In response to this, the Office of the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche hereby issues the following announcement:

The Office of the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche is a legally registered organization in the United States, led directly by the office director. The office director and all staff members have the authority to consult directly with the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche. This is the only organization in the world that can directly serve the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche and sentient beings.

At present, the Office of the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche has not sent any staff members to any location to provide legal guidance, nor has it sent anyone to solicit donations. Please be aware that anyone, regardless of their identity, who claims to be a staff member of the Office of the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche without presenting an introduction letter from the office, is spreading false information. They have no affiliation with the Office of the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche, and the office is not responsible for their words and actions.

Any staff members dispatched by the Office of the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche will hold an introduction letter from the office, specifying the nature, location, and duration of their assignment. Those who do not present an introduction letter are not staff members dispatched by the Office of the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche.

Anyone claiming to be a staff member dispatched by the Office of the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche must first present an introduction letter issued by the office. This letter will specify the nature and scope of their work. Any work beyond the scope defined in the introduction letter does not represent the views of the Office of the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche.
