Received rumors for verification, I hereby reply:
Dear practitioners, it is necessary for virtuous practitioners to understand that according to the "Great Seal of Liberation," if there is holy virtue, one must hang the holy virtue certificate in order to go on stage. It is necessary for the hanging holy virtue certificate to be available for pedestrians to freely read and judge! Anyone who intentionally does not hang the certificate must be an evil teacher! Any teacher who holds the holy virtue certificate but does not hang it on stage indicates that they have engaged in improper behavior or violated precepts, and are in the process of transitioning from holy to ordinary. They have a strong element of suspicion in their hearts, and not hanging the certificate on stage is to prepare for covering up the loss of the path. We absolutely do not allow false holy virtues to spread everywhere and deceive the world!!
Buddhist disciples, please note that all kings, venerables, Rinpoche, monks, arhats, and laypeople who are preparing to deceive or pretend to be holy are most afraid of the holy virtue certificate. They view the holy virtue certificate as their mortal enemy because the holy virtue certificate is the proof of true holy virtue identity, which ordinary individuals cannot obtain. With the holy virtue certificate, all non-holy teachers or all frauds, demons, and the like cannot pass off as genuine or pretend to be holy. Therefore, those who are preparing to pretend to be holy are most opposed to hanging the certificate on stage. Those who engage in such words and actions indicate that they are ready to become frauds and should not be relied upon! For teachers who do not hold the holy virtue certificate, as long as they practice in accordance with the "Great Seal of Liberation" and exhibit the two essential behaviors, although they are not holy virtues, they are still great virtues or legitimate teachers and should be studied.
Except for the International Buddhist Sangha Association, no organization or individual has the right to announce the expulsion of Rinpoche, arhats, or Dharma teachers. As for whether holy virtue has transitioned from holy to ordinary, please refer to the holy virtue certificate as the standard. Those who do not hold the holy virtue certificate are all non-holy virtues! At most, they are a teacher-level king or venerable, Rinpoche. The International Buddhist Sangha Association has no authority to expel holy virtues.
There are two situations in which holy virtues can be expelled, but it is also caused by the self-cultivation of holy virtues with certificates:
First, it is specifically stipulated by the Office of the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche;
Second, after reassessment by the United International World Buddhist Headquarters, there is a written decision to expel or not.
Please note, all Buddhist disciples, that if you receive a notice from the International Buddhist Sangha Association, please be sure to go to other Rinpoche, monks, and arhats, in other words, to different teachers for certification, to prevent demons and frauds from forging false announcements to deceive everyone. If you find any fakes, please contact the International Buddhist Sangha Association directly.
