The H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Cultural and Art Museum held a release event, inviting the Vice President of the World Buddhist Headquarters, Master Zhengda, to jointly celebrate the annual "H.H. Dorje Chang Buddha III Day."
On the day of the ceremony, Master Zhengda, the Vice President of the World Buddhist Headquarters, led the congregation in chanting, reciting the Buddha's name, and holding mantras, creating an atmosphere of compassion and peace based on the great compassion of Buddhism. This event adhered to the principle of Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III's equality of all beings and compassionate protection, conveying the Buddhist concept of respect and protection for life to the public, hoping to gather more beneficial forces to spread compassionate good deeds among people.

During the event, Master Zhengda led the participants in dedicating blessings especially for all beings affected by the recent wildfires in California. The abbot of the Huazang Temple in San Francisco, Master Ru, stated in an interview: "January 19 is Namo Dorje Chang Buddha III Day, and we are holding this auspicious blessing release event here to pay tribute to Dorje Chang Buddha and to help and benefit all beings according to the Buddha's teachings. During this time, Los Angeles has experienced severe wildfires, and we have also conducted multiple disaster relief donation activities and chanting prayers for the suffering beings, hoping that the fires can be quickly extinguished and that all sentient beings may attain happiness. Finally, I wish everyone to be free from disasters, for the country to be peaceful and the world to be at peace."
