Since the publication of the book "The Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha" which records the true actions and achievements of the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha in propagating the Dharma and benefiting sentient beings, as well as the thirty major categories of achievements in the great wisdom of the Buddha Dharma, it has become a groundbreaking and beneficial book for countless sentient beings. However, because the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha made a vow and faithfully practiced "forever benefiting the public without accepting any offerings," this selfless act of benefiting others has hit a nerve with some people's greed, causing those who only know how to accept offerings without following the teachings and precepts to feel deeply aggrieved. In addition, a few evil people who infiltrated the Buddhist monastic community believe that the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha has cut off their source of wealth, so they hate him to the core. They use various methods to slander and defame the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha and the book "The Third Incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha." This phenomenon is truly thought-provoking: are those who are selfless, not accepting offerings, and only benefiting sentient beings the bad people, or are those who are consumed by greed and deceive the public for offerings the bad people? For example, in recent days, there has been a claim that Qu Pei Chu, claiming to be himself, forged a certification letter from the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King to the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha. Originally, as practitioners, we are not qualified to comment on these right and wrong matters. However, in this Dharma-ending age, we cannot sit idly by while these evil people harm the lives and wisdom of sentient beings. Therefore, the International Buddhist Sangha Association hereby declares the following:
First, the Chairman, Vice Chairman, and all staff members of the International Buddhist Sangha Association do not know Qu Pei Chu at all. They have never met him, corresponded with him through letters, phone calls, or emails. In short, they do not know Qu Pei Chu at all.
Second, we have consulted the office of the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha himself, and the person in charge of the office. They, including all staff members, do not know Qu Pei Chu at all. They have never met him, corresponded with him through letters, phone calls, or emails. In short, they do not know Qu Pei Chu at all and have no connection with him.
Third, the certification letter from the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King to the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha was handed over by Geng Sang Rinpoche. It was said that the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King was greatly shocked after seeing the "Canonical Text of the Correct Dharma" and the certification letter from Aqiu Lama. After careful observation, he saw the true reincarnation of the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha and wrote the certification letter. However, considering that our association has already received complete and conclusive documentary evidence certifying the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, surpassing the three masters and ten certifications, and that these certifications and endorsements are from first-class virtuous and holy beings, combined with the fact that our association has no connection with the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King, and no knowledge of Qu Pei Chu, we have contacted Geng Sang Rinpoche again to confirm the authenticity of this certification letter. Two days later, Geng Sang Rinpoche called and said that Qu Pei Chu is a great Khenpo appointed by the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King and established the "Quantum Treasure" Buddhist Academy in China as the president. Qu Pei Chu said that this certification is genuine, and if it is fake, he is willing to bear legal responsibility. In order to prove that the certification letter from the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King is genuine, Qu Pei Chu personally wrote a statement and attached a photo of himself holding the certification letter from the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King. In this statement, Qu Pei Chu confirmed that the certification letter from the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King was received by him and Pema Dorje Rinpoche together from the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King.
Fourth, later we learned from Geng Sang Rinpoche that a very important point is that the certification letter from the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King to the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha was personally handed over to Pema Dorje Rinpoche by the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King at the "Long Bicha" altar city (also known as "Lumbini"), which is about seven to eight hours' drive from Kathmandu, the birthplace of Shakyamuni Buddha in Nepal. It was not directly handed over to Qu Pei Chu. Pema Dorje Rinpoche is a great virtuous being who was certified and enthroned by the Dharma King of the Top Fruit. At the time when the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King handed over the certification letter to Pema Dorje Rinpoche, there were also Qu Pei Chu, a Tibetan lay practitioner, and three disciples of Qu Pei Chu present. After the six of them flew back to Shanghai from Kathmandu, Pema Dorje Rinpoche stayed in Shanghai for some matters and entrusted Qu Pei Chu and the Tibetan lay practitioner to deliver the certification letter from the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King to Geng Sang Rinpoche. When meeting with Geng Sang Rinpoche, Qu Pei Chu even made a phone call to Pema Dorje Rinpoche in Shanghai, and Pema Dorje Rinpoche personally emphasized over the phone that the certification letter escorted by Qu Pei Chu and the Tibetan lay practitioner was personally handed over to him by the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King at the reception site in Nepal. Geng Sang Rinpoche swore that if what he said was false, he would bear all the karmic consequences and willingly fall into the Avici Hell without the chance of rebirth. At that time, Zhao Bin, a witness who personally witnessed and heard the true situation at Geng Sang Rinpoche's place, also swore that if he said anything untrue or false, he would willingly fall into the Vajra Hell without the chance of rebirth. Now, Qu Pei Chu, against the facts, claims that he forged it himself. Isn't this self-contradictory? Why did Qu Pei Chu forge a certification letter from the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King to the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha? If it was forged by Qu Pei Chu, why did the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King personally hand over this certification letter to Pema Dorje Rinpoche in Nepal in front of six people? Moreover, after the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King personally handed over the certification letter, there was a group photo taken with the six people present. Furthermore, when the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King personally handed over the certification letter to Pema Dorje Rinpoche, a true practitioner present also made a solemn oath saying that she personally saw the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King hand it over to Pema Dorje Rinpoche. If there is any falsehood or falsehood, she is willing to bear the karmic suffering. It should be noted that besides Geng Sang Rinpoche, the other two witnesses who made the solemn oath have no connection with us. Why would they speak up for us? The reason they made the oath is that they are upright and conscientious good people. It is because they witnessed the facts with their own eyes. They have no emotional bias towards us, but they are repulsed by evil and falsehood. Otherwise, who would be willing to bear false witness and speak falsehoods and fall into hell? Therefore, can throwing Qu Pei Chu out to create chaos and claiming that he did it himself really cover up the whole truth? It should be known that this certification letter was personally handed over to Pema Dorje Rinpoche by the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King, not to Qu Pei Chu. If this certification letter is fake, who forged it, Qu Pei Chu or Pema Dorje Rinpoche? Which one of them is the deceitful fraud?
