Explanation of the "Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" Buddha Name#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and people only then knew that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao, Yang E Yi Xi Nuobu Dafa Wang, had been certified by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects in the world as the third incarnation of the Buddha Dorje Chang, and his Buddha name is the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have referred to him as "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". This is similar to before Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, his name was Prince Siddhartha, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, he was called "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha". Therefore, we now say "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha). Since then, the title of Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha is also the name recognized by the government. The previous names of "Yi Yun Gao" and the honorable titles of Master and Dafa Wang no longer exist. However, this news was published before the announcement of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha's Buddha name. At that time, people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha, so in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official naming of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, the previous names no longer exist.

[Zhilian News] Lay disciple Wang Chengefen, a native of Xindu County, Sichuan Province, China, is 81 years old. The old lay disciple relied on the practice of Guanyin Dharma taught by the Vajra Master Yixi Nuobu Dafa Wang, who is a close relative of the Vajra Master. Last year, she suddenly felt discomfort in her waist. After being diagnosed by doctors at the 47th Hospital, it was believed to be bone cancer. In March of this year, the old lay disciple showed signs of the four great decompositions. On April 13th, she was sent to Chengdu General Hospital by her children. After examination, there were no symptoms of bone cancer, and all indicators were normal. The electrocardiogram and electroencephalogram showed no abnormalities, and her health was good. However, on the chest X-ray taken on April 18th, both lungs were completely invisible, a blank space. The doctors were very surprised and had never seen such a situation before.
Further examination confirmed that both lungs had completely stopped working, with no breathing function, unable to inhale or exhale. Everyone was extremely surprised because no breathing means a person is dead, right? However, Lay disciple Wang Chengefen had no breathing but was still alive and able to speak normally! Someone placed a small feather in front of the old lay disciple's nostrils and mouth, and after watching for more than ten minutes, the feather did not move. The old lay disciple had completely stopped breathing, but she was still alive and speaking normally. The doctors considered this a strange symptom, a wonder in the medical field and even the entire human world. The old lay disciple, in this state of complete lung failure, was able to speak and move for over a month. Of course, we don't understand that this is the proof of her cultivation of Buddhism.
Vajra Master sets the date for Guanyin Bodhisattva to guide rebirth
After Lay disciple Wang Chengefen was admitted to Chengdu General Hospital for two or three days, she entered the state of great virtue and returned to the West. She told everyone that Guanyin Bodhisattva had informed her that she would be taken to the Western Pure Land. She made arrangements for her affairs, took off the Buddha image hanging on her chest, and the jewelry on her hands, and distributed them to her children. She changed into a longevity robe and waited quietly for Guanyin Bodhisattva to arrive. She kept folding her hands and reciting "Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva". She even asked the people reciting with her to kneel down and recite the holy name of Guanyin Bodhisattva, saying that the Bodhisattva had arrived. Sure enough, suddenly, the people in the entire ward smelled a fragrant scent, and heavenly music sounded in the air. The Bodhisattva arrived, but the old lay disciple did not leave. The old lay disciple told everyone that Guanyin Bodhisattva told her that her relative, Vajra Master Yixi Nuobu Dafa Wang in the United States, had obstructed her and asked the Bodhisattva not to take her away. Several days later, Guanyin Bodhisattva came to take her again, and the old lay disciple did not disturb the people around her. She continued to recite and fold her hands alone. The people around her heard her say, "The Western Pure Land is so beautiful! So many flowers!" This time, it was still because the Vajra Master asked Guanyin Bodhisattva not to take the old lay disciple away. During an interview, although the old lay disciple did not want to speak much, she insisted on recording the audio herself: "I saw Guanyin Bodhisattva wearing a green robe. The Western Pure Land is so beautiful! There are so many flowers!"
