Explanation of the "Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" Buddha Name#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was then that people learned that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao, Yang Yi Yixi Nuobu Dafawang, was recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects and the great living Buddhas of the world's Buddhism. The third generation of Dorje Chang Buddha, the Buddha's name is the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have called him "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". This is similar to the name of Prince Siddhartha before Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, he changed his name to "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha". Therefore, we now call him "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha). Since then, the title of Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha is also the name recognized by the government. The previous names of "Yi Yun Gao" and the honorable titles of Master and Great Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the official announcement of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha's Buddha name. At that time, people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha, so in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official designation of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. However, everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, which is legal, the names used before the official designation no longer exist.

Rather than being a human wonder, it is better to say that it is the real manifestation of the power of Buddhism. The astonishing achievements presented by the artistic talent of Rinpoche Jinba Yipeizhu, who is only twelve years old, have amazed the reporter.
As early as February 29th of this year, the reporter conducted an interview with Jinba Yipeizhu. She predicted that within five months, she would complete a batch of sculpture and landscape art works that would reach international standards, and publish a painting collection like her brother, the certified young artist Henggong Rinpoche. However, the most incomprehensible thing among them is that until the time of the interview, Jinba Yipeizhu knew nothing about landscape art, including what materials should be used. She even said this with a serious oath. The reporter also interviewed people related to her, confirming that she had indeed never dabbled in art, including her tutor. How she would fulfill this solemn prophecy made the reporter quite uneasy and doubtful.
However, reality proved that these worries were unnecessary, because Jinba Yipeizhu is the daughter of the great Dharma King Yang Yi Yixi Nuobu Gao. In March of this year, the Dharma King conferred the "Prajna Wisdom Dharma" initiation on Jinba Yipeizhu, which suddenly awakened her Prajna wisdom. Afterwards, Jinba Yipeizhu suddenly burst into calligraphy skills. On April 18th, she was invited by the International Buddhist Monastic Association to hold a "Signature Dharma Assembly" attended by more than 100 scholars, living Buddha masters, and expert scholars. She had never been involved in calligraphy before, but she excelled in the Signature Dharma Assembly, and her English signatures, which were signed by more than 150 people, were all superb, shocking the audience. The host of the Dharma Assembly asked the scholars present to sign and compare with Jinba Rinpoche, and confirmed that Jinba Rinpoche's signatures would be more beautiful than their own signatures written for decades. More than 100 people at the scene were amazed and ashamed after seeing her calligraphy, and none of them dared to go on stage to sign.
More than two months after the interview with the reporter, Jinba Yipeizhu fulfilled her prophecy ahead of time. The exquisite and unparalleled international-level sculpture and landscape art works such as "Qinghai-Tibet Western Region", "Source of Life", and "Colorful Jade Mysterious" have already appeared in front of the world. Some of these works were sculpted in public. On May 11, 2004, Jinba Yipeizhu's sculpture and landscape art works passed the review of the most authoritative art academy in the United States, confirming that her sculpture and landscape art works have reached international standards. By July 20th, Jinba Yipeizhu's sculpture and landscape art works collection had been published by the International Art Publishing House. The collection consists of sixty-six pictures, plus four pages of English signatures written by her, totaling seventy works, just like her brother. The beautiful and wonderful scenes shown in the collection amazed and delighted every viewer.
Jinba Yipeizhu's various predictions in February have indeed come true one by one, without any falsehood, but only humility and caution, which is even more surprising. When interviewed by the reporter in February, Jinba Yipeizhu said that she would become an international-level "child" artist within five months. When the reporter saw the evaluation certificate issued by the New York Art Academy to Jinba Yipeizhu, he was shocked to find that it was no longer the positioning of a "child" artist. Jinba Yipeizhu has already achieved the honor of a truly international-level mature artist! On May 11, 2004, this certificate was evaluated by the New York Art Academy and signed by the dean of the academy, Mr. Stephen Farthing. It was evaluated as follows: "As the dean and academician of the New York Art Academy, as well as the professors of our art academy, I am very pleased to have the opportunity to get to know the artistic works of Miss Yipeizhu, an internationally acclaimed artist. Her unique skills take viewers to a realm beyond experience and imagination, a realm where charm and modern art converge. Her works are a great achievement." In the reply letter from the International Art Publishing House on May 26th, it said: "We congratulate Miss Yipeizhu. Our company has approved Miss Yipeizhu's sculpture and landscape art and English calligraphy signatures. Your artistic attainments and calligraphy have reached the international standard of art. Our company agrees to officially publish the painting collection of the artist Yipeizhu before August. Please submit relevant information by mid-June, such as author photos, photos of sculpture work and calligraphy, and resume, including a brief introduction of family members."
This is truly a human miracle! We can't help but ask, what kind of power is needed to make definite assertions about anything that one has never understood before? What kind of power can make a twelve-year-old child excel in calligraphy and have unparalleled signature skills? What kind of power can make her absolutely certain that she can bring a completely unfamiliar and highly difficult sculpture and landscape art to the world-class level within a few months? Jinba Yipeizhu is not what the world calls a "child prodigy", but because she inherits the true power of Buddhism and creates a miracle in the ordinary world! That is a saint with right knowledge and right view! Inheriting the true transmission of Buddhism from the great Dharma King Yang Yi Yixi Nuobu Gao, she has learned the power of true Buddhism, like a pearl radiating boundless light, allowing this twelve-year-old reincarnated Rinpoche to burst out with the wisdom and power of great wisdom, and become an international-level artist! At the same time, it allows people in the world to have the fortune to see such exquisite art and calligraphy masterpieces, as well as the possession of true Buddhism and the manifestation of Prajna wisdom.
