Explanation of the "Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" Buddha Name#

On April 3, 2008, the book "The Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha" published by the Global Buddhist Publishing House and the World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and people then learned that the highly respected Master Yi Yun Gao, Yang E Yi Xi Nu Bu Da Fa Wang, who has always been respected by everyone, has been recognized by the leaders or regents of the major Buddhist sects and the great living Buddhas of the world's Buddhism. The third generation of Dorje Chang Buddha, the Buddha name is the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha. Since then, people have been calling him "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". This is similar to before Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, his name was Prince Siddhartha, but after Shakyamuni Buddha became a Buddha, he changed his name to "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha". Therefore, we now call him "Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha". Especially on December 12, 2012, the United States Senate Resolution No. 614 officially named the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha as His Holiness (H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha). Since then, the title of Namo Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha has been officially established. Moreover, the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha is also the government's legal name. The previous names of "Yi Yun Gao" and the titles of Master and Supreme Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the official announcement of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha's Buddha name. At that time, people did not yet know the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, in order to respect the truth of history, we still retain the names used before the official naming of the Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha in the news. But everyone should be clear that except for the name of H.H. Third Generation Dorje Chang Buddha, the previous names no longer exist.

Breathingless and Still Able to Speak, Mr. and Mrs. Wang Cheng'e Learned the True Buddha Dharma#

Mrs. Wang Cheng'e, a resident of Xindu County, Sichuan Province, China, is 81 years old. As a devout Buddhist, she has been practicing the Guanyin method under the guidance of the Vajra Supreme Dharma King Yi Xi Nu Bu Da Fa Wang, who is a close relative of hers. Last year, she suddenly felt discomfort in her lower back. After being diagnosed by doctors at the 47th Hospital, it was believed to be bone cancer. In March of this year, Mrs. Wang showed signs of the four great decompositions, and on April 13, she was admitted to Chengdu General Hospital by her children. After examination, there were no symptoms of bone cancer, and all indicators were normal. The electrocardiogram and electroencephalogram showed no abnormalities, and her health was good. However, an X-ray of her chest on April 18 showed that both lungs were completely unshadowed, blank. The doctors were extremely surprised, as they had never seen such a condition before. Further examination confirmed that both lungs had completely stopped functioning, with no breathing or exhalation. Everyone was extremely puzzled, as isn't the absence of breathing a sign of death? However, Mrs. Wang Cheng'e, despite not breathing, was still alive and able to speak normally! Someone placed a small feather in front of her nose and mouth, and after watching for more than ten minutes, the feather remained motionless. Mrs. Wang had completely stopped breathing, but she was still alive and speaking normally. The doctors were amazed. This is a great miracle in the field of medicine and the entire human world. Mrs. Wang has been able to speak and move for over a month despite her lungs completely ceasing to function. The doctors, of course, do not understand that this is the result of Mrs. Wang's cultivation of the Buddha Dharma.

The Date is Set, Please Guanyin Bodhisattva Guide the Departure to the Afterlife
After Mrs. Wang Cheng'e was admitted to Chengdu General Hospital for two or three days, she entered a state of great spiritual attainment. She told everyone that Guanyin Bodhisattva had informed her that she would be taken to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. She made arrangements for her final affairs, took off the Buddha statue hanging from her chest, and took off the jewelry on her hands to give to her children. She changed into a longevity robe and waited quietly for Guanyin Bodhisattva to arrive. She kept chanting "Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva" with her palms together, and even asked the people chanting with her to kneel down and chant the holy name of Guanyin Bodhisattva. She said that Guanyin Bodhisattva had arrived. Sure enough, everyone in the ward suddenly smelled a fragrance and heard celestial music in the air. Bodhisattva had arrived, but Mrs. Wang Cheng'e did not leave. Mrs. Wang told everyone that Guanyin Bodhisattva told her that her relative, the Vajra Supreme Dharma King Yi Xi Nu Bu Da Fa Wang in the United States, had obstructed her and asked Bodhisattva not to take her away. Several days later, Guanyin Bodhisattva came to take her again, but Mrs. Wang Cheng'e did not disturb the people around her. She continued to chant and pray with her palms together. Those around her heard her say, "The Western Pure Land is so beautiful! So many flowers!" This time, Guanyin Bodhisattva did not take Mrs. Wang Cheng'e away because she was obstructed by the Vajra Supreme Dharma King. When interviewed, Mrs. Wang Cheng'e, although reluctant to speak much, insisted on recording her own voice: "I saw Guanyin Bodhisattva wearing a blue robe. The Western Pure Land is so beautiful! There are also pavilions and towers, and so many flowers!"

