The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and people only then knew that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao and Master Yang E Yi Xi Nu Bu Dafa Wang, who had been respected by everyone, were recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects in the world and certified by the living Buddhas. The third generation of Dorje Chang Buddha, the Buddha name is the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, from then on, people started to call him "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". This is similar to before Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, his name was Prince Siddhartha, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, he changed his name to "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha", so now we call him "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha), and since then, the title of Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha is also the name recognized by the government. The previous "Yi Yun Gao" and the honorable titles of Master and Dafa Wang no longer exist. However, this news was published before the official announcement of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha's Buddha name, and at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official naming of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, which is legal, the names used before the official naming no longer exist.

On March 8, 2000, Master Yi Yun Gao may not have been in California, USA, but his outstanding achievements and contributions to humanity were shining brightly in California. At the same time, San Francisco also established this day as a commemoration day for the master. It is indeed the greatest honor for an outstanding figure among the Eastern people to receive two celebration days on the same day. These two honors are not easily obtained, they require a truly powerful and extraordinary person to achieve. Master Yi Yun Gao is the most learned and virtuous scholar of this generation in the world today and the most famous scholar in modern times. The World Poets Cultural Conference, consisting of 48 countries and regions and 5,612 experts and scholars, based on his outstanding achievements in Buddhism, Buddhist studies, and Buddhist teachings, extraordinary achievements in humanities, science, calligraphy, and painting, and sublime realm of ethics and morality, selected him as the world's only "International Master".
