The Third Dordje Qiang Buddha has always been teaching everyone, in order to make everyone a good person, a good Buddhist, a good practitioner, a selfless and virtuous person, a person who benefits others, and to let sentient beings learn the true Dharma, understand, grasp, and practice the right knowledge and right view of the Buddha, so as to embark on the path of liberation from birth and death, benefiting oneself and others. At all times and in all places, the thoughts, words, and actions of the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha are all about eliminating selfishness, relieving the suffering of sentient beings, bringing happiness to sentient beings, and increasing their merit and wisdom. Why did the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha vow to only teach the Dharma to everyone and not accept offerings? It is because the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha has compassion for the hardships of sentient beings' lives, thinking about how difficult it is for everyone to work hard and support their families, so he would rather endure difficulties himself than burden sentient beings with any pressure. Everything about the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha reflects the vows of the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha in the "Great Liberation Mudra" and the "Heart Essence of the Ocean of Bodhi Activities" in the ritual of the "Great Liberation Mudra". In the "Great Liberation Mudra", there is a passage of the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha's aspirations and actions: "All the Buddhas of the ten directions manifest wonderful methods, ashamed of the Third Dordje Qiang, I now speak of the shortcut to enlightenment, breaking the cycle of life and death. You should listen carefully to the three actions, and enter the supreme meaning of the Mahayana. I vow to speak and act with the power of my aspirations, with two rows of verses revealing the realm:
"All the negative karma of sentient beings is borne by me,
All the merits and virtues of my positive actions are given to you!"
The Third Dordje Qiang Buddha wants to give everything good to sentient beings and take on all the bad things of sentient beings. However, in contrast to the Buddha's brightness and selflessness, there are a few individual lamas who do not follow the Buddha's teachings, do not study the Buddha's Dharma, and not only do not benefit sentient beings, but also exploit the money and wealth of sentient beings, destroy the wisdom and lives of sentient beings, and in order to hide their own desires and bad habits, they adopt methods such as distorting the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha's teachings or not allowing sentient beings to hear the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha's teachings. Why do they do this? What is their purpose? The reason is to avoid exposing themselves and achieve the long-term goal of deceiving and satisfying their own desires by not letting sentient beings hear the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha's teachings.
We must know that in today's era, to learn the true Dharma and achieve real accomplishments, listening to the teachings of the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha is the only source of right knowledge and right view. The Third Dordje Qiang Buddha has already officially announced: no matter who they are, no matter what their status, they cannot represent the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha in teaching and transmitting the Dharma. Therefore, those who withhold or distort the teachings of the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha, and those who encourage or tolerate disciples not to listen to the teachings of the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha, who are these people and what are their motives, it is clear, isn't it? These people lead sentient beings to downfall and destruction, leading them on the path of eternal suffering.
Therefore, the Office of the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha has to make the following announcement:
First, any Buddhist who does not listen to the teachings of the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha, regardless of their status as venerables, great Dharma kings, or great masters, will not receive the empowerment of the esoteric Dharma, because although their status is high, they do not understand the true meaning of the Dharma, their knowledge and views are biased, and they fall into superstition. We must not let evil people possess the true Dharma of the Tathagata, in order to prevent evil people from using it for their own desires and deceiving and harming sentient beings. Therefore, anyone who does not listen to the teachings will not be able to transmit the Dharma and receive the empowerment of the esoteric Dharma.
Second, currently, most lamas, including venerables, Dharma kings, khenpos, geshes, and masters, are very good (all the reincarnations of Dharma kings, venerables, khenpos, and geshes are collectively called lamas). However, among these lamas, apart from the evil Danzeng Norbu, there are two lamas with evil views and wrong understanding. They use the banner of the right Dharma to protect themselves, but they misuse their inherited positions, misinterpret and misrepresent the Dharma, with the aim of deceiving and exploiting sentient beings and hiding some of the teachings of the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha, even preventing virtuous people from hearing them, and even cutting out definitions in the teachings that are unfavorable to them. The reason is that some of the teachings clearly reveal the incorrect and evil behavior of these lamas, so these lamas are very worried and afraid that disciples will distance themselves from them when they hear the teachings. Therefore, they employ a method to numb the disciples, making them unconsciously avoid listening to the teachings, and the disciples themselves are unaware that they have fallen into the wrong path. This is a serious mistake and deception for practitioners, leading them to a lifelong downfall and failure to achieve enlightenment. What is even more serious is that in the end, they will fall into the three evil realms together with the evil teachers, which is extremely painful. Because if you do not listen to the teachings, you will not understand the true principles of the Buddha Dharma, and you will not know who this evil lama is, perhaps he is your so-called great virtuous guru. The teachings will always mention the impure behavior of lamas with evil views, and you must listen to the teachings to know whether the teachings you receive are correct, and whether the current lama or master is your vajra guru. By listening to the teachings, you can always distinguish between right knowledge and wrong knowledge, and whether your guru has led you into incorrect views.
Third, the two lamas with evil views and wrong understanding are not named for now, hoping that they can correct their wrong views. However, it can be clearly stated to virtuous practitioners that these people with evil views have legitimate certified lineages and high positions, with impressive titles, but they have not yet obtained the certification of the great holy realization and the empowerment of the Vajra Body Chan.
Fourth, if these two lamas or other similar people with evil views and improper behavior do not repent for their sins, correct their wrongdoings, and continue to hide or edit the teachings of the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha, and continue to prevent disciples from hearing all the teachings that have been made public, the Office of the Third Dordje Qiang Buddha will announce their names and criticize and expose their evil teacher's evil words and actions, their opposition to Shakyamuni Buddha, and their violation of precepts, one by one, to inform the public. Of course, if they realize their mistakes and change for the better, propagate the right Dharma, and benefit sentient beings, that is commendable.