On May 22, 2004, at 11 p.m. Los Angeles time (approximately 2 p.m. on May 23, China time), International Buddhist Sangha Association President Long Hui Fa Shi was called to the dining table by her Dharma King. Her Dharma King told her that Mrs. Wang Cheng'e, a close relative of his, would pass away in Sichuan Province, China on the next day in the United States, which is today in China. She would be guided by Guanyin Bodhisattva to the Western Pure Land of Ultimate Bliss. The Dharma King asked Long Hui Fa Shi to publicly announce Mrs. Wang Cheng'e's passing at the Buddha bathing ceremony to be held the next day. "Tomorrow, you will hold the Buddha bathing ceremony, which is more meritorious. I can no longer ask Guanyin Bodhisattva to let her stay. After I finish my practice tonight, Guanyin Bodhisattva will come to take her tomorrow." Sure enough, on the second day (May 23), at 7 a.m. Los Angeles time, around 10 p.m. China time, Long Hui Fa Shi received a call from Sichuan, saying that Mrs. Wang Cheng'e had been taken away by Guanyin Bodhisattva 20 minutes ago.

Buddha Image Radiates Light to Manifest the True Dharma
At the Buddha bathing ceremony on that day, just after the bathing ritual was completed, everyone saw the bronze statue of the Shakyamuni Dharma King, dressed in a red Dharma robe, suddenly emit a dazzling golden light that lasted for more than two hours before slowly disappearing. This is closely related to the great accomplishment of the Dharma King transmitting the true Dharma to Mrs. Wang Cheng'e. Otherwise, how could it be that throughout history, no one has ever seen a Buddha image emit light at a Buddha bathing ceremony?

On the evening of May 23, around 9:30 p.m., shortly after Mrs. Wang Cheng'e was taken away by Guanyin Bodhisattva, the ordinary chanting sound from the Buddhist instrument she had bought from the street suddenly turned into the loud and clear chanting of "Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva" by the Vajra Supreme Dharma King Yi Xi Nu Bu Da Fa Wang! The Vajra Supreme Dharma King's chanting voice was much louder and clearer than the original sound from the Buddhist instrument! Everyone present was moved and shocked. This is the great miracle of the great Buddha Dharma. On the evening of May 24, after 10 p.m., Mrs. Wang Cheng'e's radiant body, with a red face, was respectfully carried into the simple and solemn Buddha hall of Baoguang Temple, one of the four major temples in Sichuan, China.

Mrs. Wang Cheng'e Passes Away, Dharma Sound Flies Across the Pacific
On the evening of May 25, around 4 p.m. China time, in the temporary Buddha hall of Baoguang Temple, everyone chanted the holy name of "Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva" with a calm mind. Not long after, everyone heard that the original sound from the Buddhist instrument suddenly disappeared and was replaced by the Vajra Supreme Dharma King leading many people in chanting "Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva". After a while, they switched to chanting "Namo Amitabha Buddha" and then chanted "Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva" again. Everyone excitedly followed the Vajra Supreme Dharma King in chanting, and lay disciple Shi Xin Zhen recorded the Dharma sound of the Vajra Supreme Dharma King. Around five minutes later, a beam of Buddha light shone and projected onto the Buddha altar and Mrs. Wang Cheng'e's radiant body. Immediately, there was light in the air. Everyone rushed out of the house to pay their respects and cheer. Whether they were disciples of the Vajra Supreme Dharma King or people who practiced Buddhism, they all saw amazing scenes. The colorful Buddha light in the sky spread out, just as described in the Amitabha Sutra, with countless Buddhas appearing in the Buddha light, and Bodhisattvas sitting everywhere. The light expanded to the boundless space; the clouds around were colorful and the ground, sky, and trees were filled with golden and blue light clusters. The sun and the moon were together, shining brightly and auspiciously. The sun flickered and jumped, and countless Buddhas and Bodhisattvas emerged from it. Soon, silver wheels and countless dazzling lights and the eyes of the Dharma appeared. There were also lions adorned with colorful decorations and even dragons! Guanyin Bodhisattva in the Buddha light was dressed in a long skirt, magnificent and solemn. Then the head of Shakyamuni Buddha appeared, larger than the sun. The faces and bodies of the people were enveloped in golden light, and anyone who sought blessings immediately received the projection of the colorful Buddha light on their chests. People kept bowing and praising. The people who witnessed the holy scene at that time were named Shi Zhi Lan, Shi Zhi Qing, Shi Xin Zhen, Shi Xin En, Shi Xin Feng, Shi Zhi Lian, Shi Dao Rong, Shi Yi Zong, Shi Zhi Guang, Shi Chao Jing, Shi Nian Ci, Shi Nian De, Shi Nian Zhen, Shi Zhi Ying, Shi Zhi De, Shi Xin Ying, Shi Dao Wei, Shi Zhi Xiu, and nearly thirty others. The holy scene lasted for about an hour, and everyone was excited and joyful.

