from Tibet. They chanted mantras such as the Great Compassion Mantra, the Green Tara Heart Mantra, and the Vajrapani. Some masters chanted for half a day, but the Mani stones remained motionless. Some masters gathered several exoteric masters to chant mantras together, and finally, they were able to move the transparent glass Mani stones in the air.

While everyone was amazed, a female living Buddha from Tibet came to the scene. Before testing the Mani stones, she said that she was a practitioner seeking liberation and accomplishment, and she could not use Buddhism as a tool to show off her personal skills. She requested that the video camera recording the scene not be allowed to film her face. Then, an astonishing thing happened: a 98-pound stalactite Mani stone actually rose into the air and rotated in the air with her gestures and hand movements. The Mani stone trembled continuously as it ascended. What was even more shocking to the masters and living Buddhas present was that when the female living Buddha sat on the wooden floor, the 98-pound Mani stone suddenly appeared in front of her at an incredible speed, as if it had passed through her body. Then, while the female living Buddha pointed her finger, the stone rose and fell, rotated around her body, and trembled at the same time. When the Mani stone turned to her back for the second time, she pointed her index finger down, and the stone suddenly descended, paused for a moment, and then fell to the wooden floor with a loud noise. It was evident that the stone was indeed heavy. This kind of miracle is hard to imagine without seeing it with one's own eyes.

In this Mani stone measurement conference, the most famous stalactite Mani stone, Dorje Chang Buddha stone, weighing 430 pounds, also appeared. It was transported from Tibet to the United States and demonstrated its supernatural power at the conference.

Dorje Chang Buddha stone is not an ordinary stone. It is a well-known Mani stone, just like the famous jadeite cabbage. When it comes to Dorje Chang Buddha stone, most Tibetan practitioners know about it. The conference on the measurement of Dorje Chang Buddha stone had even more incredible situations.

When the female living Buddha from Tibet wanted to test the Dorje Chang Buddha stone, she agreed for the same reason not to show her face in the footage of her testing the stone, leaving it as a memento for the participants at the scene, and not allowing it to be used for publicity. This observance of precepts and friendship touched everyone present.

Then, an unbelievable thing happened. With the gestures of the female living Buddha from Tibet, the 430-pound Dorje Chang Buddha stone trembled and flew up from the grass, causing the grass under everyone's feet to ripple like waves. Not only that, but the roofs and trees also shook. Then, the Dorje Chang Buddha stone flew into the air and flew back, suddenly falling from a three-foot height and creating a large hole in the grass. This kind of plot that only appears in novels actually happened in reality. The living Buddhas and masters present said that this kind of sacred miracle symbolizes the greatness and truth of Buddhism. There is nothing that cannot be achieved, even moving mountains and overturning seas.

On January 13, during the Great Buddha Dharma Assembly held at the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall in Taipei, there was a pile of stones carved with mantras from Labuleng Temple in Gansu Province, which formed a Mani pile.
