Explanation about the "Third World Vajra Buddha" Title#
On April 3, 2008, the book "Third World Vajra Buddha" published by Global Buddhist Publishing House and World Dharma Sound Publishing House held a solemn and grand launch ceremony at the Library of Congress in the United States. The Library of Congress officially collected this book, and from then on, people learned that the highly respected Master Yiyun Gao and the great Dharma King Yang Er Yixi Nuo Bu were certified by the leaders or regents of major Buddhist sects around the world as the reincarnation of the Third World Vajra Buddha, the primordial Buddha of the universe, whose title is the Third World Vajra Buddha. From then on, people began to refer to him as "Namo Third World Vajra Buddha." This is similar to how before Shakyamuni Buddha attained enlightenment, he was known as Prince Siddhartha, but after becoming a Buddha, he was referred to as "Namo Shakyamuni Buddha." Therefore, we now say "Namo Third World Vajra Buddha." Notably, on December 12, 2012, the U.S. Senate Resolution No. 614 officially conferred the title of His Holiness upon the Third World Vajra Buddha (i.e., H.H. Third World Vajra Buddha), thus solidifying the title of Namo Third World Vajra Buddha. Moreover, the Third World Vajra Buddha is also the government-registered name, and the previous titles of "Yiyun Gao" and Master, Great Holder Dharma King no longer exist. However, this news was published before the title of Namo Third World Vajra Buddha was announced, at a time when people were still unaware of the true identity of the Buddha. Therefore, to respect the historical truth, we still retain the name used before the official title of the Third World Vajra Buddha in the news, but everyone should be clear that aside from the name H.H. Third World Vajra Buddha being legal, the names used before the official designation no longer exist.

【Reporter Chen Yang Yu Zhu / Report】A disciple of Dharma King Yang Er Yixi Nuo Bu, Tang Xie Le Hui from Xinfan, Chengdu, Sichuan, whose Dharma name is Shi Xin Hui, passed away at the age of eighty-four on August 31, 2004, during the midnight hour of the sixteenth day of the seventh month in the Chinese lunar calendar, guided by Amitabha Buddha to the Western Pure Land!
Tang Xie Le Hui, affectionately called "Grandma Tang" by friends and family, had her entire family rely on the Dharma King for many years. She often told others, "It is the happiest and proudest thing in my life that my children and grandchildren can learn the true Dharma from the Dharma King." Grandma Tang held immense respect for the Dharma King, who showed her compassion and care. Once, when Grandma Tang suffered from shoulder periarthritis and could not lift her arm due to unbearable pain, the Dharma King comforted her, saying, "It's okay, I'll give you a needle, and you'll be fine." During the harsh winter, the Dharma King, through several layers of thick winter clothing, gave her a special acupuncture treatment, and she was healed immediately! Years later, when Grandma Tang recounted this incident, the mystery and wonder remained.
One day in June this year, she told her family, "Last night, I saw a very tall and large protector deity, with a face as big as a door. He told me that in the second half of this year, I will ascend to the Pure Land." The second half of the year she referred to is from the seventh month of the Chinese lunar calendar to December. On August 15, which is the thirtieth day of the sixth month in the Chinese lunar calendar, Grandma Tang entered a state of near-death. Her family immediately reported to the Dharma King, and under the Dharma King's spiritual guidance, that night, Grandma Tang became very calm and peaceful. Not only was Grandma Tang at peace, but the entire house and garden were filled with auspiciousness. The next day, at noon on the first day of the seventh month in the lunar calendar, several Buddhist disciples who came to assist in chanting saw a cloud of silk-like hada floating across the sky. That evening, the sky over the Chengdu basin, which had been overcast, suddenly opened up to reveal a clear and starry night sky directly above Grandma Tang's residence, with stars twinkling like diamonds. That night, Grandma Tang achieved enlightenment.
Grandma Tang diligently practiced chanting the Buddha's name and reciting mantras as instructed by the Dharma King. She only drank a little glucose water each day, using meditation as her food, dedicating all her time to reciting Amitabha Buddha's name and the Dharma King's holy title. After more than twenty days of such practice, her mind was clear, she spoke fluently, and a fragrant aroma emanated from her mouth, astonishing the neighbors.
