Recently, we have received multiple responses regarding the establishment of Dharma centers and the qualifications for applying for the position of Dharma teacher. Many people have said that couples or family members cannot establish Dharma centers together. Here, the International Buddhist Sangha Association would like to announce to all temples, Dharma institutions, Rinpoches, Acharyas, Dharma teachers, and all devoted male and female practitioners: It is better to establish more Dharma centers so as to guide more sentient beings to respectfully listen to the teachings of the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche. It is good for couples or family members to jointly establish and support Dharma centers, but each Dharma center should only have one Dharma teacher.
