"ETtoday News" February 7, 2002: Visiting the Yiyun Gao Master Foundation, Female Dharma King A Wang Nuo Bu Pa Mother Bestows Empowerment and Transmits Teachings.

Explanation of the "Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" Buddha Name#

On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launching ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was then that people learned that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao, Yang E Yi Xi Nu Bu Dafa Wang, was recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects in the world and certified by the living Buddhas. He is the third generation incarnation of the Buddha Dorje Chang, and his Buddha name is the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have been calling him "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha." This is similar to the name of Prince Siddhartha before he became a Buddha, which was Siddhartha Gautama. However, after Siddhartha Gautama became a Buddha, he was called "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha." Therefore, we now call him "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha." Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha). Since then, the title of Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha is also the legal name recognized by the government, and the titles of "Yi Yun Gao" and Master and Dafa Wang no longer exist. However, this news was published before the announcement of the Buddha name of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, and at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official naming of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, which is legal, the names used before the official naming no longer exist.

Los Angeles News

The famous Vajra Hayagriva in the history of world Buddhism, born in the snowy region of Tibet and now residing in the United Kingdom, the renowned Empress Wang No Bu Pa Mother, known for her beauty, arrived in Los Angeles on February 4 to attend the Empress Wang No Bu Pa Mother Empowerment and Transmission of Teachings at the Yi Yun Gao Master International Cultural Foundation, which was attended by great living Buddhas and great masters from North America, Tibet, and Taiwan. The divine power was manifested on the spot, and the living Buddhas and masters all prostrated themselves in reverence to this noble Empress Wang. Losang Jinpa Geshi, the chairman of the American Esoteric Association, said to everyone, "I have lived for decades and have never seen such a great Buddha Mother. Pa Mother's Dharma is supreme, her skill is pure, and her realization of virtues and qualities is beyond what I have seen in many years in Tibet."

Empress Wang No Bu Pa Mother, who is highly respected in the world, deserves to be called the Beauty of the Snowy Region. She is tall and elegant, standing at 1.8 meters. Everyone who has had the privilege of seeing her prostrates themselves in awe. She gave empowerment and transmission of teachings to the living Buddhas and great masters present. Empress Wang No Bu Pa Mother expressed her religious views during her teachings. She said, "Buddhism is a teaching of compassion for all sentient beings, but nowadays, religions have become obstacles in this chaotic world. It is not that the essence of religion has changed, but that religions have been contaminated. Various evil views and wrong teachings are disguised as religions. The world is in chaos, which is exactly what the Buddha called the 'Dharma-ending Age.' For example, Falun Gong has nothing to do with Buddhism and is full of nonsense, but it has confused many people, and many people mistakenly believe that it is an authentic teaching, leading to the destruction of families and the loss of lives. There are also many similar qigong masters who, in different forms, harm humanity and confuse people. The appearance of these wrong teachings in true Buddhism is like a wolf in sheep's clothing."

When asked by reporters to express her views on China's crackdown on Falun Gong and her views on the Dalai Lama, Empress Wang No Bu Pa Mother said, "I must say from my conscience that it is necessary for China to crack down on Falun Gong. Without doing so, orthodox teachings will be difficult to uphold, and wrong teachings will prevail. Just like terrorists like Osama bin Laden, they bring disaster to the country and the people. If they are not eliminated, the whole world cannot be peaceful. The actions of the U.S. government to eliminate him are wise and correct decisions. When the Taliban destroyed our great Buddha statues in Afghanistan, and today Osama bin Laden is eliminated, it clearly shows the embodiment of cause and effect. As for the Dalai Lama, he fled in his early years and his cultivation in Buddhism is definitely incomplete. Especially in Tibet, which I understand very well, it has indeed developed very quickly, and the lives of Tibetan people have improved. As a Buddhist, I am very happy for them. My views are absolutely different from those of the Dalai Lama. First of all, in terms of knowledge, I advocate the state of great compassion and great benevolence based on reality and practicality. As for cultivation, it should be based on the realization of actual virtues. Buddhism should be scientific, and the concept of emptiness and existence is the benefit of practitioners. Empty and profound theories are nothing more than fictional illusions. I hope for peace in the world! May all beings be auspicious!"

After giving her teachings, Empress Wang No Bu Pa Mother gave empowerment and blessings to outstanding female living Buddha Akuna Momo Rinpoche from the snowy region of Tibet, the only Chinese Gelugpa living Buddha widely known in the world, Geshi Losang Jinpa, Venerable Hong An, the abbot of Qingshan Temple in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, and other people present. The divine power was manifested on the spot, and all these living Buddhas and great masters were delighted and prostrated themselves in reverence.
