The International Buddhist Monks and Nuns Association yesterday released a live video recording titled "The Buddhas Have Certified the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche: Seemingly Ordinary Miracles, Only the Buddha Can Perform". However, after watching it, they reported to us that the chanting and meditation section of the video was too long, which could easily lead impatient people to misunderstand that there was no content. They suggested cutting a part of the chanting and meditation section to shorten the video, and also hoped that they could take the video home and watch it multiple times. In view of the many people who made this request, the International Buddhist Monks and Nuns Association, after studying the matter, decided not to edit the video and must keep the live recording uninterrupted for even a second. However, they agreed that each Dharma center could make copies of the video and distribute them to Buddhists and their relatives. However, it is not allowed to use this video to make money, only to establish connections or charge for the cost of copying.
In addition, there is one thing to note. In order to prevent evil spirits and fraudsters from copying and tampering with the Dharma teachings of the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche, and to protect the integrity of the Dharma, apart from the video recording "The Buddhas Have Certified the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche: Seemingly Ordinary Miracles, Only the Buddha Can Perform", no other recordings of the Rinpoche's teachings are allowed to be copied. Otherwise, it will be considered the behavior of demonic and fraudulent individuals, and people should not associate with those who copy the teachings.
