Recently, I saw the Daxila Rinpoche, the abbot of the Gaju Xueba sect, sitting in meditation, emitting a radiant light, and after cremation, there were many solid relics. The report mentioned that Daxila Rinpoche was a disciple of the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, which is absolutely true. He received the empowerment from the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha in Shenzhen, and his cultivation was quite good. When he passed away, his body emitted a rainbow light, indicating a transformation of his physical body. However, at that time, the disciples around him did not follow the proper protocol and touched his light body with their hands, causing contamination and resulting in the ability to emit light only. It is a great pity. The report also mentioned that Daxila Rinpoche was one of the four main disciples under the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, but this statement is incorrect. The third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha is the true body of the original ancient Buddha. After this fact was revealed, all titles and positions must be verified based on the Buddha's authority. They cannot be determined based on worldly appearances, such as the titles of "Rinpoche" or "Venerable." Therefore, the concept of the four main disciples does not exist. This is an insult to the Buddha. Even if there are disciples or masters, according to the official announcement of the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha, they cannot be considered as holy beings. True holiness requires passing the examinations of the seven teachers and ten certifications. Of course, as Daxila Rinpoche, he should be a holy being; otherwise, he would not have received the empowerment from the third incarnation of Dorje Chang Buddha. Perhaps Daxila Rinpoche is a disciple or master of the Xueba sect, but under the Buddha's authority, there are only Buddhas and Bodhisattvas. Just as there are no main disciples or main masters under the Amitabha Buddha, because they are under the Buddha's authority.
This announcement is hereby made by the International Buddhist Sangha Association on September 16, 2012.
