Based on the various types of letters received by the office, many problems have been reflected. Most of them involve serious phenomena of the 128 precepts being violated by their masters, senior brothers and sisters, and pedestrians. In general, a group of monsters has emerged in the world, infiltrating the ranks of Buddhism, specifically to destroy the wisdom and life of Buddhist disciples. Although some of these people have impressive identities and backgrounds, and hold certificates of reincarnation, they are actually complete monsters. However, their disciples are unaware of their true nature. These monsters each have their own means of harming sentient beings and depriving them of wealth and desire. In short, all evil teachers or scammers have the goal of deceiving others for their own gain, and they cannot escape the need for money! The actions of truly virtuous and moral individuals are very clear. The greater their virtue, the more they sacrifice themselves for the benefit of others, rather than depriving others for their own benefit.
These monsters use various methods to deceive others. Some use cult indoctrination, pretending to be magicians or using evil methods in place of Buddhism. Some claim to be virtuous and moral individuals. Some are minor virtuous individuals who elevate themselves to the status of great virtuous individuals. Some have a small amount of spiritual attainment and use it as a basis to confuse disciples. Little do these disciples know that these individuals have already lost their way and returned to the mundane world. Therefore, they cannot produce any evidence of their spiritual attainment to obtain a certificate of virtuousness. Instead, they can only fabricate a set of arguments to deceive everyone and make them not believe in the certification of virtuousness. The disciples are so foolish that they actually believe it and continue to be deceived. Everyone, think about it. If someone is truly virtuous, why would they only boast about themselves and not dare to obtain a certificate of virtuousness? It's because if they were to be tested, their mundane nature would be revealed. Remember, pedestrians must be extremely careful. If someone claims to be a reincarnation of a virtuous individual, they must provide a certificate of virtuousness as proof. This is because there is a possibility that they have returned to the mundane world. If they are not identified through a certificate of virtuousness, there is a 99% chance of being deceived. Some specialize in speaking falsehoods. Some do not understand the scriptures but use nonsense to deceive others and take their wealth and desire. Some deviate from cultivation and focus on matters unrelated to cultivation. Some do not cultivate themselves or do their homework, but instead engage in worldly matters all day to deceive others. Some are demonic wolves who deceive female disciples by pretending to practice dual cultivation. Some edit and manipulate Dharma sounds. Some present evil methods as legitimate Dharma. And so on. Each one of them pretends to be a great virtuous teacher, and ordinary pedestrians, who often do not understand the scriptures, are caught in this weakness. These scammers fabricate a bunch of nonsense, deceiving outsiders and causing them to mistake their evil methods for legitimate Buddhism. Little do they know that they are actually outsiders to Buddhism or individuals who have returned to the mundane world. A few months ago, during the meditation examination, these people revealed their true nature. They are completely ignorant of Buddhism, Buddhist studies, and Buddhist teachings. After you all respectfully read and study "The True Meaning of the Heart Sutra" when it is published and distributed in March of this year, you will immediately realize that the so-called Buddhist theories they taught you were all nonsense unrelated to Buddhism. If you don't believe it, you can try it and see for yourself. You will discover that what they said to you was just a bunch of nonsense.
Therefore, those who deprive others of wealth and desire are undoubtedly monsters. To put it simply, they are the evil that sentient beings face, and they are ignorant of Buddhism, Buddhist studies, and Buddhist teachings! These monsters mainly use "Fifty Verses on the Guru" and "Fourteen Fundamental Precepts of Tantra" to control their disciples. The most unforgivable thing they do is to destroy the point of listening to the Dharma, telling people not to listen to Dharma sounds, and tarnishing the image of virtuous individuals. Some even claim that the certification of virtuousness is useless, but they themselves are completely ignorant of the scriptures and teachings. In other words, they are genuine fools of Buddhism, but they have deceived many people. The most despicable thing they do is to tell people not to read the announcements and other texts from the Office of the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche. And yet, people are foolish enough to believe it. Why don't they let people read the announcements and texts? It's because the announcements and texts from the office are the mirror of justice and selflessness, benefiting good people and exposing evil. These monsters are terrified when they hear them, and their only way to protect themselves is to prevent their disciples from hearing or seeing the announcements and texts. This way, they can avoid their disciples discovering that they are fake saints and real scammers!
In the end, the reason why pedestrians are deceived is because they do not take listening to the Dharma and reading the announcements and texts seriously. This brings them great harm and leads them into the abyss of sin. These evil individuals are truly rampant. These evil charlatans, using their superficial qualifications, are so audacious and directly destroy the true Dharma and extinguish the teachings. They have no compassion for the benefit of others. They are purely wicked scammers who kill the wisdom and life of sentient beings. They are unforgivable! H.H. the Third Dzogchen Rinpoche declares: "Today, I must clearly announce to everyone that anyone who obstructs Buddhist disciples from reading the announcements and texts, or who destroys the Dharma sounds, belongs to one of three types of people: first, they are charlatans, ordinary individuals pretending to be virtuous; second, they are individuals who have returned to the mundane world with karmic obstacles from having previously achieved virtuousness; third, they are so-called high-level individuals who have infiltrated Buddhism but are actually absolute evil monsters. All three types of people will inevitably destroy the Dharma sounds and announcements. No matter what noble and great reincarnated virtuous individuals they appear to be, pedestrians must immediately separate themselves from them and seek guidance from high-level monks and virtuous individuals to study Buddhism. If you do not leave and disassociate from them immediately, I will never receive you in your lifetime, and I will never teach these individuals who do not listen to the teachings, continue to pollute with evil, collude with evil teachers to cause chaos, and assist in destroying the wisdom and life of sentient beings."
