Answer Twelve:
To be able to perform the transmission of the Empowerment by Borrowing of the Inner Secret Crown, the guru must possess three conditions: 1: The guru must have received the Inner Secret Empowerment and possess a measuring vajra rope measuring from one zhang five chi to three zhang in length. 2: The guru must be a Golden Clasp Holy Monk. 3: The guru must genuinely not have lost the transmission. If any of these three conditions are missing, the practitioner does not possess the qualifications to perform the Empowerment by Borrowing of the Inner Secret Crown. To be able to perform a genuine Inner Secret Empowerment for a single individual, the guru must possess the Three Stages of Golden Clasp Holy Monk, but the Three Stages of Golden Clasp Holy Monk cannot perform the "Empowerment of the Original Buddha's Connection". As for the First and Second Stages of Golden Clasp Holy Monk, they can only perform the Empowerment by Borrowing of the Inner Secret in the Inner Secret Altar, while the Lotus Clasp Venerable can perform the Empowerment by Borrowing of the Inner Secret, but there is no absolute certainty that the disciple will receive a genuine Inner Secret Empowerment. For any empowerment related to the Inner Secret, it must be performed in accordance with the regulations of the Inner Secret Altar in order to be in compliance with the Dharma. Otherwise, even if the empowerment is received, the disciple will not be able to benefit from it in the slightest.