Fifth, although we do not advocate it, when some people lose their morality, the World Dharma Voice Publishing House and the Global Buddhist Publishing House have proposed a simple and truthful solution: the best and only fair way is to ask the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King to publicly swear that if he is sincere and openly record a video to swear that he did not personally hand over this certification letter to Pema Dorje Rinpoche, and that Pema Dorje Rinpoche is a liar who tells falsehoods, and that this certification letter is a forgery by Pema Dorje Rinpoche and Qu Pei Chu, and if what he says and swears is true, then he and his family will achieve great accomplishments and great blessings. If he did hand it over but claims that he didn't, and his oath is false, then he and his family will suffer evil consequences and fall into the Avici Hell. Furthermore, the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King should also ask Pema Dorje Rinpoche and Qu Pei Chu to publicly swear: Was this certification letter personally handed over by the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King to Pema Dorje Rinpoche, or was it a forgery by Pema Dorje Rinpoche and Qu Pei Chu? If these two individuals swear to tell the truth, then they will achieve great accomplishments, great blessings, and great liberation. If they tell falsehoods, then they will suffer eternal damnation in the Avici Hell and will not be reborn. If they refuse to swear, they will also fall into the Avici Hell. If the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King can make such a vow, and Pema Dorje Rinpoche and Qu Pei Chu can make such a vow, everyone will naturally know whether this certification letter was forged by Qu Pei Chu or Pema Dorje Rinpoche, and who is the fraud. If they dare not make such a vow, or if the oaths of the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King, Pema Dorje Rinpoche, Qu Pei Chu, and the witnesses present are not consistent, then it fully demonstrates that at least someone has lied to the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas and sentient beings. Obviously, regardless of the identity of the person who lied, they do not possess the qualifications of a practitioner, let alone being an ordinary morally upright person. They are simply genuine fraudsters! Can a fraudster who lies and tells falsehoods still be considered a disciple of the Buddha? Can such a person guide sentient beings to achieve liberation?
Sixth, if the oaths of the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King, Pema Dorje Rinpoche, Qu Pei Chu, or the witnesses present are inconsistent, then the final solution is to resolve it through legal means. We believe that with the use of modern technology, it is entirely possible to determine the handwriting, paper, seal ink, and fingerprints on this certification letter. At that time, the truth will be revealed, and the world will clearly understand whether this certification letter was forged by Qu Pei Chu or Pema Dorje Rinpoche, or whether the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King is lying and deceiving people. By then, everyone will understand whether Qu Pei Chu is deceiving sentient beings and the world, or whether Pema Dorje Rinpoche is deceiving sentient beings and the world. Is the Sakya Tianjin Dharma King deceiving sentient beings and the world, or is he a true saint?
The purpose of the International Buddhist Sangha Association's declaration today is not to compete with anyone or to suppress anyone or any sect. It is to reveal the facts and truth to the world in this Dharma-ending age, when there is a mix of good and evil within the Buddhist monastic community and some people have lost their moral ethics. We do not want the wisdom and lives of sentient beings to be harmed by the actions of a few demons wearing Buddhist robes, and we do not want people's virtuous roots to be destroyed by the impure words and actions of a few individuals. Regardless, at least three individuals who are aware of the situation have made a solemn oath of "falling into hell for telling falsehoods." We believe that everyone's eyes are clear, and you will naturally be able to judge who is telling the truth and who is telling falsehoods.