Tea Offering Ceremony Brings Nectar, Buddha Light Rainbow Descends
On May 28, the temperature was the highest in several days. Mrs. Wang Cheng'e had passed away for several days, and her body was placed in a simple Buddha hall at Baoguang Temple. There was no freezing or air conditioning, and there wasn't even an electric fan. The living people were sweaty and smelly, but Mrs. Wang's body emitted a strong and pleasant fragrance, which everyone present could smell. Two monks from Baoguang Temple came to inspect and were amazed. They said, "It's so hot today, and her body has been here for so many days without any problems. There is no water on the ground, and there is still a strong fragrance. She has indeed achieved good cultivation." Many people in the Buddha hall saw the Amitabha Buddha statue on the altar emit three strong golden halos, each lasting about ten minutes, and the photo of Mrs. Wang Cheng'e and the radiant light on her head also flickered brightly. The Buddha light outside was still magnificent. The Vajra Supreme Dharma King's disciples were all chanting the Buddha's name in the Buddha hall with full concentration. The monks of Baoguang Temple anxiously said, "Why aren't you going out to see the Buddha light? There are so many Bodhisattvas in the sky!"

On May 29, the cremation ceremony for Mrs. Wang Cheng'e was held at Baoguang Temple, presided over by Master Ji Xin. Just after the solemn turning of the mantra ceremony, the flames began to rise. The wooden niche had not yet fully caught fire, and various Buddhist holy scenes appeared! Colorful Buddha light surrounded the earth and shimmered, and everyone saw the appearance of the holy scenes, with cheers rising and falling. Mobile phones, cameras, and video cameras were held high, capturing everything without focusing or framing. The scene was recorded everywhere. The roaring flames suddenly turned into dragon gods and soared, spewing fierce fire and roaring. Amitabha Buddha, Guanyin Bodhisattva, Four-Armed Guanyin, and Manjushri Bodhisattva suddenly appeared, holding a wisdom sword. "Seed syllables," Vajras, Dharma protectors, male lions, phoenixes, lotus flowers, rainbows... all kinds of wonders emerged as the flames rose. The chanting voice of the Vajra Supreme Dharma King suddenly came from the Buddhist instrument, and suddenly nectar descended from the sky, sweet and mellow. The nectar only fell on the position of the cremation furnace, and there was no nectar anywhere else. The emergence of the holy scenes made the crowd ecstatic. This was a joyous scene that had never been seen before since the construction of the cremation furnace at Baoguang Temple. Those who witnessed the holy scenes at the cremation site were named Shi Xin En, Shi Xin Feng, Shi Xin Yu, Shi Zhi Wen, Shi Xin Miao, Shi Dao Zhen, Shi Dao Chun, Shi Dao Zhi, Shi Xin Xiao, Shi Zhi Lian, Shi Xin Yuan, Shi Guang Xiu, Shi Dao Guang, Shi Guang Wen, Qu De Da Mu, Shi Zhi De, Shi Yi Zeng, Shi Zhi Da, Shi Zhi Xiu, Shi Zhen Xiong, Shi Zhen De, Shi Dao Shan, Shi De Hai, Shi Guang Yun, Shi Zhi Qing, Shi Guang Ling, Shi Zhi Zhang, Shi Zhi Ming, Shi Zhi Hai, Shi Guang Feng, Shi De Ming, Shi De Chao, Shi Zhi Bo, and many others, as well as many unfamiliar people, all of whom were there to pay their respects.

