Answer 31:
Regarding "Offering a Form to Bodhisattva," it depends on the requirements stated on the form. For example, is it to establish an inner secret altar? Or to select a specific Dharma or mantra, and determine whether it is correct or evil? Then, according to the contents specified on the form, invite at least an unwavering Bodhisattva, such as Bodhisattva Maitreya or Bodhisattva Ksitigarbha, to come and determine and verify. The great master who presides over the Dharma stands at a distance, placing the form written by the public in front of the disciples. The disciples recite the mantra "Om Ah Hum" three times, and the form instantly transforms into a rainbow and disappears into the sky. This signifies that the chosen content has been accepted and verified in this sacred state. This is considered correct. If the form does not transform into a rainbow, it means that the Bodhisattva does not recognize or accept it, indicating that it is incorrect or evil.
