Regarding some pedestrians' letters requesting information about the International Buddhist Monks and Nuns Association, today the association consulted the office of the Third Dujieqiang Buddha, and the response is as follows:
The office of the Third Dujieqiang Buddha will not involve itself in right or wrong issues. The Third Dujieqiang Buddha has clearly explained in the Dharma teachings, but many people still do not truly understand the teachings and do not take the documents issued by the office seriously, or at least do not follow them accordingly. Therefore, when encountering any issues, they report to the office. Why don't you follow the teachings of the Third Dujieqiang Buddha? We hope you strictly adhere to all regulations.
The Third Dujieqiang Buddha is honest and open, and does not make any secret promises to anyone. Only signatures, fingerprints, and public recordings are considered as standards. Alternatively, there are certificates decided by seventeen witnesses, including seven masters and ten certified individuals (seven Dharma Kings, venerables, Rinpoche, ten Rinpoche, masters, and high monks), personally signed by the Third Dujieqiang Buddha. In addition, there are announcements issued by the office of the Third Dujieqiang Buddha. Apart from these, there have been no secret seals or approvals given to anyone. Please do not be deceived!
As for the concept of Rinpoche becoming Danzeng Norbu, except for the extraordinary holy beings who have reached the level of a realized master, any level of Rinpoche that does not meet the confirmation of the 128 points of knowledge and realization undoubtedly has problems, including the Rinpoche mentioned in the sacred texts. They are undoubtedly either demons or frauds.