Both Husband and Wife Attain Holy Fruits, Mr. Wang Takes Control of Life and Death
As Lamo said in the article "Analysis of the Buddha Bathing Ceremony": "It may be a coincidence for Wang Cheng'e to achieve such accomplishment, but what is miraculous is that her husband, Mr. Wang Lingze, who had never talked about Buddhism in his life, suddenly, on the 15th day of the second lunar month in 1991, took a stool and openly advised people to do good deeds and praised the merits of the Pure Land, praising the Dharma of the Vajra Supreme Dharma King as the true Buddha Dharma of the Shakyamuni system. Someone asked, 'I like the Guanyin method, but I don't know which one is the best?' Mr. Wang said, 'No matter if he is a great Dharma master or a great living Buddha, you must be especially careful and not learn false Buddha Dharma. For example, Guanyin Bodhisattva's pure water has a great capacity. Let's take a look at your teacher. If he doesn't have the ability and capacity to take water, transmit the Dharma, and give empowerment, and his precepts are not good, then it is a popular Dharma in books. It is better to chant 'Namo Guanyin Bodhisattva' because the merits are great. True Guanyin Dharma is not about taking water with a book; it is about taking water with martial arts. In martial arts, two or one person must lift and pour out four to five thousand kilograms of water from the Buddha bathing pool. This is true Buddha Dharma. Taking water with a book means secretly preparing a robe and bowl. The teacher cannot see it, but you immediately take out the water that is already filled in the robe. The teacher practices the Dharma in front of you, and the water will immediately flow out of the robe in front of you, just like the holy water in Guanyin Bodhisattva's pure bottle. All the containers in the world cannot hold the holy water in the pure bottle. It will seep out. Only by taking water with a robe can you receive the empowerment of the holy water, wash away your karmic obstacles from many lifetimes, and that is true Guanyin Dharma. I am learning the true Buddha Dharma transmitted by the Vajra Supreme Dharma King, and the water seeped out. That's why I am going to the Western Pure Land now.' After Mr. Wang finished speaking, he pushed the stool aside, sat cross-legged on the ground next to the street, and immediately passed away. He demonstrated the freedom of life and death in the great Buddha Dharma. After Mrs. Wang Cheng'e passed away, according to the rules of Buddhism, her body could not be moved for seven days. Therefore, she sat cross-legged on the public street for seven days and nights, dignified like a bell. She also released thirteen solid relics from her cremated body. I bought a photo of the relics and relic flowers that were publicly sold by Baoguang Temple for 20 yuan. I also learned and saw from the live video that many of the Vajra Supreme Dharma King's disciples are top-notch monks in the world, first-class monks in Taiwan, first-class monks in mainland China and Hong Kong, first-class living Buddhas in the United States. They all regard the Vajra Supreme Dharma King as their teacher, and many disciples achieve life and death freedom together with their spouses. Some attain rebirth by sitting in meditation while chanting the Buddha's name with a special hand seal, some pass away and emit great radiance after their bodies are cremated, and some have incorruptible bodies and become bodily relics. The most amazing thing is that the Vajra Supreme Dharma King usually informs his disciples in advance when someone will pass away, so that the monks can go in advance to assist in chanting for rebirth. When the monks receive the notice, the person is still alive, but when they arrive, the person has already entered into meditation. What kind of concept is this? It can only show that this is the true greatness of the Buddha Dharma."

A devotee named Mai, who often worships at Baoguang Temple, excitedly told reporters, "These years, I have been in a hurry. I have worshipped many great Dharma masters and living Buddhas, but I still haven't learned the true Buddha Dharma. I am afraid when the time of life and death comes. Of course, I chant the Buddha's name every day, but I know myself best. I know if I am an ordinary person. I haven't learned the true Buddha Dharma. It's not just me; everyone around me is the same. When the time comes, we will definitely be reborn, which is very scary. I have been praying to the Buddha and Bodhisattvas, praying to learn the true Buddha Dharma. These days, seeing the holy scenes of Mrs. Wang Cheng'e's great accomplishment, I know that the Buddha and Bodhisattvas have blessed me and let me find it! Several of us disciples discussed and decided to do everything possible to find the teacher who guided Mrs. Wang Cheng'e to achieve great accomplishment. I know he is the true great sage. We also heard that Mrs. Wang Cheng'e's husband also achieved life and death freedom and entered into meditation. He also learned the Buddha Dharma from her. If we don't find him, who else should we find? Of course, we must find him. Only he can solve our life and death problems. We must sincerely and wholeheartedly find him!"
