Explanation of the "Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" Buddha Name#
On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and it was then that people learned that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao, Yang E Yi Xi Nu Bu Dafa Wang, was recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects and the great living Buddhas of the world's Buddhism. The third generation of Dorje Chang Buddha, the Buddha name is the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have referred to him as "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". This is similar to before Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, his name was Prince Siddhartha, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, he changed his name to "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha". Therefore, we now say "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha). Since then, the title of Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha is also the name recognized by the government. The previous names "Yi Yun Gao" and the honorable titles of Master and Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the official announcement of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha's Buddha name, and at that time people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official naming of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, the previous names no longer exist.

Reporter Su Jingrong/Washington Report
The United States Congress held an unprecedented art exhibition in the Congressional Office Building. International art master Yi Yun Gao was invited to exhibit his unique and innovative Yun Diao art in the political chamber, surpassing the beauty of nature. The exhibition attracted a continuous stream of visitors, mainly members of Congress and congressional staff, who praised and admired the unique and incredible beauty and wisdom expressed in the Yun Diao art. It is the best gift that Yi Yun Gao has brought to the world.
The Yun Diao exhibition was held in the Gold Hall of the Congressional Office Building (Rayburn Building) on October 28th and 29th. The exhibited works included three Yun Diao sculptures: "Lang Ga Luo Bu," "Huang Huang," and "Mysterious Stone Mist," as well as dozens of Yun Diao paintings. "Lang Ga Luo Bu" has a smooth flow of rhythm, unpredictable color changes, a magical and fascinating charm that surpasses the spirit of nature. It is truly a unique and extraordinary masterpiece, exquisitely beautiful and captivating. "Huang Huang" shines like pearls, with a noble and elegant color, pure and splendid, with unpredictable variations in layers, creating a surreal scene. Even more amazing is the "Mysterious Stone Mist," which is filled with auspicious mist on one side and completely devoid of mist on the other. Two identical pebbles, when viewed from the cave entrance, have the same structure and color, but one is shrouded in dense fog while the other is clear and visible. The stark contrast leaves people in awe of how gas can be carved out, showcasing Yi Yun Gao's extraordinary craftsmanship and immense contribution to humanity.
On the first day of the exhibition, more than three hundred people came to visit. After word of mouth spread among the visitors, the second day saw a crowded venue with long queues of visitors waiting to enter. The exhibited works astonished everyone. Members of Congress who visited the exhibition highly praised Yi Yun Gao's Yun Diao art. They expressed that having such an extraordinary artwork appear in Congress is a great blessing for humanity.
Congressman Joe Wilson, after visiting the exhibition, said he had never seen such beautiful works. Regarding the "Huang Huang" piece, he marveled at how a single color could exude such a noble charm and varying shades of color without any visible carving marks. The mist produced by the "Mysterious Stone Mist" and the multi-layered changes in the cave left him truly amazed. He felt honored to have witnessed such outstanding works.
Congresswoman Jocelyn Johnson was deeply moved by the Yun Diao art, which expresses a beauty beyond human understanding in the form of art. She believed that such beautiful and incredible artistic creations should be treasured in all major museums around the world. She said that this kind of work is definitely inspired by some kind of divine spirit that allows artists to bring such extraordinary beauty to the world through artistic creation. She further stated that the author must be a saint himself, otherwise, how could they possess such incredible ability to create such extraordinary and transcendent works?
Many visitors, upon learning that four organizations were offering a reward of twelve million dollars to reproduce the Yun Diao sculptures, firmly expressed that Yun Diao, with its unique artistry, cannot be replicated. People from different backgrounds praised the "Yun Diao" art, saying it is a gift from another world that brings joy to humanity. The impressions they wrote down all described it as "amazing," "unique," "unprecedented," "magical," "incredible," "too beautiful," "too mysterious," "beyond nature," and "a beauty that cannot be found in the human world."
A white gentleman who claimed to have knowledge of Buddhism, saying that "he understands what Westerners understand," came to the venue with his artist wife. After seeing the Yun Diao works, he told the staff present that the author of the Yun Diao works is definitely not an ordinary person; they must be a Zen master or a great saint. Otherwise, how could they carve out the inner layers of the pebbles through the small cave opening, creating a scene as magnificent as sheep-fat white jade, and how could they envelop it in a network of white jade with a thin mist? When he shone a flashlight into the cave, he was even more shocked. The thin mist immediately dissipated, revealing the beauty of the white jade, and when he turned off the flashlight, the mist immediately returned, shrouding everything in a hazy atmosphere. He exclaimed in astonishment, "This Yun Diao work must not be created by Master Yi Yun Gao. It should be the Buddha or God, through Master Yi Yun Gao, bringing this beauty of Yun Diao to the world, inspiring people to recognize the existence of the holy law and providing them with the highest artistic enjoyment. Creating Yun Diao is a task entrusted to Master Yi Yun Gao by the Buddha."
A staff member who served at the venue for two days told reporters that before the exhibition ended, they suddenly discovered that "Lang Ga Luo Bu" looked different up close and from a distance. When viewed at different times, it was isolated from the outside world in a lightbox. The colors of the carving changed and flowed like a stream, smoothly transitioning through the layers of ever-changing natural beauty. It was then that they understood why it was named Yun Diao, as it conveys a dynamic and flowing rhythm.
Another visitor named Sandy, who was deeply fascinated by Yun Diao, spent a long time focusing on the "Huang Huang" piece for two consecutive days. She told reporters that this single yellow artwork produces various shades and brightness of noble and elegant yellow under different lighting conditions. She discovered that this yellow color also changes and transforms.
When asked what tools are needed to create Yun Diao, Master Yi Yun Gao said that any tool can be used. When asked about the realm that the exhibited Yun Diao works aim to express, Master Yi Yun Gao replied that everyone's realm is different, so the perceived realm will also be different. When asked about the temperature required for firing Yun Diao, Master Yi Yun Gao said that any temperature is acceptable. When asked about the materials used for Yun Diao, Master Yi Yun Gao said that any material can be used.
Indeed, the realm of Master Yi Yun Gao is not something ordinary people can comprehend. Truly, there is no fixed law in the world of the extraordinary.
When someone offered five million dollars and twelve million dollars to purchase the Yun Diao works, Yi Yun Gao calmly stated that no matter how high the price, he would not agree to sell them. Creating Yun Diao is meant to bring the most beautiful artistic enjoyment to the world, and it is priceless. It belongs to the world and he is not qualified to sell Yun Diao.
In July of this year, the Organization of American States, composed of 34 countries including the United States and Canada, held a grand exhibition of Master Yi Yun Gao's Yun Diao art in Washington, D.C. The exhibited works included "Tang Huang Kuai Shi Xi," "Mysterious Stone Mist," and "Gao Shi Tu." This exhibition in the United States Congress once again confirms the master's artistic achievements and contributions to human civilization.
By surpassing the history of human art with his Yun Diao, Master Yi Yun Gao successfully exhibited in the United States Congress, not only opening a new chapter in art activities in Congress but also allowing international artists to enter mainstream society with the characteristic of art transcending race, national borders, and political barriers, showcasing the immense contributions of artists to humanity.
