Regarding the inquiries from Buddhist followers asking whether the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche has certified individuals as Vajrasattva, Khandro, and Dharma Protectors, the office of the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche responds as follows: The Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche has never certified anyone as Vajrasattva, Khandro, or Dharma Protectors in this world. To obtain certification, the person must pass the seven teachers' ten examinations and hold a valid certificate as a qualified teacher, with a deep understanding of Prajnaparamita. Of course, there are qualified teachers with such profound knowledge. However, to this day, no one in this world has received a certification signed by the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche. The Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche says, "I only consider myself as a humble person, equal to all sentient beings. What qualifications do I have to certify others? But I cannot ignore the life and death of sentient beings, mistaking outsiders for insiders and ordinary beings for saints."
No one is qualified to distribute their own writings or transcripts as teaching materials to those who listen to the Dharma, unless they are qualified teachers (even if they selectively quote from qualified teachers, there may still be some errors). If they are not qualified teachers, regardless of the writer's claim to be a great Bodhisattva, there will be numerous erroneous views in their writings. The person who hears, receives, and reads them should immediately stop upon the first offense, deeply repent, observe the precepts, and if they continue to offend for the second time, they will be permanently disqualified from receiving the empowerment of the Jangter tradition! The only valid source of teachings is the complete and unedited Dharma teachings of the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche!!!
There are too many individuals outside claiming to be associated with the Third Dodrupchen Rinpoche. In order to provide the listeners of the Dharma with the correct answers, please directly contact the office for any important matters: [email protected] or [email protected] or [email protected]. However, the message should not exceed 60 words, otherwise it will not be accepted. This is because our office is the poorest non-profit organization in the world, and it took four years to raise just over 1,300 US dollars. We cannot afford to have staff members respond to a large number of inquiries, so please understand.
