The International Buddhist Sangha Association follows the complete Buddhist teachings of the Third Dharma King, Dorje Chang Buddha III, and Shakyamuni Buddha. There is no division or sectarianism within the association, and regardless of whether one practices Theravada, Mahayana, Exoteric Buddhism, or Esoteric Buddhism, as long as they practice in accordance with the Dharma and have truly realized the essence of Buddhism, they are worthy of study and promotion by our association. Everything we do is for the benefit of all sentient beings. For example, we have practitioners who have achieved realizations in the practice of the True Buddha Dharma, practitioners who have achieved accomplishments in meditation, practitioners who have realized the nature of mind, practitioners who specialize in the Pure Land practice of reciting the Buddha's name to ascend to the Western Pure Land, and practitioners who have attained correct understanding through various levels of realization.
The report on the accomplishment of the opening of the crown chakra through the practice of the Vajra Body Transformation Dharma by His Holiness the Dharma King, Badeng Luozhuo, which is being shared today, is a true manifestation of the Buddha Dharma. All of our Rinpoche, Dharma masters, Acharyas, Dharma teachers, and practitioners should not only read and study the report themselves, but also share and print it out to distribute to others, in order to let the world know about the actual accomplishments of the Buddha Dharma. It is important to understand that this is not done for the benefit of any individual, but to widely propagate the true Dharma of the Tathagata. We understand that some practitioners have had different views on the conduct of His Holiness the Dharma King Badeng Luozhuo during his practice history, including some of our Dharma masters who have held such views in the past. However, our association upholds the correct view and does not have personal desires. We will not forget that the Four Reliances taught by the Buddha include "relying on the Dharma, not on individuals." The current level of accomplishment of His Holiness the Dharma King Badeng Luozhuo is evident and undeniable. He has passed the examinations of the Seven Masters and Ten Certifications in accordance with the Dharma, and has even manifested the holy realm in empty space. What qualifications do we ordinary practitioners have to not follow the holy Dharma? As for those who say that he may renounce the path in the future, that is a matter for future annual reviews. At present, his level of accomplishment has passed the test. If we continue to be entangled in these controversies, it is undoubtedly a violation of the precepts and a manifestation of biased and wrong views. Therefore, all practitioners, in order to let more people know about the greatness of the Buddha Dharma, should understand that learning Buddhism is not just about empty theories. It is important to tell people that in addition to theory, there must be actual accomplishments. Without these actual accomplishments, it is just empty theory and falls into the realm of conventional Buddhist studies. In such practice, there can be no accomplishments, and liberation cannot be attained. If it is only empty concepts and names, then it is even worse than external paths, because in the end, one will not attain complete blessings and wisdom, and will not be liberated from the cycle of birth and death. Every Buddhist disciple should widely propagate this true Dharma of the Tathagata. This is immeasurable merit, and this is truly engaging in Buddhist activities. This also plants the seeds and conditions for unsurpassed enlightenment, and through the arising of conditions, one will inevitably learn the true Dharma of the holy ones.