On August 31, around eleven o'clock at night, while her daughter Tang Yu Rong was combing her hair, Grandma Tang suddenly turned to her right side, lying in a auspicious position. Tang Yu Rong saw her mother suddenly smile, and a warm current filled her head. The smile remained, and the room was filled with brightness and auspiciousness. Grandma Tang became motionless. Tang Yu Rong immediately sought to report to the Dharma King, who said, "She has already attained complete enlightenment." When Tang Yu Rong looked back at her mother, she saw that Grandma Tang's complexion had turned slightly red, which is a remarkable sign of being guided by Amitabha Buddha to ascend! The relatives and friends present were extremely excited!
On September 6, the twenty-second day of the seventh month in the lunar calendar, Grandma Tang's body was cremated at Baoguang Temple in Xindu, Sichuan. Before the cremation, there was a rain of Dharma nectar blessing. As the cremation began, a holy scene suddenly appeared in the cremation furnace! The crowd chanting the Buddha's name erupted into thunderous applause, accompanied by exclamations, cries of joy, laughter, and vows. In the roaring flames, red and blue lights continuously flashed, and from the light emerged fire phoenixes and golden-winged birds, with golden dragons and diamond protectors standing majestically. Auspicious tigers radiated light, and golden lions spat out blue lotuses, their eyes shining with blue lotuses. The Dharma King Yang Er Yixi Nuo Bu's regal appearance, ascetic appearance, and master appearance all manifested. Adarama Buddha, Amitabha Buddha, Avalokiteshvara Bodhisattva, Maitreya Bodhisattva, and Master Tsongkhapa compassionately appeared among the blooming lotuses, and the palaces and pavilions of the Pure Land, along with the majestic Mount Sumeru, also appeared simultaneously! Beneath Grandma Tang's feet and hands appeared double-layered lotus platforms, supporting her as she sat cross-legged, with a beaming smile, radiating blue light, merging into the light of the Buddhas and Bodhisattvas! The sacred scene of the Buddha's realm continuously manifested, and cheers erupted in front of the cremation furnace. People excitedly chanted the Dharma King's holy name, tears streaming down their faces as they shouted loudly: "Namo Great Dharma King Master! Namo Amitabha Buddha! You must take my mother away!" "Namo Great Dharma King Master! I will definitely practice well with you, Namo Amitabha Buddha, you must come to take me!" "The Dharma is so great! I must achieve great accomplishments!" "Great Dharma King Master, your Dharma is so great; you teach one to achieve, and teach two to achieve two. We have seen everyone achieve; you are so great!" The farewell ceremony for Grandma Tang to the Pure Land suddenly turned into a vow ceremony, with many crying and vowing to follow the Dharma King in practicing Buddhism and dedicating merits to their families. The Buddhist disciples who witnessed the sacred scene at the cremation site included: Shi Xin Zhen, Shi Dao Pin, Shi Xin Lan, Shi Xin En, Shi Guang Jing, Shi Dao Zhi, Shi Ming Xi, Shi Zhi Yuan, Shi Zhi Hua, Shi Zhen Hua, Shi Zhen Lian, Shi Xin Rong, Shi Xin Qian, Shi De Feng, Shi Zhi Feng, Shi De Yu, Shi Zhi Da, Shi De Kun, and many others.
That night, among Grandma Tang's bones and ashes, a total of two hundred sixty-three fragrant and solid relics were collected. This is truly another miracle in the history of Buddhism!
In this vast world, only life and death cause sentient beings to tremble in fear, a fear that ordinary humans can never overcome. However, now, we are fortunate to witness that for the devoted disciples who rely on Dharma King Yang Er Yixi Nuo Bu, life and death seem trivial, because the Dharma King possesses the true Dharma of the Buddha. Under the Dharma King's guidance, many have achieved liberation from life and death, ascending to the Pure Land, one after another. The thirteenth generation patriarch of Emei Mountain, the abbot of Kaihua Temple, has achieved freedom from life and death, with his physical body intact. Many disciples of the Dharma King, including the venerable Wang Lingze, the venerable Wang Cheng E Fen, the venerable Que Xiang Shou, the venerable Zhao Xian Yun, the venerable Mei Guo Sheng Zhao Fu, Madame Markov, and this time, the venerable Tang Xie Le Hui, have all auspiciously ascended to the Pure Land, completely distancing themselves from the fears and sufferings of the cycle of life and death. These real occurrences happening before our eyes make us clearly understand an undeniable fact: the true and righteous Dharma of Dharma King Yang Er Yixi Nuo Bu is right here in this world! This is the true Dharma!
